This is a new hotel still in a construction stage. Room was nice. It was clean. They used all white linens, even on bed. There wasn't enough pillows nor were they comfortable. A few loud disturbing noises from hallway very early.

It is being renovated so there is a lot of noise.

Very nice clean rooms plenty of room. Comfy beds… nice friendly people will book again.

The Country Inn Suites of Stone Mountain Georgia is a nice place to stay when you bringing a family or large group on a trip. They have suites that sleeps up to six people for a reasonable price. The suite has a door that separates the living and bedroom area. The room was equipped with a microwave and small fridge. The bonus of staying in Country Inn is that it is across the street from Walmart and a Cinema. If you stay in the room with even numbers you get a nice view of the mountain through your window. Breakfast was free from 6:30 — 9:30. The suite has free Wi-Fi, indoor pool, and exercise room. It is rated as 3 stars but its a nice place to stay If you are on a budget and have a large group with you! Ask for my new friend Ameila she will take good care of you! The staff was nice and friendly. Very nice southern hospitality!

The check-in was easy and employees really nice. The rooms were nice and clean. My only complaint is whatever cleaner they use on the rooms between guest was extremely overpowering and intense. The free breakfast was better then the typical hotel breakfasts. Overall, I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Customer service was good. The rooms were clean, however the room was in desperate need of improvements. It is outdated. I felt as if I was staying in a budget motel. For the price I had to pay I expected better. Additionally, I was charged twice which I had to call and address soon after I left. I was disappointed because I never received a call from the manager to address my concerns. I asked for the manager twice on two different days but the manager was never there. I have stayed in a few Country Inn & Suites and this one was the first time I felt dissatisfied and disappointed. Hopefully this review will help the owner change what they need to improve to make this hotel a better place to stay.

The location is close to stone mountain. This is an older hotel. I wish the website would've posted more information about the need to double authorize my debit card. That was a big surprise at check-in. The breakfast area is small. It was really crowded. Nothing special about the food. The same Frozen stuff most lower tier hotels serves. You get what you pay for.

People were very nice. However, our room smelled very strongly of cleaners. Our family has many allergies and sensitivities — we picked this hotel because no pets allowed, hoping to avoid such problems. On second night there, 3 different groups were trying to get in door after hours and no keys worked. The desk clerk had been called away, so there we were, standing at the door, unable to get it. Very frustrating.

Clean and quiet hotel located close to many restaurants. Rooms are nice and beds are comfortable. Nice breakfast each morning.

It's a good location, the bed was comfortable, and they keep it clean but it's in desperate need of updating. The shower makes a high pitched noise when in use, the pressure is too high, and the temperature does not stay consistent. There are stains on the carpet and there was a mismatched carpet in my room, that I imagine was covering a bigger stain.

Stayed at this location on previous trip. This room was more worn, less fresh feeling than the last stay. Breakfast offering was fresh, hot and ample. Would stay this location again in future.

This hotel was a great find. The room was large and clean. It was also very inexpensive for Christmas. We booked it last minute and found it to be great. They had free hot breakfast and a gym as well as a heated swimming pool. The kids just loved that. We had a great time and will use this hotel again.

This place is great! I had no problems with loud noises or pArking lot lights. There are blackout curtains in the room! It was very clean and very nice! The breakfast was even pretty good. I will be staying here again.

Our kid loved the pool (slightly heated). Wal-Mart is right across the road (so is hobby lobby). Unlike another review I read, our curtains did close to keep out the bright lights from the parking lot and we did not hear trucks all night. We would definitely come back.

We reserved a suite with two queen beds. Upon arrival they told us there was a mix-up with reservations and there were no suites available. We were stuck in a room with two teens and two adults for the night. No attempt to make things right. People at desk seemed like they could care less if we stayed or left. Since we were only there for the night, we decided to grin and deal with it. After we left, we realized that we left a brand new T-shirt that we had just purchased on the desk in the room. We immediately called that evening and were told they would check housekeeping and get back to us. No call. We called back the next morning and reiterated our story and asked that they check. They told us they would call back. They did not. We called back later in the afternoon and were told that no shirt was found. We can only assume that someone else liked the same shirt and kept it. People at the desk don't seem to want to go the extra mile to make a guest comfortable or happy. This wasn't the first time we have stayed there, but it likely will be the last.

Room was spotless and staff was friendly. As soon as we got there the manager brought a tiger mask out for my daughter. That is so thoughtful. Bed sheets were changed everyday and room refilled everyday.

Great place. It isn't cheap but you get what you pay for. Indoor pool is warm. Great free breakfast. It was busy but the staff was working hard to keep up. Clean rooms. Very close to stone mountain. A. C. In room was weak but it was cool enough outside to open the windows. Would recommend to others.

Excellent facility and the price is right. I am retired Military (Navy). Your company's commitment to the military personnel and their families is greatly appreciated — that's why my next hotel stay, will be at a Country Inn & Suites!

Staff was very nice and accommodating. Bria was very helpful during the check in process when one of our rooms smelled like smoke to get us into other adjoining rooms. Consuelo did a good job on keeping our room clean. If I had a restaurant I would hire Robert — he worked the whole time we were at breakfast and cleared our table — he was on top of things.

Clean room with a microwave, fridge, and the basics. Nice, polite staff. There is an indoor pool that I haven't tried. Located very close to Stone Mountain Park's entrance. There is also a Wal-Mart less than a mile away in case you forgot to pack something. Our bathroom sinks faucet was a little loose from the counter but wasn't leaking so not really an issue. The beds are very firm, which is not my preference but some people like them. The A/C units do not have an option to have just the fan running which is annoying for me but probably won't bother many people.

A warning to non-smokers — even though it is clearly stated that the only area where smoking is allowed is around back, smokers regularly park themselves on the bench right next to the front door. The entrance is always smokey and smelly and the staff refuses to do anything about the smokers. Also, if you picked this hotel for the pool and hot tub, think again. They have recently torn out and tiled over the hot tub and have redesigned the pool to be substantially smaller and shallower than it used to be. If you are choosing this hotel to visit relatives or such, be sure to look up the dates for the Yellow Daisy Festival first. It is a huge deal in Stone Mountain and crowds are everywhere and hotel prices reflect that.

The rooms are amazingly spacious. Perfect for when traveling with kids or the family. Two Televisions in the room. One in the Live-In Room and One in the Bedroom. Customer service is a bit unfriendly until you speak with the hotel manager. He has a distinguished name and fantastic. All and all, it's worth the price.

Nearly new and very nice establishment. A bit of confusion about room assignments and billing, but no serious issue. Nice, if small pool and not busy by comparison. Needs anti-slip treatment to tub. Nice breakfast provided. Will look for same company when travelling elsewhere.

Great place to stay in. Love it! The staff is very friendly and helpful plus I paid for standard room and they up graded me to a suite room no charge. The pool was warm and my son and I had tons of fun. I had a great view of the Stone Mountain right out of the window and it was less then 10 min away. The breakfast was great too. Thank you!

This hotel was comfortable and clean. They had a standard breakfast and everything was pretty fresh. The desk clerk, Kim, was very informative about Stone Mountain and gave us good advice on our excursion there. She upgraded us to a junior suite so we could have a better view. We thoroughly enjoyed the awesome heated pool. There was always fresh coffee and cookies in the lobby, a nice touch. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Outstanding property! Wonderful customer service! Kareem and Jerome are sharp associates. Rooms are very nice and the a/c is COLD! Great location.

Front Desk attendant was very responsive to my requests and even changed rooms on my behalf. Really happy with the service and room.

Hotel classic string, very friendly. In front of the hotel, there is a mall to find a restaurant for the evening without taking the car.

Menish was on the desk when we check in. We needed to check in early since the protesters were at the park and he did a nice job accommodating us. All the staff there were friendly and helpful. We will use the motel again.

Breakfast was fantastic. Room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable didn't take me long to realize I was asleep.

Front desk staff was very accommodating through out our stay. Allowing us to use the continental breakfast room for our family to congregate as a group and talk, play games and eat our lunch on Saturday. Continental breakfast was also set up a half an hour early on Sunday morning to accommodate our early airport departure time. THANKS to the ENTIRE Thursday thru Sunday staff for their Southern Hospitality.

The check-in ladies both day and night shift were very nice. We had a wonderful mini-visit each morning with the breakfast attendant from Jamaica. She was also very helpful with sharing info about the local area and how to get around. A very valuable asset for your company, especially in large metro area for tourist.

Friendly, welcoming staff; very clean room with comfortable bedding; penty of space for my wheelchair; best breakfast around. Loved having a microwave, although this time we didn't use it. Although there were a couple of large groups outside our room was utterly soundproof. Very good lodging and price.

We hold meeting at this hotel regularly, and management does an excellent job of getting new staff familiar with our particular meeting needs so they provide us and me personally with highest of service and predictability. I thank them all. I thank them all for being both great people and great professionals.

I arrived at Country Inn knowing that I could have a split reservation for my two night stay. I was in town for my aunt's funeral and was very tired and ready to rest. My room was not ready, so the manager looked to see if I could get the same room for two nights. She couldn't find one, but in seeing how tired and sad I was, she upgraded me to a suite for no additional charge. She did an awesome job in helping me thru a difficult time. Thank you.

The hotel is very well position for a visit to Stone Mountain and has some good restaurants in its vicinity. The cost savings can be significant. The facility is clean and quiet with swimming pool and hot tub available. The manager is very customer friendly and the staff greeted us as we traveled in and out of the motel.

The employees were very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The overall look was a neat and clean country inn.

All the employees that were on duty this weekend were WONDERFUL. The night clerk was a doll she was so helpful and sweet. The young lady and gentlemen that were on duty the night my daughter and I checked in for a Lacrosse championship games were cheerful and helpful. After my experience with the Atlanta highways and my dumb GPS, IT WAS REFRESHING to meet two people that I felt were already friends greet me. They made me smile and laugh, what a way to start off my weekend. And last but not least the mantience man that was on duty Sat. Afternoon when we were tired and hot and couldn't walk one more step, some how he picked up on that and helped my daughter and myself. And I'm sure was not on his job description. Then my key wouldn't work so he helped us with that. I could have just hugged him. All I can say is the staff at this hotel is by far the major draw to this property. The property was as well beautiful, clean we loved our rooms, happy to see the bedding, no heavy bedspreads that are used for every guest, fresh sheets with white down coverlets and the STAFF ROCKS.

I have stayed hear many times over the past years. The owners and staff are very dedicated to making your stay your home away from home. Very, very nice rooms and grounds too. Especially now they totally remodeled everything. New carpet, paint, pictures, furniture and more. Great people and great place to stay.

We stayed for a birthday weekend trip to see Stone Mountain (which was a beautiful great day! ). The noise in the parking lot was horrible, loud foul music till after midnight. The crowd in the breakfast room were very under-dressed, the TV in the room did not work for a major college football game. Certainly NOT worth the price, and we won't be back. Front desk person was very nice until we had problems with the TV and the noise ("V*v**n"), but the check out was very pleasant, had to leave a day early, wanted to get home to peace and quiet. Date of visit: Sept 4 weekend.
