There were a few minor marks on the fabric sofa that could benefit from additional attention during cleaning. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at the hotel.

Nikko Hotels International has always been my first choice whenever I visit Japan, and Hotel Nikko Kanazawa lived up to that standard. Had a 4 nights stay in Dec 2025.

This was a lovely hotel. The decor was beautiful and they had both a very nice Japanese onsen (public bath) and complimentary washing machine and dryer.

Since it’s a four-story building with fewer rooms than a chain hotel, it’s always quiet—the elevator, breakfast area, and front desk were all quiet and efficient.

I think these have the biggest rooms in all of Kanazawa and cater to more apartment style family holiday. Service is not really there, but it is self-serve by design.

Perfect location for getting around Kanazawa, as it is right next to the train station with all the food courts, shopping, etc. But without the noise you usually get in cities.

This hotel has pretty great value. It’s a comfortable stay but it’s not like a 5 star Tokyo hotel although it says 5 star.

Fabulous hotel.

Great location just a 3-minute walk from Toyama Station, making it very convenient for travel. There is also a shopping mall only about 2 minutes away, perfect for dining and quick shopping.

The hotel is new and well maintained, with comfortable rooms and good amenities. Everything felt clean, modern, and easy.

This hotel is in a very good location, which you can easily walk to the Kanazawa station of the Kenroku-en and Kanazawa Castle. There are also a lot of choices for buses nearby.

Enjoyed a comfortable stay at Hotel Forza Kanazawa. The hotel is clean, modern, and well-maintained, with friendly and efficient staff.

We're impressed by this hotel. The rooms and facilities look brand new and are very clean. Check-in can be done electronically simply by typing in your name.

Great ryokan just around corner from kurobe station. Big, delicious buffet dinner and breakfast. Lovely traditional tatami room. Clean, spacious and bilingual. Amazing public and private baths.

We booked in for 3 days and loved it. The hotel is large and modern.

Hotel is very near to the train station and tourist attractions. All places of interests are within 10 minutes walk from the hotel.
Front desk staff speak good English, very friendly and helpful.

Mr Yagi at front desk is very helpful and patient in helping us to get us a bus ticket from Toyama to shiragawa-go. He even print out our bus schedule! His service is impeccable!

Hotel location is great since is it is about a 5-6 minute walk from omicho market and there's also a shrine nearby that is 2 minutes walking.

We had a really comfortable stay at Tokyu Stay Kanazawa.

The Hyatt Centric Kanazawa left the deepest impression on me during our recent trip to Japan.
This hotel is simply beautiful and it is situated right smack in the middle of downtown Kanazawa.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. It is super close to the kanazawa station and within walking distance of major sites around Kanazawa. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

The location and super-friendly and helpful staff raise my rating from a 3 to a 4. Make sure to visit the famous gardens at night if here in the autumn as it makes for stunning photos.

Hotel is clean. The room is spacious snd clean. Staff is helpful. There is a trainee staff at the check in counter that is very helpful during my stay there.

The condition of the room is excellent. It's warm and comfy inside the room in winter. The size of the room is good with a 2-seater sofa and a mini fridge. The rug is new.

Well located hotel in Kanazawa, at walking distance from all interesting touristic sites. Underground parking, which is convenient. Very friendly, somewhat formal, welcome at the reception.

We really liked this hotel. Just a short taxi ride from the main station and great place for exploring Kenrokuen and other Kanazawa attractions.

Spent 3 night here and it was absolutely amazing the rooms are well laid out with everything you want in there.

This is a 6-star hotel, and I am not saying this lightly.

Stayed here as a couple for 3 nights. Checking in was a simple process done via machine, a member of staff will come out if there is any problems.

Great hotel. Location was perfect! The staff (the actual people, not the dinosaurs) were always available and very accomodating.

Great location—right by the station and a shopping mall. I stayed in one of the themed rooms and it was beautiful. The bed was high quality and really comfortable, so I slept well.

Nice clean hotel, great service with an excellent location. The osen (public bath) had great facilities and was very relaxing. Room was a little tight.

A fantastic hotel in the perfect location. We loved our room at Korinkyo. The shower was the best we’d had in Japan so far. Great water pressure and hot! The products were all lovely as well.

We had a great time at Korinkyo. The hotel's design is terrific: the rooms are clean but not cold, with big comfortable bathroom zones, and REAL PLANTS! We love a real plant.

The amenities offered at this hotel exceeded my expectations, including a clean and spacious guest lounge with a printer and coffee & tea station, welcome snacks at the front desk, and good quality

The twin room is spacious and very clean with the hotel being located very close to Kanazawa Station.
The service is incredible.

Modern hotel with laundry, microwave, fridge, ice machine. Beds large and comfy. Pillow hard. More space in room than some hotels in Japan but bathroom is tiny. Water pressure good.
