I canceled my reservation 8 days in advance and they still took my money. I explained that I had a funeral and couldn’t make it. But the day before they sent me an email and thanked me for staying when I had not even stayed there yet. I really home that they needed that money more than my children do. It’s a shame that they have to steal from people. I will never stay in one of their hotels and I will submit a fraud dispute with my bank.

We had to do a 100.00:deposit and they said they smelled smoke and kept our 100.00 and we do not smoke. Called and they would not let us talk to anyone. I emailed a Tony and he never acknowledged my concerns over these lies. Rip off do not stay here.

Terrible experience, a bunch LIARS. We checked in around 8pm. The female employee was the only one at the front desk, She asked me if I had pets and I said yes, 2 dogs. We usually stay at Red Roofs when we travel with them because Red Roof accepts dogs. So then she told me they only accept one dog per room but she could charge me $25 per night for the 2nd dog and I said that's fine. I signed the paperwork and inserted my card into the reader. She then gave me the room keys. The next day the Indian male manager kept walking back and forth staring into our room which is also a privacy concern. I then got a call to the room about 20 min later by a male bald front desk employee super rude saying we have to check out because we have 2 dogs. I told him that I let the front desk lady know I have 2 dogs and she said I could stay with an extra fee. He said I was lying. They kicked us out after one night but charged me for 2. I'll be contacting my bank. Liars and fraud.

We loved the rooms, staff and everything is clean. No roaches. The pool is big and fun and cleen. Also our stay was NOT COSTLY.

Animal friendly. Nice pool with 1.5 foot baby/toddler area. Very clean/well maintained.

Gross gross gross! Red roof Inn is not clean either! We left Days Inn because it had bed bugs and online it said this Hotel had a 7.8 rating and a 3 star hotel? The pictures online were totally deceitful to what you really get! We stayed in a superior King suite with Jacuzzi tub. The room was large but smelled dirty and moldy! The carpet was all tore up, their were stains all over the carpet and stains on the furniture. The pictures online showed a laminate vinyl flooring? The beds looked new too online? Don’t know what hotel pics they used online but they were not from the Red Roof Inn we stayed at! The management needs training on how to fix an run a 3 star Hotel because they totally missed it! I talked to the receptionist about it an she said she couldn’t do anything about it that I had to talk to the manager. There wasn’t a manager there. So I’m posting on here so people will not stay here! THESE KINDS OF HOTELS ARE GOING TO RUIN THINGS FOR GATLINBURG AN DOLLYWOOD VACATIONS for families! This experience ruined it for us!

Never stay at this dump! Management is rude and mouthy, take your own trash out and ask for trash bags, not dead bolt locks on doors and rooms are not that nice!

This hotel is AWEFUL. Our friends stayed here and we hung out with them in their hotel room while waiting for the rain to stop and they charged them $180 for us being I'm the room.

This place is a scam, they canceled our room we had booked for a month, so they could get more money for it. Disgusting people, don’t stay here.

This place is a dump. They charged me for damage done on a door that was already there when we arrived. I took a picture of the damage when I saw it because I had a feeling they would lie on us and they did. I still have not received my money back. I do not recommend staying here. I will never stay at a Red Roof Inn ever again.

This place was very dirty and they try to say we Smoked in the room. We are non smokers. And then clam we put a hole in the wall, which we didn't. There was mold in the bathroom ceiling.

Very rude! They do not treat you like a customer! They treat you like you owe them and they are doing you a favor! Little do they realize… a customer is what keeps them in business!

They advertise as pet friendly, but they're not. They don't even accept service animal registration unless you disclose your illness… regardless of HIPPA laws!

The room wasn't like a hotel room, it was more like home, we have a King Suite and there is actually a living room, thought it was just a big room with a couch. No a whole separate room with another TV. The staff is super friendly and the price is awesome. I strongly recommend Red Roof Inn.

Very pleasantly surprised by this location! What a nice night for my family and pup. Very friendly staff. So pleased with the cleanliness and nice smell of the room. Saw cleaning staff working the next morning and they actually cleaned, changed linen and mopped every single room! Breakfast at the pancake restaurant next door is included and can be upgraded to an all-you-can-eat buffet for just $5. Excellent value! Would absolutely recommend.

No breakfast, but they'll give you a voucher to go get $5 breakfast buffet a Reagan's Pancake House. Our room was clean and nice. Most of all the price was very reasonable. We'd definitely stay here again.

We just stayed 4 nights and the rooms were great! We got an awesome deal! Rooms were clean and housekeeping cleaned up every day! No sign of bed bugs! The breakfast vouchers we received for Regan's Pancake house was wonderful! That saved us at least 150.00! Hotel is close to lots of attractions and restaurants! Pool was clean and staff cleaned it everyday! We were very happy with our stay!

Great place to stay. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great and very well prepared. Location is close to all attractions and within walking distance. Perfect location for a motel. Pet and children friendly. Try it you will love it as we do.

Stayed for two nights, Loved it! The cleanliness of the room was great. It really helps to get rid of the carpet. Staff was very friendly. We will be back.

My family of 6 stayed here for 4 nights recently. With 2 adults and 4 children, it's really hard to find accommodations for us unless we rent a cabin. We loved the fact that there were 3 beds in our room… fit us perfect! Not only that, but the room was spacious enough for us to comfortably "live" in on our vacation. The mattresses are a different story, but definitely would stay here again! Also… The pool is GREAT as well as the free breakfast is at the pancake house next door… which is pretty awesome!

When we looked at the pictures and reviews online, it didn’t look too horrible, and for 50 dollars we bought it couldn’t be beat. But I guess if it seems too good to be true, it usually is. When we first arrived and checked in, the atmosphere was nice. We asked to switch rooms so that we wouldn’t have carpet and hey sweetly obliged. We left for most of the day after checking the creases of the mattress for bed bugs to make sure there wasn’t any. When we got back and took our shoes off and looked around a little bit — we noticed how nasty the cleanliness was. All of our feet were black from walking barefoot on the floor. And the bathroom door had coffee or pop all over it and the tub was so nasty that we didn’t even want to let our kids take a shower in it. We finally laid down and felt something and it was some sort of bug inside the bed underneath the covers and there was hair all wrapped up in it. As well as a big hair hanging from the lamp. We are officially grossed out from the cleanliness but it was too late to go anywhere else. This morning we got up and packed up and went to Reagan’s house of pancakes for free with the voucher they gave us, which was delicious and the best part of our whole stay here. I wouldn’t stay again if they gave me a room for free. Unless they do some major cleaning.

Stayed mother's day weekend room was nice and clean pillows needed a little fluff even with 3 they were still flat no handi-cap safety bars in bathroom which were needed for shower air conditioner could have bee a bit cooler it was 90 degrees out side a bit noisy kids running and yelling at midnight and sat morning trash truck at 4:30 am was bad not hotels fault! staff was nice and helpful parking lot a bit crowded but it was a good price and over all had a good time yes would probably stay again.

A Squeaky clean room, wonderful Jacuzzi, great water pressure in the shower and a very comfy king size bed. Wonderful experience that won us over. We will be back!

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Bigger room than I expected. Not very wheelchair accessible. Doors are wide enough. Elevator is cramped but it will work. Bathroom is large. But it has a standard tub instead of a walk in shower and no hand rails near the toilet. Toilet is handicap height. They get points for trying, but with a little more effort, this could be really good for wheelchairs. Handicap parking spaces are laughable. Easy fix. Great location. Very near The Island.

Great place and the breakfast option was worth it. If you are traveling with kids and a dog I would definitely recommend this hotel. Beds were comfy and so were the pillows. Rooms were a good size too. Parking isn’t the best so if you have a big car or are a night owl you might not get a spot close to your room.

Friendly staff, clean hotel, pet friendly. Coffee/tea 24/7 in lobby. Tavern closed too early. My issue was that not only was I double charged I was over charged then hit with a fine for smoking in room that I DID NOT SMOKE IN. Furthermore I was scalded by the water in the shower, no bathtub only shower that scalded my back to the point on blisters. The manager showed no concerns for my issues did not remove the fine note the second charge for the room. I will never be back and I recommend you not allow them to charge your card whatever whenever they feel like.

I booked here called and cancelled and rescheduled well within a 48 hour time frame. I was charged for the whole amount for my arrival in June, so when I called they said that. I asked them to email me that saying I was paid in full never received it. Called cooperate and talk to customer service after reading on their web page that your card would not be charge till arrival, so I cancelled my reservation then had to call motel to get my money back. Also filed a formal complaint and they said it would take 2 days for them to contact me it has been 4 days and no one has called. We have stayed several Red Roof and are Redicard members. VERY DISAPPOINTED! Very sorry customer service at all levels.

Room was clean, bathroom filthy, very outdated and small, bathtub faucet dripped. We brought our own cleaning supplies, thankfully. Wi-Fi was virtually non-existant. Finally gave up on getting online. Walked by a room being cleaned, bedclothes were on the foor. Will not stay here again.

Nice clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. And the location was awesome… walking distance to everything.

Amazing! Great staff, great location, DOG FRIENDLY (apparently rare in the area), and the karaoke bar on the second floor is small but friendly, great drinks and prices.

Nice place to stay. Had a issue with my card… the clerk said it wasn’t accepting it and ran it multiple times… it charged me multiple times :/ but the manager took care of it. Also dog friendly.

The room we got smelled clean when we walked in, not musty like some places. The room itself was pretty good over all, not prefect but pretty good for the price. I checked the air filters on the a/c units to make sure they were clean because I have bad allergies and they were. Sheets were clean, bed skirts could use a washing but for the most part for a lower priced hotel/motel it was a good experience.

We have loved our stay here. Friendly people everywhere, from front desk to the lounge. Not counting its pet friendly. Great place to stay in pigeon forge tn!

My daughter and I had a girls get away to Dollywood stayed here. Room was clean beds comfortable. We did have to put a towel at the door because of lack of insulation around the door. There was a family next to us who woke us up fighting. The management came and police came. Manager made them leave because they have a zero tolerance for fighting. It was good to see it was taken care of quickly. Also breakfast was great. Make you own waffles, muffins and made to order scrambled eggs and biscuits and gravy I would recommend this hotel.

Stayed before but now not as good. Room had new floors but not swept. Put us in different area than asked for. Have a bar and lounge on 2nd floor and all I have heard for hours Is Boom Boom Boom from music. Had drunks in parking lot for hour and finally called desk. Show Karaoke on sign so dread that mess. Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast area not enough room and only 2 hours a day. Can’t bring back to room which isn’t good for guests that like sleeping in. Weeks before at booking asked for quiet room and get put next to bar. This will be last stat here.

We got a good price of 62.99 right after the 4th of July so for that price I would give the hotel 4 stars. This makes twice I have stayed here and both times our room was clean. The fridge was so cold that our soda would have ice chips in them. The one thing that bothered me was the sheets kept coming up off the bed. I would stay here again for that price. I would stay somewhere nicer if the price was higher.

Stay away from this place… Keep looking and you can get much better option. Most horrible thing is breakfast. They will keep you wait in line for breakfast and serve really small quantity of whatever they serve. There is no buffet concept here… My only suggestion is stay away from this place before you regret of spending money on this place.

Keep looking. The hotel is old and dated. The room was clean. But for the money there are better hotels for about same or another 30$ a night. Breakfast was the usual garbage and ended at 9:30 Sharp. Really not making any efforts to accommodate guests. These guys don't understand the word buffet, and only serve hot food by making you wait in line for a single cook. Not enough parking. There is also a time share person setup n lobby to try to sell you discount show tickets if you sit through their patch. No benefit to being on the main drag. Suggest looking a block or two off. Is pet friendly which explains the bugs. Avoid this hotel.

Horrible! I wouldn't stay here ever again, had bed bugs in all 4 of the rooms that my family and I booked for our stay. Then when we requested our money back so we could leave to get another hotel, he was rude and cussed our family before calling the police to have us leave without refunding our money. We literally had put some of the bed bugs in a cup and showed the management and they did nothing but treat us like we were wrong.

The room was very nice and clean, however walls are paper thin. Literally could hear word for word of people talking in parking lot. Children running back and fourth above us sounded like a small earthquake lol. Avoid floor level rooms at all costs unless you want to hear car engines 30 feet from where you sleep all morning. Breakfast is limited to waffles, donuts, one choice of cereal and fruit. Not to mention the older woman who "stands guard" is very rude and unpleasant. Pleased with the room itself, just a horrible choice if you plan on getting any sleep.

The location was wonderful. Right on the Parkway with a trolley stop out front. Kind people working there. I would recommend this hotel.

The room was acceptable and set to a comfortable temperature upon arrival. The television was ridiculously small though. The shower never wanted up to a decent temperature, and then it didn't even stay lukewarm for more than ten minutes.

We have stayed there multiple times never really had much of a problem other than housekeeping beating on the door at 10:30 when check out is at 11. However this last time we stayed they had changed some rules and that is you have to give them a credit/debit card with the amount for the room on it whether you are paying cash or not. Well we gave them my bank card that had the amount on it but paid cash under the assumption that it was going to be put on hold just for that night we checked out two days ago and despite we paid cash as I said they still have it on hold and I just called them and they said it would be on hold for 4 or 5 days and the money being held is more than what we paid for the room so be warned if all you have on your bank card is $55 and you pay cash you won't be able to touch your money for almost a week … I am basically out $100 until they take the hold off. It's best just to take the money off the card instead of giving them cash I wish they would've informed me because now I have a bill that I have to pay late payments on because they couldn't get the money for it out of the bank.

We stayed at the red roof inn in pigeon forge the 9 th of Jan. 2016. We went on a whim and had no reservations. Upon arrival we were greeted very friendly by Everett, the desk clerk, who was very friendly and helpful. He gave us, myself and my 2 elderly aunts, a room on the first floor, very helpful! Then he told us about all the amenties of the room. The room was beautiful. Andvery well equiped, microwave fefrigerator, etc. The beds were comfortable and clean. The room was very clean. Isabella was in the complementary breakfast area and her and her staff were friendly and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Thanks to Everrett, Isabella, and the rest of the staff at the red roof inn in pigeon forge for making our trip so wonderful!

Hard to rate this location. I've stayed here 2-3 times, in the hot tub room and larger room overlooking the parkway, so the rooms were decent. They weren't remodeled like most of the Red Roof properties. The rooms were clean and basic though. The property needs a bit of upkeep, beside the stairs to go up to our room there was a giant pile of various junk that made it seem run down. Overall I give it 4 stars because the rooms were fine, but the outside and inside could use a major upgrade. I've seen the prices crazy high in the summer, I'd skip it then and stay at a nicer place, but in the off season the rooms are more in line with regular Red Roof prices, and can be a steal for the largest rooms. In peak season, the rooms are overpriced for what they are.

Went there in 2010. Loved it. Nice bed and couch. Has mini-fridge and microwave. Swam in indoor pool. Spider webs on the top. Overall, nice hotel.
