Unique location, hotel design is very good, sixth floor Japanese food is very good, atrium Japanese garden exquisite.

Best sleep and breakfast we have ever had over many many other hotels. They charge for breakfast and delivers a solid one. If you are three breakfast type then this is worth every cent.

Although it’s not the closest hotel to Kanazawa station, it’s still within 10 minutes walk. There's a underground path connecting the hotel and Kanazawa station. Nice room and staff. It’s the tallest building around that area so the view is spectacular no matter where the room is (I belive). I choose a room facing the sea (west) and could see the beautiful sunset in the room.

Nice and clean rooms. Personnel is speaking english well. Breakfast and buffet restaurants are very good.

This hotel is fantastic! The best hotel we have been during our stay in Japan! The rooms, the service, the staff, everything was awesome! The location is fantastic, just opposite the Kanazawa main station. The breakfast was great too, a lot of nice food! I would absolutely recommend this hotel if you’re in Kanazawa, even if it’s a little bit more expensive, it is totally worth it!

We are celebrating our anual congress since 10 years ago in this hotel. Service is wonderful and the event rooms really pretty. Meets the Japanese luxury style that may seem too much gorgeous for the westerns.

Hotel is not in the city center, but reachable very easily from the train station. Located very close to the station. Can get to hotel lobby without the need to walk outside and cross the roads, but you need to find the way. There are escalators leading to an underground passageway right outside the south entrance to the station. From there you go straight and right and you get into a commercial underground area. Climbing an escalator leads you to the entrance of the hotel and so you need not climbing ladders with your luggage. Upscale chain hotel, nice city views from higher floors.

We got a decent sized room and a nice view. Included complimentary water. It was clean.

Beautiful, elegant hotel with a nice and complaisant staff. You can choose from all kinds of western and japanese food for breakfast, which are all very delicious. The rooms are large enough.

The location is near Kanazawa station. The breakfast is so yummy. Many choices to eat. If you don't have any budget concern, recommend to stay here.

Stayed here for one night, and everything was great! Located super close to the train station, which was convenient when arriving/departing. While the lobby was very beautiful and we'll decorated, the rooms feel slightly dated but otherwise are very clean and comfortable.

The property is close to the station so it is convenient for train travellers, the Kenroku-en park and the main attractions are a couple of km away but from the station you can take the city buses. The room was clean and spacious enough. The service is great as well as the buffet breakfast, varied and abundant both to the western and to the Oriental.

I was terribly disappointed in this Nikko hotel. It was more like a Holiday Inn than what I expected the Nikko level of quality to be. The bed was hard as a rock and their response was to stuff it with a blanket which was totally unacceptable. The few towels they provided were thin and cheap. Noise from adjoining rooms was annoying. Bathroom amenities were limited. On the plus side the breakfast buffet was excellent but pricey. I would not stay here again.

Conveniently located next to the JR station, it has nice rooms. Often it also feature guest performance by top Japanese singers!

Excellent service, great views from our room of the whole city, clean and spacious room and bathroom, and excellent buffet breakfast! Wish I could stay longer! Highly recommended if visiting Kanazawa!

Great hotel great rooms, room service breakfast was very good! Very friendly staff and location was close to the station, but "far" from the famous fish market (20min walk)

The room is clean and cozy, and the location is great! There is underpass connecting hotel and train station. Staffs were pretty nice. The breakfast was awesome. They provide several kinds of local food in Kanazawa! Not only special but also delicious!

Excellent hotel to stay in, a great choice for Kanzawa. Right next to the train station so easy to get to. The food is fantastic. The staff are wonderful, all happy to help and speak good English.

The hotel is near the train station which makes it super convenient, coupled with an underpass that leads straight from the station to the hotel. Staffs are courteous and helpful. The western breakfast spread is also very good. Definitely worth staying.

Very comfortable room, but a little pricey. Stayed only 1 night so didn't really get to explore the hotel much.

Lovely building. Enjoyed drinks at one of the bars. It was a beautiful view and delicious drinks. A perfect experience all around.
