Perfect location and very friendly staff!

The hotel is very well located. It is next to the stations of Liege and St. Lazare, this last one is a large station that serves many metro and RER lines as well as has many shops to make some shopping.

Being near the metro plays as a negative point towards the hotel as you can hear and feel perfectly the subway pass at all times, yes. Until 01.30 p. M.

The reception we had was not very pleasant as the attention received was correct, but we asked a little more on a tourist level and it seemed that we were bothering. An awkward moment. They gave us information but we did not ask any more since it seemed not to be the objective of the reception pardon.

One positive point is that EVERYONE speaks in SPANISH

The rooms are rather small, very small. We carried two suitcases and had to play tetris in order to make proper use of them.
The beds are comfortable.

Daily cleaning is rather excaso. They just make the beds and little else. Which is not to say that the room is dirty, in fact when you enter it is very clean but if you get dirty in your instance they are only limited to making you bed.

The breakfast buffet is correct, not much or little. Although the last day was more of a lousy service. There were 2 people dedicated to the salon and customers kept asking for things because there were no, such as spoons, dishes, food. Seemed to keep a calm and friendly rhythm between them.

Excellent location, close to all ameneties. Well-kept hotel, genuine and professional staff, and last but not least there is a garden a la Parisienne! Very much recommended.

Small but very comfortable Rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It's Worth it.

The location is great, everything is within walking distance, to the rest 10-15 euros by taxi.

Hotel is centrally located on a well-run street in the city centre, yet there is nothing to hear about car noise in the hotel rooms. Reception is 24 hours busy, friendly and helpful. German is not spoken here, but with English you get on. Room modern furnished, a little small, TV available. Bed is more like a cot due to the bad hard mattresses. Bathroom not modernized, nevertheless handsome and clean, minibar in room available.
Serbicepersonal in the breakfast room very rude, daily the same offer.
The hotel is recommended if you can take the swabs as very good central location.

A lot of the staff is Spanish, and that is noticeable in the very recommended atmosphere. I've visited it multiple times and I'll be back.

Located at a convenient location from bothe the Liege and St Lazare Metro stations. The famous Moulin Rouge is certainly a walking distance. The staff are helpful. However, the hotel lacks amenities like a water heater and toiletries. Certainly good for a budget stay.

Very nice Hotel and very very clean. Small rooms, as the average in Paris, but very comfortable and modern. Breakfast very good and varied, very good customer service. The receptionists speak English and are very helpful. Very well located, close to the Boulevard Haussman, Printemps, Galleries Lafayette, the Opera Garnier. Without a doubt, I would.

Impressive! They storage ur luggage even in the early morning. Not as some other hotel they give a sticker to make sure the luggage is urs.

Rooms well presented but breakfast is a little basic. Very expensive, one lift broken. The layout of the rooms is a little confusing.

For a 3 star it’s all right, it’s clean and serviceable, also the internet connection was good, never dropped. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Only issue I had was the shower head kept sagging so shower was a bit annoying. In Paris however if your can afford it go for a 4 star, in general it’s worth the extra euros.

Great location, but they are not very helpful. I have been writing them emails before the arrival and nobody responded. And they charged us for things we didn't use, of course nobody answers the emails.

Good attention, and in Spanish. Clean. Good breakfast. Room expensive and small, but… Paris, so fine. The Metro Ⓜ is heard a little, but as you are active all day, when you take the bed you do not know.

We were absolutely happy with our stay in exe :) very nice and helpful staff. They helped us to accommodate all of our guests who came for our wedding. All the rooms were big enough (for Paris) and tidy :) well deserved 5 stars from us guys!

Easy to find although I did use Google maps very friendly staff clean and tidy no complaints other than the TV channels are all in French.

Room with nice decoration, despite the vmc that fell. The photos of the site do not correspond at all to breakfast, which misses all. The staff is overwhelmed and speaks very poorly French.

The room was small, but clean. Bed was firm, but not too hard. The bathroom was clean, but the hotel itself was dated. The mini fridge was full and the staff were awesome. It's a great location and I would do it again. Caution: if you're looking for plush, high end accommodations then don't stay here. It is minimal, designed to give you a place to sleep and shower for sightseeing. Close to the thick of it!

Clean and spacious room. It was a very nice hotel. Welcoming staff fluent in English and Spanish.

Room was ample, stocked mini fridge, spacious washroom. Windows were inconvenient when it came to closing shades. Bed was not incredibly comfortable (very firm, no cushioning at all). Checking in and out was seamless.

A horrible nightmare I don't even know where to start the room I booked was not what it looked like the the picture conflicting prices for breakfast 6€ listed then I was charged 10€ then on the day I checked out I reserved for transportation only to find out they could not come because the hotel booked it for the wrong date they wouldn't even offer to help get me to the airport so I had to come out of my pockets and pay 50€ for a taxi and to top it off I was charged city tax something that I was not aware of when I booked it so there is no such thing as a set price. Not a good experience.
