Do not book this hotel. We had booked to stay here in July, however due to the current pandemic were unable to. We were unable to stay as the hotel is apparently closed until next year. All of our emails and phone calls regarding a refund or even a suggestion to an alternative date have been ignored. Completely untrustworthy and unreliable.

Amazing hotel, excellent condition room, beautiful bathroom. Room cleaning EVERY morning. Nice and helpful staff, extraordinary location in the middle of the Champs Elysées right next to Disney. Great breakfast.
