The Service in reception is good. The rooms though have almost everything you need are very old and need remodeling. The bathroom in my room had the ceiling tilted and I could not stand, I had to sit in the tub. As We walked in group I could see other bathrooms and they were normal. The Room There is no iron so be careful with bringing clothes that are wrinkled. And The elevator is more scary than The Exorcist movie, it's small and very old.

My girlfriend and her friend got robbed in their room while they were out. Lost around $3000. Staff didn't do a thing to help out. Didn't even bother to call the police, just gave them a map (which had the wrong directions) and told them to bugger off. Incredibly rude and discourteous. If you want to risk your life and your belongings stay here.

Excellent location. Good size room. The building was somewhat cramped. The room decor is somewhat dated, but perfectly functional. If you use any extra service, get a price list in advance.

Good value for money, decent room.

When we arrived, the elevator was broken and they gave me a room in the 6th floor. Since it took them over a day to fix it, I had to do some involuntary climbing sessions. Bags full of dirty clothes and a vacuum cleaner wer lying around in front of my room for days. The receptionist was very friendly though, trying to help whenever he could. The diversity of breakfast options is very poor, almost no options.

Very good ubcación, the normal hotel.

It's an ok place to stay but I am sure that for the price you can find something better. We had bad experience, the elevator broke and when fixing it they created a power outage at the whole building. Other than that, the stuff is friendly.

Ideal location near Gare Saint-Lazare.

The hotel is great. It is clean and the staff is very friendly and welcoming and it is close to saint lazare metro station which is really helpfull and in front of it is a great cafe medore. The problem is that the elevator kept breaking down and I was on the 5th floor so that was unpleasant and the rooms are small.

Great service and location. The rooms are small but still very comfortable. I extended my stay because it was great.

Perfect small hotel for a short stay. Good location A flat for breakfast or one wecan't to take only a hot drink.

PROS: no doubt friendly staff and good locations. Many metro stations close by and lot of good food places around. CONS: Tiny room. Elevator (lift) was a joke. Can not fit baby stroller in it and if you are travelling with kids this is not a place for you. Rest room (toilet) is for midgets not a regular peraon can fit in it. Wi-Fi sucks. Not what I was expecting after looking at pics online and not worth it what you pay for the room. Not recommended.

Over priced… would not stay here again the elevator hardly fits two peopl.

Minimum guaranteed.

The location is great, near the Opera with access to multiple metro stations and trains. Thr city center is about 10-15 minutes walking distance. The Wi-Fi is non existent and the elevator is extremely small. The room is ok but old and the bathroom is a joke. The problem isn't the hotel by itself but rather the whole city of Paris, which is over crowded and unsafe, everything is old and falling apart, most other hotels and accommodation places are way below common standards.

Friendly staff, good price for the area, good location. Rooms could need renovation but are clean and well equipped.

Clean and comfortable room, bigger than what I am used to in Paris. Very friendly staff. Only 4 stars because Wi-Fi was a bit slow.

This hotel is very convenient if you want to be close to Saint-Lazare and the staff is lovely and tries and do everything to help. The hotel is ok, rooms are clean and there is enough comfort. It is a bit old-fashioned though. Breakfast costs 12€ and is maybe a bit too simple for that price. But staff was very flexible for me to be able to take it a bit before 7am.

The elevator is really small and is very slow. But then. Notice to Clostrophe.
A little pricey breakfast compared to the quality. Otherwise the bedding is very good.

Location: excellent the Roissy Bus coming from airport Charles De Gaulle leaves you very wax. You are three stops from all places of interest.
Attention: excellent. Always with a smile and slopes offer everything you need.
Rooms: very good. Small, but the bed is comfortable, the bathroom comfortable and correct temperature and water pressure. The room only for sleep.

This hotel charges more than what you can offer, from my humble point of view. The room was leaking, has a peculiar odor and is very very small for two people this well but the relationship quality price because they were the pot. The staff is the best I have, are super friendly and are always the order. Maybe there is room more large hotel and best, not what, but without a doubt the one of us was nothing wow. The good thing that is not heard nothing from outside, thanks to the soundproof glass estabamls on the 1 floor.
They have to improve internet access.

Every staff member was super friendly and went the extra mile in giving specific directions. Yes the elevator and rooms are small but were not a problem for us. We were only in the room long enough to shower, change and return for a good nights rest. Location was great and breakfast very good. If you prefer a larger breakfast, there are places all around where you can eat. A Starbucks is located close by (near the train station). Lots of small boutiques in the area. Hotels are rated differently in Europe so I would rate the Opera Deauville a 2.5 to a 3 star. However, I would most definitely stay here again. I loved the location & the super helpful staff.

Small friendly hotel, with a very professional staff.

GREAT GREAT location, two staff members were friendly, welcoming and kind, other two were busy on their phone/internet, no eye contact, I hate my job attitude. the hotel is not 3 stars, more like 2 stars. Loved the location with great bakery across the street but I can stay at a better hotel next time. Beds were rock hard, rooms small and dingy. Air conditioner was old and smelly and seems filter has never been cleaned. Bathroom is outdated and so do the carpets (walked bare feet and my feet became so itchy, allergic reaction from dirtyness i'm assuming, GROSS).

The location is amazing! The nice people that work the front desk are amazing and welcoming. The in room Wi-Fi is great and we had no problems at all with it. Some North American travelers may find the size of beds and other amenities a bit unfamiliar as this hotel is very European — we had two small single beds and a desk with a well fitted bathroom facing a busy street. It does get a big noisy in the mornings but the traffic and people tend to settle down in the evening to a moderate level. Keep this in mind if you want to book here. I loved opening my big windows and looking down at the street and people every morning :).

A hotel in perfect location, cultural, mobility and tourism. The care is excellent, and always worry by having well informed and served guests.

I have to agree with the other comments made! All of the staff were very friendly, extremely helpful with suggestions for getting around using the metro and the room/hotel was very clean. The cold buffet breakfast offered fresh fruit, cereals, yogurt, boiled eggs, some meats and fresh croissants with beverages of your choice. Being near St. Lazare station is helpful for getting around Paris since many connections can be made through this station. The room was small but comfortable. This was our first trip to Paris so I have no other hotel to compare it to; I gave it 4 stars since for the price I believe it is a good value for Paris. The free wireless access was a plus since we had been having to pay up to 17 sterling a day in London at a similarly rated hotel.
