We went to this hotel last weekend. And we were extremely disappointed. A room like a sardine box. The TV didn't work! Full of stains on the carpet. A window with a balcony that leaves to be desired.

The staff is deserving and has been listening very courteously and doing the best to meet the demands. Very expensive for the quality not at the appointment. It had not been clarified that the hotel does not serve breakfasts. Tiny elevator refrain if claustrophobic, bathroom not cleaned every day if you stay several nights, smells of sewers in the bathroom until the 4th floor. Unironed pillowcases, Bedding very well.

Clean and quiet, very friendly.

Located just 2 steps from the department stores, this hotel offers modern and comfortable rooms.
The staff is very friendly and spontaneously offers maps for the Parisian Metro as soon as you Check In.
The rooms are equipped with flat screen TV, a mini bar and a Nespresso machine which is a real plus.
Small downside for the Wi-Fi which is a little unstable.
Breakfast is varied and complete.
It is a small buffet with all the classics: Scrambled Eggs Deli cheese for the salty, and pastries, bread, jam, fruit and milk products for the sweet.
Prices are high but become interesting if you go through specialized booking sites.

My girlfriends and I were in Paris for a short stay, we stayed at this really excellent Hotel, right in the centre and in a very quiet area. Very friendly and helpful staff, always present to our needs.

Small and unpretentious hotel a few steps from the Department stores and Gare Saint Lazare.
The staff (people from the reception, Maid…) is very nice and very helpful.
