Absolutely lovely hotel, stayed here on our honeymoon for four nights, and it’s definitely one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in! so close to the Arc de Triumph and George V metro station, as well as Charles de Gaul-Etoile metro and RER station. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby, and within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower. Rooms are clean and well decorated, although slightly on the small side, but this is absolutely fine for a city break where you only need a place to stay at night. The staff are friendly and helpful, even going as far as to go to the restaurant next door to find a corkscrew when the hotels one got lost. Lots of nice touches like daily newspapers and phone chargers in the rooms. The breakfast was good but could have been better, for 14€ I would have liked a hot option other than eggs. Definitely would recommend this hotel, and will definitely stay here again when back in paris.

The most beautiful Parisian boutique hotel just off the Champs Elysees. Gorgeous rooms and great staff. Highly recommend. Can't wait to come back!

Horrible experience. We checked in and found out the room was not made. Instead of quickly making the room they informed us that housekeeping had already left. No manager on duty either. They moved us to a horrible hotel. Worst of all, we were two couples and had to be separated. I've been trying to email management for some sort of compensation but no one has gotten back to me. Try to avoid this hotel at all cost. There are many other better hotels nearby. I've traveled to Paris over 10 times and no other hotel has ever been so unprofessional in responding to a mishap they initiated.

Peaceful, clean and comfortable room.
Clean, nice room of good size and functional, restaurant and terrace very satisfying. The fire alarm sounded in the middle of the night, the noise was deafening, we had to get dressed and go outside. We understand that this was an accident, but explanations or even a very small commercial gesture would have been welcome.

Service was good but rooms are small and tariff is high.

Be careful — they double charge your room and openly advise that customers complain everyday. When we challenged the reception, the African French staff insulted us and refused to be helpful. If this is French quality service, then I’d rather not be a beneficiary of it. Their room was so small with no space to move around. The room was so cold and the bed was basic.

Hotel on a human scale. Quality cuisine. Watch out for the stingrays, there's nothing for you here. Thanks for the service and room service.

First class service. Wife and I spent our wedding night here and they made sure it was a special occasion. We were treated to free breakfast (or room service, our choice) as well as returning to our room to find a nice bottle of champagne. Beds were comfortable and rooms were more than adequate size for Paris.

This hotel is in the perfect spot, just few minutes from all the attractions. It’s small yet comfortable with a modern touch. Rooms is small and space is very limited. There’s a Moroccan Resturant just next to the hotel which is a must.

The hotel location is fantastic. You are a few blocks from the Arc and Champs. The staff was also very curteous and welcoming. Our room was very disappointing. The furniture was beat up, the bathroom door appeared to be an old room door that had a lot of damage, the carpet was stained, and we woke up to a rather large spider hanging out over our bed. We found several webs throughout the room. For $400+ a night I would have expected much more than this. Sure the location is great, but you can find nice Air bnbs in the area for less.

All the staff was very nice but I particularly want to single out Hesam and Anita, for being extraordinarily helpful and friendly. They made the stay go from ordinary to excellent. Hotel is also in great location.

Dinner was great. They really helped make our anniversary special. Great experience.

Location of choice. Impecable Service. Very friendly staff You really are not assaulted by the usual behaviors of some 5 stars and it has perfectly agreed to me. The customer is so comfortable that we really feel like family.

We stayed her for three nights in February, and it checked all the boxes. Although smaller than Americans may be used to, the bed was comfy, the room was clean, and true bathroom was great compared to other Parisian hotels I have stayed in. Great location too!

In my opinion the worst Intercontinental hotel I’ve ever been. Probably I was just unlucky but my room was very small, much more like a 2 star hotel than a 5 star one. A bed and a micro desk, that’s it, no more space, not even for a chair. A different situation is the enjoyable breakfast with a good selection of cheese. And, as always, the staff are friendly. Of course.

I always enjoy my stays at the Hotel Galileo. The rooms are comfortable — and I appreciate my request for a quiet room being honored — the staff is always very welcoming and helpful, and the price and location are terrific. My first choice for a business hotel in Paris. Merci! A bientot!

Awarding 4 stars for value and quality of this hotel, in Paris! Hotels in Paris always seem to underwhelm but once you get a baseline, this one is rather nice for not being super expensive. Very friendly and attentive service, great location near the Arc and Metro 1 / RER A, big enough lobby and room (we had a superior room) for Paris standards. The business corner is a chair in a corner (but it's usable), the rollaway's mattress is only acceptable for kids (

Expensive, not worth the price. Located close to the Arc de triumph. Easy to reach by metro. The hotel is ok. Rooms quite small, clean and beds comfortable. Restaurant pretty small and breakfast not more than ok…

Stayed 2 nights, Sasha and Marceu both excellent receptionists speak perfect English, always helpful. The rooms of the first, give you a phone line for calls and GPS completely free of charge for the stay. Price a little high 580€ / night xhab. Without breakfast.

My room was pretty small. And I was also put on the smoking floor even though my reservation requested no smoking (though they did try to pretend it was a non-smoking room by putting a card stating as much in the room). And the bathroom situation was weird — there are sliding walls, and no door or air vent… So hopefully if you're staying with someone, you're really comfortable with them. Also, the shower floor is about 4-6 inches above the bathroom floor which nearly caused a wipeout. Bed was comfy. TV was small. Staff was great.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights, gorgeous little hotel and it was spotless. Perfect location just off the champs elysees and the arc de triomphe is a 2min walk away. Staff are exceptionally good especially Christopher. Would love to return and will definitely recommend to friends & family.

Everything was excellent service, clean, and the breakfast was great, the only thing the bathroom was a bit small.

Pretty terrible so far sitting in the reception as power has gone out to multiple rooms, clearly not the fault of the guys working but im only staying here one day and I'm spending most of the night hours sitting in the reception. Arrived at 16.30 my check in time to have the cleaner still cleaning my room … Elevator the size of and coffin which is used as a service lift and customer lift so you end up using the stairs I'm on the 4th floor USB cables in the room didn't work 120 quid to sit in a foye lucky I didn't start having a shower when lights went out Positive Location is good … if that helps.

The smallest Intercontinental in size but a very nice and cosi hotel. The staff was very dedicated and helpful. The room are relatively small which is usually in Paris but each have a specific decoration. The hotel is very well located only 5 min walk from the Arc de Triomphe however relatively quite place. Only point missing is the Club Lounge if you are an IHG platinum member however the drinks in the room are free.

The hotel location is excellent. The rooms are quite small, even our upgraded one. The ceilings in the room were close to 5 meters high. The staff were friendly and the hotel seemed mostly clean. Will spend a few more nignts here soon as booked. Would stay here again in the future if I review that the room size is comparable to hotels nearby.

Paris, we wanted to live the experience of a great hotel for a weekend. We have been delighted by the quality of hospitality, the kindness of the staff, the beauty of our room, the side felt the restaurant (although breakfast is not as exceptional as the rest) anyway we can only recommend.

We spent two days as part of our honeymoon at this hotel. The welcome was lovely, the room and places in general were quality and attentive service. No downside to raise if it isn't the size of the room!

First of all, I would like to appreciate the people in the front desk, they are so kind and they are very good in meeting customers need. Coming to the rooms, yes they are small and the room we have some kinda problem with the Air conditioner. Front office was helpful yesterday to get a new room but even this room has the same problem now. So I would say it is the room service persons to have this in ther "to do list" to check the room temperature before they hear anything from the customer. I will be very happy to rate 5 if that is done.

We had a wonderful stay, this hotel is a true haven of peace. Warm and attentive service, the location is ideal to 2 min walk to the arc of triumph and the champs Elysées. We particularly enjoyed the friendliness of the staff and the breakfast. I highly recommend it!

Convenient location: 5 minutes walk from the Arc de Triomphe and Metro line 1 to Charles de Gaulle — Étoile, rather than George V. This fact allowed me to visit the city in 3 days almost entirely by foot: the Eiffel Tower is no more than half an hour's walk. Staff. Daily cleaning and towel change. The room (perhaps a little small for my liking, but we're in Paris) has all the amenities: hairdryer, minibar, heated towel rail. After checking out I left our luggage for three hours in custody without any problems. Keep that in mind the Galileo Hotel when I return to Paris.

Our last night in Paris, staying in this hotel, next to the Champs-Elysees. It turned out we got it right. Near George v Metro station and Arc de Triomphe. We booked the room is cost-effective, clean, practical and good sound insulation. Wireless network signal is very strong and it's free. All areas of the Hotel looks brand new, recently renovated. Staff we encountered were very nice. Muhammad is particularly friendly and eager to help. If you want to book hotels in district 8, …

We have been staying at this hotel for three nights, the place is small and friendly the rooms very quiet, very clean. Close to everything and for everything since even if they are in the area more face of Paris you can find good options for dinner in the streets adjacent to the Champs-Elysées. The only thing to improve is the quality mattress, but otherwise all very correct. Preferred.

The location was excellent, just a 5 minute walk within the Arc de Triomphe/Champs Elysees/Georges V metro station. The hotel stuff are very kind and speak many different languages, and will go out of their way to assist you with whatever it is you need — truly a 5 star experience. My only complaint is that the rooms are very small, even by Paris standards. The breakfast was your typical average quality. I recommend you cross the street and go to Bagelstein and grab yourself a gourmet bagel or fresh pastries from Josephine also across the street. There is also a little depaneur next to Josephine. Overall, I would come here again if I had to stay near Champs Elysees.
