Lovely room with a view!

I just want to say that the staff at this Radisson Blu is top notch. When we checked in, our room was not ready and there would be a delay before we can lay down and relax. We had just driven in from Normandie and had to endure the insane Arc de Triomphe round-about. There was nothing more we wanted than to put our feet up and let the world melt away without us. So, one can understand if we were a little irritable when the delay was communicated to us,
But our concierge, Zofia, went above and beyond her duties to make the delay bearable. She related to us her own travels around France (being from Australia, she had only been working in Paris for a less than year). She felt more like a friend than a hotel employee. My wife and I spoke with her as if we had known her for quite some time. And of course, the offer of a complimentary beverage from the bar helped as well. One glass of wine each (for my wife and I) and a few stories later… before we knew it, our room was ready.
If I may say so, I think having this kind of interaction with Zofia was really what we needed more so than our room being ready on time. I don't recall, at any point in my life, where a hotel staff had done this and made us feel so welcome.
We've stayed at Radisson Blu hotels before in other countries. And we will continue to think of them first whenever we plan other holidays in the future.

Very nicely modeled hotel with convenient amenties close by. I recommend that the cleaning crew would ask guests if services are needed rather assume they do not because they are still in the room. We were very happy with our stay there.

Small room, great location, nice bfst and free Wi-Fi.

The hotel needs. Modern internal refurb. Not up to the standard of other Radisson I’ve stayed in from around the world. The worse was the rooms electrical circuit. For the bedside electrical plug to work the minibar light remain on which was annoying when trying to sleep.

I love this hotel. Good location. Helpful concierge. I strongly recommend the American breakfast.

Very nice hotel with a great location, the breakfast was good, nice room with a quiet sized balcony with view. Clean and good and comfortable beds. The staff was very helpful and friendly to us.

We had a very nice time in this hotel. The front desk was very amenible in helping us check in early. The rooms were nice (although smaller than I am use to, but I hear that's normal for Europe). We had breakfast included in our rate, which was nice to not have to worry about going somewhere. Would definitely recommend to others.

Great hotel with lovely staff. They upgraded us to the suit because we were travelling with our dog and wanted to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I would stay here again!

Not a standard Radisson. The breakfast is not the usual self serve excellence. The food is nice but very limited. Inter room noise is quite loud. Staff are great.

Rooms are small, so are the towels. Thought it being a Radisson would be more American, very European. Good lacation.

Overpriced. The location (100m from the Arc de Triomphe and 2-3 minute walk from the Champs Elysées is the best feature of this hotel. The rooms were very small (I am familiar with European hotel standards) and housekeeping was spotty at best. The sink was absolutely disgusting, it barely drained. I didn't take any photos but there are plenty in the other reviews/photos. Bathroom was poorly maintained as was the room and it was completely sub-standard for the Star Range and Hotel class. The hotel was very small and as such I was fairly surprised that the service wasnt better. Every surface of the room was worn (like it should have been updated 5 years ago) from the floors to the tile, the bathroom fixtures, etc. Also the Air Condioning was laughable at best, While we were in Paris the temprature never rose above 75 degrees but the room was unbearbly hot the enirety of our trip, so I wouldnt reccomend staying here in the summertime. Half of the staff were freindly, the other half were either preoccupied staring out into space or looking out the front door. The young Lady at the Front Desk and the waitstaff were good but the rest not so much. Breakfast was pretty good, though the only coffee that they served was instant.

Exceptional reception and a warm atmosphere.

Pleasant cozy hotel. I was upgraded to a Business Class room which was very comfortable and featured a large bathroom with a separate bath tub and shower. My room was right next to the lifts but thanks to additional door between the hall of my room and the bedroom I could have an undisturbed night.

Location is great, but the hotel is a big disappointment. Bar was closed, restaurant was closed. Breakfast is not up to Radisson Blu standard. No buffet but a basket of pastries. No value for money.

Good sized clean rooms, very friendly and professional staff. I was unfortunately put in the room above the kitchens but once informed of the noise they were able to resolve most of the issues (although earplugs next time! )

Good location and service at the front desk, but very poor service overall and poor cleaning… Even with my Gold card from their Club Carlson program.
The only good thing was the location and attention at the hotel reception, because the room was average, even pulling to bad, with a shabby chair that broke the first day with just leaning on it to turn on the standing lamp that was behind… It took two calls to reception and half an hour waiting for him to retire without apologizing, or replenishing it, or cleaning the smallest remains that were left… not even the next day!
In summary, cleanliness and service very poor… And all this being "gold member" of his loyalty program…

Apart from the good location in the center and the excellent staff, I can't say anything good any more. The room is cold, dust, furniture in terrible condition.

This hotel is beautiful, but what makes it the best is the amazing staff. They are so kind, friendly, and helpful. They took away that talk about how parisians hate tourists. The breakfast was incredible too! I would stay there again.

One block off Champs Elysees and a view of the Arc de Triomphe. Steps away from Joel Rubocon restraurant. The rooms are small but location is central. For a family of four, we had two rooms. The Metro is nearby. The Air France bus is only a few blocks away. We walked to the Eiffel Tower about 25/minutes away.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff and rooms are very nice! The restaurant is of top class! Will come back very soon!

Got to the hotel at 9pm one night during a business trip only to find that they had canceled my reservation several days before because of the travel agency's credit card (for whatever reason) not going through, but I wasn't notified. Of course they said they had no rooms available and suggested I use the Web to find something else. Went down to an Sofitel and even though they had no rooms the staff was kind enough to call nearby hotels for me to find another place.

Excellent location and cozy.

In early October 2012, we stayed at this hotel located near the Arc de Triomphe and l short block from the Champs Elysees. The Concierge service was superior with their suggestions on where to dine and sight-see, and provided excellent directions. We found them to be very pleasant and helpful. The continental breakfast and service were great. We also had a superb dinner of fresh salmon in the dining room. We would definitely stay at this hotel on a return visit to Paris, and will recommend it to all our friends.
