Lovely hotel, very clean, very comfortable and it is much better than the photos show!
The staff were very kind and super helpful with any questions we had 🥰
Would 100% recommend to stay here & we will be back again next time we are in Kyoto.

Great accomodation with good beds, well sized space and small kitchen area for cooking, everything was really clean. Would recommend. There is also a washing machine available in the building.

Hotel has horrible sound proofing, the walls are very thin. If you have someone walk in the room above you, you can here every step.
Other than it's fine, location is very good.

We are so lucky to have found this hotel for our visit to Kyoto! Me and my wife stayed here from the 8th to the 11th, and it was perfect for several reasons.
Firstly, it's close to a lot of important things. 20 minute walk from the main Kyoto station (and 75% of that walk is just down the same street, hard to get lost), 20-30 minute walk from Nishiki Market and other places nearby like Gion, and a four minute walk to the nearest convenience store/konbini.
Second, the room that we got (one queen bed) was very good! It was spotless when we got there, felt so clean and comfortable. The bed was nice and it also had a good amount of pillows! Often in hotels I find that there are not enough pillows that are comfortable for me, but here it was just right. There was a couch, a small table, and lots of space on both the floor and on the cabinets/shelves to put things. The washroom was also really nice and clean. Also there was a TV! One of our favorite things to do was coming back after a very long day of doing all kinds of things, and watching TV; even though we didn't understand almost anything, it was still just cool to watch as it was very different than what we were used to.
Lastly, the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Our check in and check out went very smoothly, and there was always someone around to help. I even woke up at 4:30 AM twice for earlier activities (Arashiyama, Fushimi Inari, etc. ) and there was someone at reception so early in the morning!

Room was well appointed for the price, just seems strict with check in timings — we reached earlier and staff initially said room was ready until his colleague clarified can only enter later.
Location is a bit far from Kyoto station; the more direct pathway is quite narrow some parts, so would recommend a short taxi ride (paid 700 yen during non-peak hours) if dragging luggages.
The complimentary coffee and tea at reception were much appreciated! Also great that there are common washer/dryers on-site, though dryer takes too long so can consider using the drying function in bathroom too. There is a 24 hr supermarket just round the corner, which adds to the convenience.

The room is spacious with king-sized bed, separate toilet and bathtub room, nice, modern and clean. The hotel is in the centre of Kyoto, nearby a bus stop and takes around 5-7 mins to walk to nearest station. It also comes with full amenities. Helpful and kind staff. Would highly recommend!

The hotel was fantastic! Close to Kyoto station and fairly close walk to the subway. The hotel was centrally located in Kyoto and easy to get to all the main tourist locations. The room was clean, spacious and had a separated toilet and bathroom/shower area. Beds were large and could easily fit two people. The room also had a nice kitchenette and all the utensils and everything needed. Staff was helpful, professional and kind. Highly recommended and would absolutely stay again!

The hotel has only been open for a month, facilities are very new and beautiful. Front desk has a spacious lounge area and a free coffee machine. My wife and I initially booked a standard double room, but we later paid to upgrade to a twin room. The upgraded room was much larger, and each bed was very spacious, making it feel like great value. Very close to a famous temple, and if you're planning to walk around for sightseeing, I recommend using a backpack instead of a large suitcase.
