Great place to stay, it's like paradise on earth.

An island paradise, an island of serenity in the middle of the ocean of vacarmes chaotic and Champs-Elysees which float the shadows of Mr Wolf, Robert Capa, and of course, the wonderful interpreter of Lili Marleen, Miss Marlene Dietrich.

A luxury and impecable place full of history that you can see in every corner. I recommend the Executive suite, breathtaking view form both balconies, a posh bathroom, 2 TVs, and delicious delicacies, makes of my stay the best experience in Paris. Not to mention you are in the best spot of Paris.

Lancaster Hotel is one of the most beautiful hotel, such lovely and superb guest service. The rooms are exquisite and the staff are most kind and professional. The garden, the restaurant and bar is well arranged and the decor and ambiance is elegant and romantic. It is really a lovely hotel.

Everything was amazing but to improve more, it would be great adding room sprays or scents.

We had a deluxe suite 405 and a deluxe room for our kids 301. Both rooms were great, the reception was very nice and the staff both knowledgeable and very pleasant. The only reason I did not give a 10 to the main suite are the following: the main windows must have had some water damage and the right lower part of the frame and wall had a big grey stain you could see though the curtains, and in the bathroom, the grid in the shower (long rectangular piece) was collapsed in what looked like a gutter. I have to put seal briques underneath back together to not see the part under the shower. The rest was great : food, amenities, breakfast and the cocktails at the bar. I believe out barman was Chris a young guy really friendly and with an impeccable accent.

Good value hotel the price was reasonable and the location of hotel is very near from everything metro station very near and you cane walk to Eiffel tower in few minutes many restaurant are close to hotel. Only the bath roams was too narrow. Paris very crowded city many nationalities you can see in the streets which not really good.

Very helpful staff at reception. The bell hop (Max? ) was really friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Great concierge service, even for things they didn't help me arrange originally, but I needed to change. The upgrade to a suite with the view of the Eiffel Tower was much appreciated and made our vacation very special.

This is our second time and love it just as much as the first time! Everyone is so nice and professional. The location is great and walkable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Lancaster. The rooms are European with modern amenities. The staff were so welcoming and friendly that we felt like we were coming home every evening! I've never felt so welcomed! We made it a ritual that every evening we'd sit in the courtyard, enjoy a cocktail or champagne and review the day before preparing for dinner. Such special memories!

We had trouble checking In. The room was not ready before 16.30 Although we booked with the end Hotels & Resorts program… We didn't even get a glass of Champagne in the waiting. There is to say that I was allowed to use the shower of the "gym-spa"… (The water was cold).

The location is very central and very convenient for the constant presence of taxis and proximity to various entrances of the Metro.
Unfortunately, the breakfast did not go well; The beak of my teapot was dirty, even though they changed it, the brown strands in the tea made me want to drink it.

Hotel with a great location and very friendly staff. Prices are high but it is not surprising for the area. However rooms (including bathroom) could be updated. Walls are paper thin between and you can literally hear people next door breathing. Additionally, the enamel on the bathtub was falling apart, and that is not what you should expect from a 4 stars hotel.

Exception box. Beautiful Hotel. High level Table experienced on a Valentine's Day. Very attentive staff. A chef with a little care. The budget is of course consistent, but it is in line with the benefits, especially in this district of Paris.

I was very pleased by the ambience of this beautiful and historic hotel, which I have always wanted to experience, and by the friendly and helpful staff. I would certainly recommend it to anyone who wanted to stay in this part of Paris. I may return again some day.

My room was small and a bit awkwardly laid out. It has a useless foyer, an off shower and the TV was on on the floor. The lighting was terrible in the room and a bit strange coming from the curtains. Not what I expected. Definitely not my favorite but comfortable.

Very nice hotel. It is quiet and in a great location in the city if you like to shop. We were so pleasantly surprised on the quality of the rooms. Staff was extremely helpful for all our needs.

Impeccable service, great food at 'monsieur', extremely helpful staff. The building has a history but has been done up nicely for the non-tourist trade. A few steps away from the gaudy lights of the champs elysee but a world apart.

This was a lovely place to stay. All of the staff were so helpful and friendly and the Location was superb.

We ate at the restaurant only. Good reception, nice place and the meal was fine as well as the wines. Champagne very very good, white wine nutmeg very fragrant and goulailleux in the throat, the red wine at good temperature. The meal was perfect. We are satisfied. Thank you.

Room rue de Berri poorly heated and poorly soundproofed. It took me two days, a starting threat, a cold and a sore throat to finally be warm. Too bad because the staff, location, decoration attract.

First Impression… OUTSTANDING customer service. They truly are so gracious so accommodating, you feel as if your their only customer. The location is nice. It can be a little noisy depends on your location so be sure to ask for a quite room should you need one. The room is clean, and has all the amenities needed to feel right at home. I will certainly come back as I love the charm the white sheets and the decor… as if you took a step back in history with furniture as it was then … chairs perfectly maintained… clean and just charming all the way around. Love IT!

One of a few that still have heritage and class. Bathrooms and showers were separate and still use normal keys I love this place … staff are super kind.

The hotel has nice location and staff are welcoming. The rooms are too old and not as clean as it should be. The furniture are too old and not convenient.

The Lancaster Hotel is a wonderful boutique hotel located just off Chemps d'Elysees near the Arc de Triumph. Room was spacious and comfortable. Service from the staff was exceptional. Only disappointment was there one star Michelin restaurant was closed for the holidays. Highly recommend this hotel to those who enjoy a smaller and more intimate hotel.

Some of the reception staff are very unfriendly and not welcoming. Although we have booked in advance, upon arrival they claimed that they received only 2 reservations out of the 3. Francois the night manager is very very professional to deal with situations but lady reception first on arrival was confused and unhelpful. Rooms were not cleaned well and dust was left in corners and side of the room. On checkout we were ten minutes late from the check out time and they started warning us of 120€ charge if we don't leave immediately even though we left 2 of the rooms and we were just getting ready to leave from the third room. Location is great since next to champs elese,, however hotels like Marriott with similar price is much much better. To claim to be a boutique hotel u should be up to a near perfect service, otherwise there is no point staying in small hotel with big prices!

I had a very nice stay in your hotel, but the rooms are not soundproof and that means that every noise of passing guest in the hallway or any activity in the rooms next or up to my room were very disturbing. Also the closing of adjoining room doors were very annoying. Besides that it is a very nice hotel, well located en super friendly staff!

Après notre arrivéen chambre, désirant profiter de la bouteille d ' eau minérale mise gracieusementànotre disposition, no US avonsétéobligéde faire appelàla réception pour pouvoir obtenir un décapsuleur quiétait aux abonnés absent que nou S avons du attendre bonnes minutes.
Le lendemain, ànotre retour de visite en fin de journée, nous avons du nous plaindre afin que le service concernése déci Deàfaire le ménage dans la chambre.
Nous avons du, le jour suivant, toujoursànotre retour de visite en fin de journée (19h), attendre cette fois ci que la f Emme de ménage veuille bien terminer son travail pour que nous puissions profiter de la Chambre.
Enfin, au moment du checkout, lorsque j ' ai Demandépourquoi nous n ' avions eu de l ' eau minérale (free) que le jour de notre Arrivée, La réceptionniste nous a tranquillement répondu que les Français avaient l ' habitude de boire l ' eau du robinet.
Je laisseàvotre appréciation ce magnifique exemple d ' un service 5étoiles«àla française», et spécialement dans Ablissement qui a la prétention de représenter l ' hôtellerie de luxe dans la capitale française.

One of — if not the best — hotel experiences that we have had. The front desk was exceptional. It started with a tour of the hotel/room and ended with the team teaching a 9 year old how to speak French. Of course, they did the basics — suggesting shopping, dining, getting taxis, turn down, etc. Hotel Lancaster has the most genuine staff. The room was great. Incredibly comfortable mattress and linens. Heating rack in the bathroom. Clarins products. Hardwood floors. Huge tub and powerful shower. Cable TV with English channels. Classic French aesthetic with accessible balcony. Completely impressed and will be excited to return.

Attractive luxury hotel. A real Parisian secret! I love the smart, noble atmosphere of the place: supreme comfort, supreme staff kindness, supreme food!. And the Champs Elysee are just at the corner!

I live in Lancaster Hotel in almost ten years, when I was in Paris, this became my home. I can't think of other parts of the world will have more friendly efficient staff. I cannot imagine that I can stay in other hotel in Paris.

The hotel is a refined, Parisian typical and very a very nice discovery!
Breakfast is nice and good, but it is expected a better Hotel 5 stars and a restaurant 2 stars in the Michelin guide.
A very pleasant stay overall!

Fantastic overall experience. Stayed Jan 24-30th 2016. The front desk was helpful and incredibly friendly. The room surpassed my expectations, quiet and lovely with two oversized windows that overlooked the courtyard, the experience was Parisian elegance. Would return to the Lancaster on my next visit to Paris.

Excellent hotel throughout but unfortunately three issues during my stay: 1. Room wasn't ready at 3pm for check-in, was frustrating as I was tired and wanted to sleep. 2. There was some refurb going on in the room next door so some scrapping noise for hours on end, was frustrating. 3. Missed breakfast Monday morning because it wasn't made clear that although breakfast runs till 12 noon on Sunday it only runs till 10.30am on Monday. Other than those little things to avoid an amazing hotel and an amazing experience.

Thank you to the fantastic staff at the Lancaster, especially Alister, the concierge and barman, all were so helpful and friendly, will recommend to friends if visiting Paris! Also thank you for recommending the Market restaurant on our last night, it was modern up to date, great food, service and atmosphere! Thank you so much, till next time.

Spacious for a Paris hotel. Expensive but very nice. The Wi-Fi kept making me sign in again, but it mostly worked.

About the restaurant. That's what I note here. It was OK but I was expecting something a bit more surprising in the kitchen especially for the price. Everything is good and the service almost properly but lack the small wow when you eat the dish.

I just came back (7-29-13) from a week's stay at the Hotel Lancaster — — it not only is so beautiful and luxurious. But the staff is amazingly caring and go way beyond what they need to do. The food is so delicious and presented in a beautiful way. The room was gorgeous. All in white linens, a fireplace, and the marble bathroom was a thing to behold too! I cannot say enough about the staff, especially the Concierge, Jeremy. He knew everything about Paris. And was ALWAYS willing to help and explain the best way to do things in this big beautiful city. I give it a 10 on a scale of a 5! I had a garden view room so it was perfectly quiet. They also put a new fresh rose outside your door each day. Perfection! Bravo to the Hotel Lancaster! I will surely come back and recommend this hotel highly to everyone going to Paris. It's a gem.

The Lancaster is absolute perfection! This was my first stay at the Lancaster, and I have never felt so welcomed anywhere before! From the moment I arrived, a lovely gentleman who introduced himself as "Errol" kindly helped me with my baggage. I was then introduced to a wonderful man, who is the hotel's lead concierge, named Mr. Eric Lemaire. He made my stay so extraordinary, above and beyond all expectations possible! After checking me in, I was given a personal tour of the hotel, and then lead up to suite 66. An unexpected upgrade, with two beautiful white marble powder rooms, a lovely balcony, a luxurious and spacious lounge, and a glorious bedroom fit for a princess! This hotel is Parisian charm mixed with the contemporary essentials at it's very finest! The staff is warm, welcoming, and tremendously helpful. Absent is that overbearing or insincere feeling that other fine hotels can sometimes give. Even the charming gentleman in the evening at the desk with the mustache was so attentive! I sincerely look forward to seeing them again! I highly suggest the delicious breakfast. I am not a "morning person" however, without even asking, arrangements were automatically made for me! Where else would such an exquisite detail be made? Mr. Lemaire even allowed me to practice my lousy French with him, and did not make me feel shy or silly in the least! J' Adore the Lancaster.
