We had a great experience staying in this home!
The family are so kind and welcoming and we received a tour of the house from the hosts adorable young boy.

We spend a wonderful night at Takazuri-Kita. The guests are adorable and their little boy even more cute.

Right next to the famous sake winery, walked to try our luck if lunch is opened. As expected, restaurant requires advance reservation so ordered just burger and coffee.

The location of this hotel requires your own transportation but definitely worth the detour, the star attraction is the restaurant, rooms are modern and clean, the views over the rice fields are

We visited Kanazawa for 1 day and stayed at Stella guesthouse. Shuji San was extremely kind and helpful!

The guesthouse had very clean rooms and the shared bathroom, toilets, and other shared rooms were all very clean too!

I very much enjoyed staying at this hostel, it’s very clean and the communal space is quite big and comfortable. Further the owner Isamu is very kind and has great recommendations for the area.

Great location, clean rooms, comfy beds, super neat aesthetic, sushi restaurant in the same building and I even bought a shirt! Two cute cats as well.

The location was very convenient, so close to the station AND the park, and the space was reasonably comfortable. The staff there were absolutely lovely, and I loved the cats!

Had a pampering stay! The house is beautiful, breakfast was lovely.

We stayed two nights in Bishamon with both dinners and breakfasts.
Our room is two story townhome. It is very spacious and having an in-unit washer/dryer is a life saver during summer in Japan!

Great care has been put into this simple Japanese style accomodation in the relaxed atmosphere of Kanazawa.

It’s far from the train station but that means it has calm and quite environment.
The bed is very friendly because they are spacious space with considerate hanger!

Stayed two nights here in the double bed dorm room. Shared the bed with my friend and we were stoked with the amount of space we had, the privacy curtain and the personal light / fan.

Didn’t stay the night but stopped in for a few drinks two nights in a row. 10/10 would recommend. Shaq is a great host and a chill guy.

I looked up places that are friendly for tourists/foreigners and found Shaqs place near my accommodation.

The friendly staff and at-home atmosphere made for a lovely stay! The price was very reasonable. We fell in love with Ono City and the friendly people there!

I used it for motorcycle touring.

The guesthouse was as to be expected, simple, rustic and typical for a Japanese-style place. But the owner made most of this review positive. She was kind, attentive but not overbearing.

Any tourist looking to stay in the Japanese alps close to Kanazawa should look here. The rooms are well furnished and comfortable. The scenery is fantastic.

I had a great stay at Sharin with my friend.

Quiet, nice. Is not manned by staff directly however they owned another guesthouse down the road. Helpful. Peaceful experience!

Great location: 5 min walk from Kanazawa station, 8 min walk from Omicho market.
The hostel had a nice, warm, cozy feeling to it. Staff were extremely friendly and the beds were comfortable.

Amazing and cozy place to stay at Kanazawa. The location is great, just a few minutes from the station.

Best living experience in Komatsu. It’s less than 10 mins from station and we have a good night with local Japanese residence.

Just few minutes walking from the Higashiyama Higashi Chaya District. It is an old style japanese house but it has everything you need for a short stay. The host was very nice and always helpful.

This is a traditional Japanese wooden house.
The place is super spacious even though we had 10 people.
The owner was extremely kind and efficient in assisting us and replied really quickly.
