This was a last minute decision for me. I chose this hotel so that I could be on time for my closing Friday morning. For the price I paid, I could have stayed at a much nicer hotel. There was only one HBO channel. I don't care for hotels that have to enter the room from the outside. You hear a lot of noise from people talking and walking around in the parking lot. Only stay here if you just can't do better!

We have stayed at this location forTWENTY-FIVE years. We where made to put a deposit on a credit card. We are Wyndham members and AAA Members. Breakfast sucked. Rooms are every clean. Pool had work done it, love the new safety gate.

Beds are very comfortable and we had a great night's sleep! The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired, but many fast food restaurants are within walking distance if you so desire.

Basic hotel without frills. Check in was easy. Our room faced the road but was still quiet. The furniture was dinged up but the room was clean and the bed was firm and comfortable. Limited breakfast choices but fresh. Dunkin donuts right next door. Would use again.

Beds very comfortable. Price was a good deal. Lacked in cleanliness on floors and curtains. Would stay again. Front desk helpful and friendly.

I was very pleased. The room was clean and comfortable. Would be a five star from me if a Marta ran out that way but it's perfect if you're visiting Snellville or Stone Mountain. Lots of restaurants and other stores conveniently located. I'll stay again. I'll just drive next time.

Very nice very clean not too busy definitely not overcrowded, liked it very much.

Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean. Needs updating & a better selection for breakfast. Nothing I could have except coffee. Very noisy when people pull in. You hear all the car doors since you enter your room from outside.

The location is great, very close to Stone mountain park. Plenty to eat around within 10 min drive. Otherwise room was clean with nice comfy bed.

The check in was easy and quick. Customer service was great at check in but not so great at check out. The young lady was short with answering questions and a bit rude so if I decide to use Day's Inn again and she's working the front desk I'll take my business somewhere else… The room was okay and I say okay because the entry door of the room was nite sealed so you could see the light from the outside coming in around the seal of the door.

Overall, our stay was excellent. However, when you walk in your room there is very smoky smell. Also, the rooms are painted like it was in 1940s. But, the service was very friendly.

The room had been smoked in and it was a non smoking room. The breakfast ended earlier than they said it would. Also theres not a lot of plugs in the room.

The location was very convenient to stone mountain. It made visiting there all day great cause the drive back to shower and sleep felt like 5 min. The free breakfast was cereal and fruit both mornings we went down to it. The room was not very clean. The carpet is really nasty and the bathroom was falling apart. The shower curtain was torn in several places so water got all over the floor. It was great in location but the rooms badly need updated.

One of the better motels we've stayed. Room appeared clean but still had that water damaged musty smell. Was a mix up checking in and the front desk assigned us a room that was either already taken or had not been cleaned yet. It was 8 o'clock at night. It was also a smoking room when we reserved a non smoking room. Instead of just apologizing or just assigning us a new room, since it was a smoking room AND dirty, the girl at the front desk wanted to argue about it. Thats the main reason for a low rating.

Very nice staff and room was CLEAN. We have stayed at several hotels in the Stone Mountain area do to work over the past few years and this hotel is by far superior to any other one we've stayed at. Wish we would've found it sooner. Lots of restaurants and shopping near by. We will be back next year!

Convenient location, nice room, but the carpets need to be cleaned. Walked around room in my white socks, which the bottoms are no longer white.

The hotel has a good location, furniture and paint are very old, Dawny in the front desk is very cooperative and helpful.

We picked this hotel because the location and price were right. Staff was helpful and comfort level is decent. The lobby looks aged. Breakfast starts at 6 but only during the week — it's 7 on the weekend. There's a swimming pool outside. The pillows were fluffy. The water gets hot and cold but has kind of a hair trigger — a quick nudge may get you from cold water to blistering heat. Wi-Fi is included, but there are no USB plug-ins in the rooms. Overall it met our needs for a night near Stone Mountain.

The Days Inn Atlanta Stone Mountain was a perfectly serviceable budget hotel. It wasn't the most comfortable place I've lain my head this year, but it was clean, the hot water was hot, and staff was friendly helpful in providing extra towels. We didn't try the pool. Breakfast isn't until 7 on the weekends. If you're an early riser or looking to get on the road, there's a dunkin donuts directly in front of the hotel and it's not far to waffle house, ihop, or several other breakfast spots. Otherwise, there are lots of nearby restaurants, and stone mountain is a five-minute car ride away. It's in a great location, reasonably-priced, and clean. If you're looking for luxury, this isn't it, but if you're looking for a reasonable deal in the stone mountain area, it's not bad at all.

Location was great! Close to a lot of places for food. And prive was great.

Room has all necessary amenities. I think the room used to be a smoking room, as there is a slight tobacco aroma. Housekeeping tries to minimize the smell as much as possible.

This place was built in 1989 and it shows thru the weathering of the paint. Could use a detail very soon. I have to give this place 5 stars because the clean up crew is very thorough and will come back a 2nd or 3rd time to check if you need your room cleaned.

We really enjoyed our stay. The bed were quite comfortable and the GM was awesome.

The room was a king-size bed didn't realize it was a smoking room so as a non smoker the smell was a bit much at first I was too tired to ask for a room change. The room over all was clean, the bed was comfortable. Not luxury but for price wasn't bad.

Bad communicate between staff. Manager was going to give our room away because he was not told we were there that morning. We had an extended check out time till 1pm. They started knocking on our door at 8 am. Didn't have our rooms ready till 5 15 pa. Check in is at 3. Lady at front desk didn't inform worker we had a late check out. Found a Corona beer behind bathroom door. So don't think floor was mopped.

We booked via Expedia for our 3 night stay in the Stone Mountain area. We arrived at the Days Inn at 6 or 7 pm on Friday evening and were greeted promptly and checked in. The hotel is small, centrally located in a suburban area with several restaurants, grocery stores and other strip mall shopping staples within a easy walk. We were visiting friends in the Snellville area and this was an easy less than 20 minute drive. The room we were given happened to have been a handicapped accessible room on the first floor. The room was clean enough, the furnishings were a bit dated but in working order. The mini fridge microwave combo were OK, the fridge didn't work well but kept things at a light chill rather than standard refrigerator cold, fine for water/drinks. We didn't ask management/front desk about the issue with the fridge so I really can't slam nor praise them for anything with regard to that. It seems that Stone Mountain is a very short drive from here and this would be a good base camp for exploring. We were respected in our Do Not Disturb request, the sign went in the key slot the minute we arrived and didn't leave and no one seems to have bothered it or come in unwelcomed. The other guests from our observations seem to be a mix of families and others passing through. It seems like a fine area here but I'd of course recommend usual caution like hiding valuables and locking the door, etc. One small complaint… please get sheers on the windows!

Although it's a continental breakfast, it was just enough for me and my family. The internet speed was pretty good. I would definitely recommend this motel, if for no other reason, the rewards program is fantastic.

My stay was OK. The staff where nice and responsive, although it did take a min to find someone when we walked in. The first room had this smell (kinda lik stale water with wispes of fornacation) they moved us right away. New room was nice and clean. The breakfast was the worst part of the experience. You choices where basically limited to toast cereal and oatmeal (I think) if your looking for a cheap place to stay close to the mountain. It's recommended. If not weight your options.

Booked for 4 nights, left a night early. Front desk personnel were courteous and polite. Cleaning staff was rude. Laundry facility is between the two buildings, exposed to the general public and the elements. Three broken refrigerators right next to washer and dryer. Our toilet ran the entire time we were there. I had to lift the tank lid everytime to manually flush the toilet. Also, there was condensation ALL over the toilet. I told the manager. He didn't apologize but he did send maintenance to fix it. The toilet worked for a day and proceeded to run nonstop. We checked out a night early because we wanted a good night's sleep (with the noise of traffic and other guests, you're not going to get a good night's sleep). We expected a refund for one night. I checked out on 2.22.16 and didn't receive my refund until 3.4.16 and that was only because I called corporate (who, btw, were very nice). Only stay at this motel if you're in a financial crunch or desperate!

The worst place ive ever stayed in my life. The rooms were somewhat clean. The bathroom was very clean. I used my card the first night 24th and was charged my husband used his card the 2nd day 25th and was charged we left at 5 am the 26th to come to florida and my card has been charged 2 more times. I called and asked to speak to manager and I go to voicemail I am waiting for a call back. If you plan on staying here use cash do not use a card unless you do not mind being charged for days you are not there.

I was very dissatisfied with my experience I was afraid for my life while staying here as I heard about a shooting here and they only serve waffles on weekends so after waiting a week to get some waffles they were as if the owner had watered down the waffle mix and the cearal tasted like it was generic to top it off Vera was very rude to us I will never go back if u do decide to stay here be sure the maids make your bed becauase on several occasions they didnt make mine.

Besides the fact someone was killed execution style in one of the rooms for his car and there's no security the lady Vera at the front desk is very judge mental and rude to the guests right off the bat. By the way good luck trying to check out by calling I called over and over for 35 Mins before I got an answer and when I did … they hung up! 3 more calls later they aloud me to check out and not get charged again just in the nick of time before I could be chared again… almost like it's on purpose.

Had a lot of family visiting for holidays. There is no better price plus value. I see they were awarded 2014 AAA Diamond as well. Keep up the great quality and amazing rates and you will forever be our hotel of choice for visiting family.

Clean, comfortable room and extremely friendly staff.

The breakfast was nice. Appreciated the refrigerator and the microwave in the room. Hotel was quiet. Bed comfortable.

I had a great stay. When I'm back on this side of town again, I'll definitely be staying here again. You're maids did an excellent job all week.

Very much enjoyed our stay will definitely be coming again with our children to see Stone Mountain. It is difficult to mention only some staff members as we were very satisfied with all the personnel of the hotel. Overall our experience was relaxing and fun even for a business trip.

My Husband and I were very satisfied with this motel. I would consider the breakfast very continental but I realize it’s a motel, for God’s sake. Since there are plenty of places to eat around here that didn’t matter much to us. You have a great staff here, guy. I would definitely recommend this motel and will stay here again next year.

The first room they gave us was not ready and so they gave us another room. They were short on staff and that is understandable. The staff was nice and took care of things whenever we needed them. They even hired new staff during the three days we stayed. I wish they would have had a little better breakfast.

Room was the cleanest on trip, so far. We really enjoyed our stay here. We almost don't want to check out, but we have to move on. We will definitely stay here again next year.

Oh yeah, We'll take it. The room was nice and clean and smelled great. I also love the fact that you put us by the pool. My little girl is gonna love that.

I've been coming here years. I didn't have any problems with the old manager. However, I really like the changes the new management has put in place. The motel seams cleaner and just run better. Keep up the good work.

The safest place to stay in Atlanta. Clean and comfortable everyones always nice. The only place I stay when I come to ATL.

This place is so dirty! I will never stay at another days inn. For this price I would expect so much more.

For a chain hotel in the mid dollar range this one was very nice. I booked in advance and then called the day before to double check. The receptionist was very nice and when I asked about the note I had put on the reservation about getting a ground floor room she went ahead and made sure it was taken care of. The room was nice and clean, I was a bit leery after reading a few reviews regarding stale smells but it had a nice fresh smell as if it had been Febreezed after it was cleaned. The bathroom was clean and it was nice to have the curved shower curtain bar for extra room in the shower. The only complaint I have is that the water was extremely hard to regulate, I spent my entire shower either being scalded or frozen. It felt as if whenever someone else was using water it was pulling from our room. It did however have good water pressure. My husband said he didn't have a problem with regulating the shower so it might have just been me. They also had the massage shower heads that you could adjust which was nice. The linens were nice and clean, I gave very close inspection to this since I have read so many reviews about bedbugs in hotels/motels these days. Another plus was the newer in room coffee makers, it was not that tiny little pot you had to wait on to make. Our room had single cup coffee makers in them. It made a nice cup of coffee very fast and easy and they gave you enough to make several cups.

We were here for the Country Living Magazine Craft Fair in Oct. The rooms were very clean. Small bathroom and tight parking, but no complaints, it was great location for easy shopping and getting to Stone Mountain. Would stay there again! People working were very friendly.

We were looking for a place last minute, went in and the front area was very clean. We were pleasantly surprised how clean and comfotable the room was. Would definitely stay here again if in the area. The staff was also very pleasant.
