They honored my request to have a room that did not face the street. You can safely skip the petit dej and go find a boulangerie close by and get much better food and save $10.

Great location, good price, lovely rooms and brilliant staff. Rare find for such a price in Paris.

Every stay in Paris for years we retain in this hotel last trip end 2016 during the Christmas holidays and I see on the photos that everything has been redone it is great we hope to go back to spend a week soon coming from Montpellier extra staff.

Reasonable price. Clean rooms … friendly staff It has 2 disadvantages. First, rooms are very small. Second corridors and elevator are small as well. If you like coffee at morning, keep in mind that you will not have it in your room, but they have one in the recaption for all their guests.

Nice breakfast good location close to Metro line 13 stop Liège not far from Saint Lazare Line 12 All that perfect to quickly reach the center of Paris. The room was very nice Fridge in the room. Enjoy your stay.

Nice hotel D look but closer: room and bathroom/WC very very cramped and housekeeping leaves much to be desired.

If I could rate 0 I would but unfortunately 1 is the lowest, worst hotel and staff I have ever encountered. Upon arrival I was greeted by the rudest receptionist and was told I would have to wait 2 hours as my room was not ready regardless of it stating check in is 1:30 and I arrived 1:40. When I came back 2 hours later I had to sit and wait a further 25 minutes until my room was eventually ready. I opted for book now pay later and still had a deposit taken for the first nigh…ts stay, and was then advised this would be returned to my back account when full balance was paid on arrival. When checking in I queried if the deposit could be kept as part of the payment and was advised this was okay and so I paid the remainder in cash. I had heard nothing else from reception for the 3 nights I stayed. When checking out this same receptionist told me there was a problem with my card payment. She admitted to mistakingly returning the money to my bank account instead of keeping it as part of the payment and she had since been trying to make the transaction again but was declining. It was declining due to the money still not arriving into my account and I showed this lady this on my online banking and she said it would be delayed as it was the weekend and a bank holiday. Regardless of this being her fault she demanded the money be paid in cash or I could not check out.

Terrible hotel do not recommend for anybody visiting paris. Staff very very rude. Advised me our room would be ready at 1:30 pm …
We arrived at 1:35 pm and did not get our room until 15:00, Admitted to a huge mistake on there part which I wont get into becuase ill be here all day. Then tried to play it off as if nothing went wrong.

Small rooms (well, it's Paris after all) lots of small details that might put people off in a three stars hotel (I had a slightly sagging mattress) but had a good night overall​, simple yet nice breakfast too. Really close to Liege metro.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel was very good. He really breakfast a small room to sleep stuffed into the corners of the bag, and there are two free steps to the beauty of the tiny toilet and the door. "The Truth in Paris is nothing more than that. "

Hotel that you find very good, staff friendly and speaking English. Room maybe definitely too small, not even you enter decently in the bathroom, but all in all satisfied.

This place is absolutely horrible. At the front desk, no. Respect shown wahtsoever towards tourists not speaking English or French. My 2 friends that stayed there for 10 days got their money STOLEN FROM THEIR BAG IN THE ROOM! STAFF WORKING AT THIS HOTEL ARE LIARS AND THIEVES! Avoid this place if you want to have year enjoyable visit to Paris.
In French: This place is absolutely hideous, no respect for visitors from other countries who don't speak neither french nor English (this is not a reason to throw their keys to the face…). This is a hotel of THIEVES as 2 friends of mine who have made a stay there is STEALING money which was in a suitcase in their room! AVOID ABSOLUTELY! Big scam and people working at the hotel deny everything! Police are investigating…

No major complaints, all very normal. The metro is literally a few steps :) Really monotonous boring Breakfast. But everything was clean, Wi-Fi is good, though if you don't use minutes 5 need to re-enter the password. Normal service, the bar staff at night for example was very cheerful and sociable Concierge) And in the afternoon either man aged, taciturn, or a man who likes to improve your French at every opportunity :).

It is well located but it is dwarf.

Simple, but nice. He lived there with his wife for a week in a room on the first floor with a small room (large bed occupied more than half of the rooms) with a normal bath. Breakfast is light, but hearty (gain any hop′ev/творожков can be had). Metro is less than 100 metres away. Service is very unobtrusive. But we walked all the time, so the hotel's service is almost not seen. Minus is a window on the ground floor, facing the street is unpleasant, but tolerable. Accounted for almost all the time to keep the shutters closed.

I have been to this hotel last December 8, 09. I had read the reviews but I thought they might be subjective and I booked xkè we adapt enough. The next morning we checked out! the rooms are definitely not those who post on the site. But apart from the fact that they are old and small, who can be given the price. They are too dirty! on the wall in the bathroom there was hair everywhere. And dirty bathroom and room in General. Hair and hair as well on the sheets. Wasn't that clean the room (same thing in the room of our friends).

Positives: The hotel is situated in a great location with few tourists. It was rather clean. Negatives: The staff in the hotel were unwilling to speak English and I had to learn my room number in French. The interior is dreadful. I think to appreciate it you need to be under 5. The interior is the main reason I am not going to stay in this hotel again. It felt like a joke.
