The staff is above friendly and helpfull. The rooms are clean and the service is the best of all hotels of Paris I've been to.

What a great hotel. From the moment I walked in … and was upgraded to suite, I loved the place. It’s in a great location and I absolutely adore my room (I may have been very lucky) but the staff are amazing and very accommodating. I am looking forward to coming back here … very soon. Thank you.

Wonderful little hotel. Very clean and spacious. The bathroom is huge considering other hotels in Paris. The location is also great, as is the coffee. Real espresso, not tasteless parisian coffee.

Breakfast well, a bit expensive but not bad choice and fresh products but by big disappointment level omelettes (industrial and therefore not good, propose nothing or better, make egg scramble it is easy and better) well located in Paris to two Not from the station.

Central location in a very busy street with plenty places to eat and drink minutes away. Adequate and Compact rooms. Clean and well appointed. Only gripe was we could hear neighbouring guests above and thro the wall cough and talk quite clearly. However didn't detract from our stay.

Wonderful atmosphere and ambiance; loved the cleanliness, but the staffs' attentiveness and services were what won me over. Especially Mr. Sabari, who was so accommodating and considerate in a time where I was in immense stress. I had lost my passport, but he smoothly and kindly assisted me in printing my forms, and gave heartwarming encouragements for my distressed state. Immensely thankful and grateful for his help, I will always sing praises for this hotel's desire to make visitors feel a sense of comfort in a place away from home. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a pleasant and enjoyable stay! And again, my kindest and deepest regards to Mr. Sabari! :)

The staff are welcoming and accommodating, the rooms are clean and beds are soft. Located at the heart of Paris, close to museum and shopping malls. I would come and stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommended.

Clean, newly renovated. Staff is friendly and professional. Close to multiple metro stops. Good breakfast available (great breakfast by American standards)

Excellent junior suite with a nicely proportioned main room with couch and bed, reasonable bathroom with standing shower, and walk in closet. Is larger than a normal room, by is pricier too. Limited interaction with staff left me with a still pleasant experience. Only complaint is that, as is common in Paris, you must leave your key at the front desk when leaving, and the staff will give your key to you without asking for ID when you get back, which is ripe for abuse.
