SPA Hotels in Hokuriku

How is this a 3 star hotel? I think it’s definitely a 5 out 5. Staffs were really nice and caring!

Enraku feels like a historic and stately oasis. We arrived too early to check in but left our bags which were already delivered to our room when we came back at check in time.

Since it’s a four-story building with fewer rooms than a chain hotel, it’s always quiet—the elevator, breakfast area, and front desk were all quiet and efficient.

This hotel was a great choice for us in Kanazawa. Our family of 5 (three teenagers) fit well into a large room with beds for the grownups and futons for the kids.

We had such an amazing experience here!

A well-established classic hotel with great Japanese omotenashi hospitality. It's located out of the way so it's quiet and peaceful.

Where do I begin with how much we enjoyed our stay at Araya Totoan? From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with such warmth and care.

We're impressed by this hotel. The rooms and facilities look brand new and are very clean. Check-in can be done electronically simply by typing in your name.

Unazuki is a small onsen town nestled in the mountains. We enjoyed the food and there was something for everyone. The desserts were exceptional.

Classical ryokan with a noh stage. Really beautifully decorated like a museum. The food was excellent. The staff very professional and very friendly. Rooms very clean, but a little bit old-fashioned.

Nice clean hotel, great service with an excellent location. The osen (public bath) had great facilities and was very relaxing. Room was a little tight.

Read yoriv koren’s review. In short, great location. Solid amenities including an onsen and room service as well as laundry if you have it in your room. Nice relaxation areas too.

Rooms are nice and spacious, amenities are great.
Location is a 20 minute walk from Kanazawa station, however the walk is very easy and flat so definitely possible to do whilst wheeling luggage.

Hotel Intergate Kanazawa is in an excellent central location, perfect for exploring the city. The staff are professional and very kind, and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and welcoming.

This hotel massively exceeded my expectations. The design is stunning, rooms small but so comfortable.

Well located hotel in Kanazawa, at walking distance from all interesting touristic sites. Underground parking, which is convenient. Very friendly, somewhat formal, welcome at the reception.

We really liked this hotel. Just a short taxi ride from the main station and great place for exploring Kenrokuen and other Kanazawa attractions.

Wonderful hotel with friendly staff and good food.

We came to Takayama late last month and stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel was quite modern and the room was nice not small with nice bathroom. The bed was very goods and comfy.

Location is very comfortable.
Beds are big!
Also I appreciated the gym to do yoga before the long walk.
But! After 8 AM it will be packed, cause it’s relatively small.

An unusual and delightful property. The owner uses the hotel as a repository for a vast collection of contemporary art, and it’s super fun to explore the sculptures and paintings throughout.

Very comfortable stay in this onsen hotel. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The crab meal is excellent. The breakfast is also unexpectedly with different varieties.

Outdoor onsen with sauna. I've tattoos that can be covered up with the stickers they provided. Rules were clear and upfront so just have to follow them. Free supper. Clean room.

Stayed here for 3 nights using Tsuruga as a base city to explore the Sea of Japan side of the country, and it turned out to be one of my favorite hotels in all of Japan.

Very modern and convenient hotel. Few minutes walking distance from the railway station. The rooms are bigger than on the rest of Japan. Very strong Wi-Fi.

Our stay at Hanamurasaki Ryokan in Yamanaka Onsen was truly exceptional.

I had been to the area several times but chose to stay at Hanamurasaki for the first time, mostly based on its location close to the village, as other high end ryokans I had stayed in were far away.

Excellent stay at the Route Inn in Tonami. The room was small, but clean and comfortable. Stuff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. A variety of Japanese and western style dishes.
