Hostels in HokurikuHostel

The guesthouse was as to be expected, simple, rustic and typical for a Japanese-style place. But the owner made most of this review positive. She was kind, attentive but not overbearing.

Any tourist looking to stay in the Japanese alps close to Kanazawa should look here. The rooms are well furnished and comfortable. The scenery is fantastic.

We had a great experience staying in this home!
The family are so kind and welcoming and we received a tour of the house from the hosts adorable young boy.

We spend a wonderful night at Takazuri-Kita. The guests are adorable and their little boy even more cute.

Right next to the famous sake winery, walked to try our luck if lunch is opened. As expected, restaurant requires advance reservation so ordered just burger and coffee.

The location of this hotel requires your own transportation but definitely worth the detour, the star attraction is the restaurant, rooms are modern and clean, the views over the rice fields are

I very much enjoyed staying at this hostel, it’s very clean and the communal space is quite big and comfortable. Further the owner Isamu is very kind and has great recommendations for the area.

This accommodation was amazing 🙌
It’s one of the best designed dormitory-styled accommodation that I’ve stayed by, and I really appreciate the owner’s thought and considerations in designing this

Amazing and cozy place to stay at Kanazawa. The location is great, just a few minutes from the station.

Best living experience in Komatsu. It’s less than 10 mins from station and we have a good night with local Japanese residence.

Really quiet place during the week. Old style japanese house, clean, kind staff, not cold inside, good to rest and relax. Sharehouse spirit.

Just few minutes walking from the Higashiyama Higashi Chaya District. It is an old style japanese house but it has everything you need for a short stay. The host was very nice and always helpful.

This was quite unexpected gift for my kanazawa trip. 90 years old traditional house is very cozy, and manager was very kind.
Thank you, again.
Stayed 1 night to go to komatsu airport very next day.
