I stayed in this hotel in May 2025 after finishing the Alpine Route just 1 night though.
The hotel in very close proximity to the station about 5 minutes away.

Great location being 2 minute walk from Toyama station. Great service and comfortable rooms. The beds were the best we had in Japan… not too hard and not too soft.

On a cycling trip from Shiga to Obama, my two friends and I had booked to stay overnight @ Koharu (September 15/16, 2024).

We really enjoyed our stay at 日月庵 (BnB. Sunmoon). The hosts were so kind and helped us a lot (getting a reservation for dinner etc. ) The rooms were comfortable and we slept very good.

Really enjoyed our stay at Torifito. We stayed in a premier room and it was incredible, huge space and comfortable beds.

This is our second time staying here! The rooms are amazing! The host is so nice! The Japanese style bath is awesome! And the food is fantastic!

Family-owned and run pension-style full board bread and breakfast plus! Wonderfully eclectic decor. Fabulous and attentive service. Rooms are air-conditioned, and available with 2 or 4 beds.

This place is difficult to describe. Shabby chic, eclectic, homely, more European than Japanese.

Hands down the best hotel stay we’ve had in Japan.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, clean and super comfortable. The staffs were nice and friendly and they offered free shuttle rides to the train station.

One more well deserved 5 star review. Bed and Breakfast in a huge space in an immaculate house where you are the only guest. Bed was comfortable, amenities excellent, service caring and top notch.

We visited Kanazawa purely to stay at Hotel 101. We were looking for traditional accommodation with some familiar creature comforts — and wow!

It's right outside Omicho Market and a 6 min car ride from Kanazawa station. Very accessible location to get to Kanazawa hot spots. Room was very clean and the sauna was extremely soothing.
