Pros: -Location. We stayed within a few miles of the hotel for all of our pre planned activities. Lots to do near here & a Publix very close. — Breakfast. Lots of options for a hotel breakfast. Kids enjoyed the pancake machines and biscuits w/ gravy. We went at varying times throughout our stay and never had a problem getting through quickly or finding a table. -Pool/Slides. Kids enjoyed the water activities when they were available. There are two large water slides, a big pool, and a separate area for smaller kids with smaller slides. Cons: — Pool/slides. When booking it was listed with an indoor pool, which would have been nice because it rained most of our trip. But the indoor pool has been removed and renovations of some sort have began. Which is nice! But, it should be listed that there is not an indoor pool. It would have been nice to know upon arrival, and maybe remove the signs throughout the hotel directing you to the pool that isn’t there. -Laundry facility. There were two washers and two dryers. One washer was out of service, no big deal. When I dried my clothes the dryer did not heat well, so I had to pay and dry them again in the other dryer. -Room. Our room was in the Country tower and could definitely use some renovating. It was clean, but everything looked worn. Our room had a fireplace, and it put out heat when we weren’t even using it. It took some real effort for the bathroom door to close all the way.

We had a great stay! The kids really enjoy the pool and water slides. The breakfast is delicious, there are a ton of options and everything was fresh, plenty of room in the breakfast area. The penthouse was nice but much smaller than the pictures make it look and the stairs are very narrow. We had a party of 6 and had to bring in camping chairs to sit together in the living room area.

Great place for vacationing.

Absolutely loved our Thanksgiving stay here at Country Cascades. Very clean, great room service, friendly front desk staff, and the hotel was decorated beautifully for Christmas❤️

Clean, spacious rooms, breakfast average, lifeguards were hit or miss, awesome that the pool stays open later though. Housekeeping was really efficient and generous with the towels which I can really appreciate. The main improvement I recommend is to open the gate on the second building side of the pool super irritating to have to go all the way around everytime, I saw no reason for the closure. Also would be nice to have a couple of more umbrellas for shade. Overall would definitely stay here again, have stayed across the street for about $400 dollars a week more with much less amenities.

Worst experience at any hotel ever. We were told check in was at 4, got there at 4:40 and room was not ready. “Check in STARTS at 4”. Was told it would be 20 more minutes, the room had to be inspected. We were not able to go in room until close to 6. At the pool, the kids kept getting in trouble for “rough housing”. They were behaving. The “lifeguard” screamed at the kids anytime they did anything other than just stand there. She was very unprofessional and rude. Apparently most of the people at the pool that day had complained about her. We asked to speak to the manager, who was even more unprofessional. Then when we got to our room and took a shower we found a dirty wash cloth in the shower. This hotel is very dingy and gross. Even if we didn’t have all of the other issues with the staff, we would not stay here again. We will make sure to tell anyone else to never stay here.

We had a great experience with CC. We was coming up for a baseball tourney and staying here. They called us on the way down and said their was a problem with our room. They had rooms for us to stay but not the one intended. They comps us the night stay and we paid for the second night which I thought was really nice. We didn't ask for anything special nor show our butts. They did it because they wanted too. Being treated like that went along with us. They apologized prolly 10 times and we went on about our day. Would stay again too. Rooms was clean and nice and everything worked. If I had to pick a gripe it I'd say the elevator situation is less than optimal but nothing to shy away from. Thanks for a great stay guys.

Managers are all jokes. Was told we could have 2 cars, yet that changed halfway through our stay. They were very rude about it. Yet one guy had over 10 cars and a trailer parked. Which they lied about numerous times. Yet I talked to the guy and he laughed and said sometimes you get what you want. Dogs on property that weren’t allowed. The management has ruined this place to be our go to. Way too much money for the headache. And yet upon leaving 5 days later there was the trailer.

The water activities are great to keep all kids occupied. Staff is great and always helpful!

We love this place it’s a very clean environment very quiet good breakfast and Lisa Dockery at the front desk is the best we always use her to Book with she is the sweetest lady and will help you out to get the best rate possible Definitely recommend this place ❤️ And the pool area is very clean.

Don’t let the “water park” fool ya! This place is perfect as well for couples enjoying a short “honeymoon”
We have an amazing king suite with a nice, deep soaking tub and a Mountain View. Very clean and updated room. Lisa Dockery was amazing at checking us in and allowed us to get into our room earlier. She was very friendly and accommodating. I felt safe with the no contact check-in. Will definitely book again maybe in the warmer months so we can enjoy the water park.

This was the best experience in lodging in Pigeon Forge! I have only positive things to say. We come 4-5 times a year and decided to give this place a shot and we couldn’t have been more proud we did. We usually bring a group like this time and book 3-4 rooms with each stay. We will def see you again and the rates and cleanliness was top notch! I’ll def be recommending!

There are so many reasons why we would stay here again…
1: They have an activities director her name is Maddy she is amazing and my grandsons said that they did not want to go to Dollywood today they wanted to stay and do activities with Maddy.
2: Erin She works in the breakfast area and she is amazing. She heard us talking about our grandson that had to do his schoolwork and the new math which is very difficult… She said when she got off work she would be happy to tutor him and explain to him how the new math works. She wanted no money to help him she said she enjoys working with children and helping them learn. So I am writing this review while she is tutoring my grandson just WOW what an amazing group of people here.
3: Tiffany she works in the breakfast area also she is so helpful… We definitely missed her on her days off.
Don’t forget the pool and the hot tub… There is an indoor pool and we have made good use of the pool while we were been here because it it’s been very cold snowy and rainy. The quality of the staff here is second to none and we cannot forget Lisa at the front desk.

This place is awesome I highly recommend it just all around great place to spend some time when your not walking the shops and just want to relax.

We had a fabulous stay between August 14-18th! The lifeguards/pool staff are amazing! Especially the man with blond hair. He was so much fun and so nice to the kids. Our room was spotless and had 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa. It also had two tvs! The breakfast was nice especially with covid. Our room always had plenty of towels and linens and it smelt wonderful. It didn’t have that usual hotel smell at all. We will definitely be back soon. The only think I wish they had was a hot tub outside for the adults but I had a blast on the slides with my kids and husband! Thank you Country cascades I will be recommending you guys to everyone! (The pool also closed every 2 hours for cleaning because of covid! They kept it very nice all around! )

Having a good stay very clean and very nice staff working. Very affordable I paid $100 a night which includes breakfast that is delivered every morning (eggs, sausage, biscuit and apple) and the location is perfect we are right in the middle of everything we can see the island right outside our window. A lot of guests aren’t wearing masks but the staff did try to in force it. The only issue I have which isn’t the fault of the resort is the unsupervised kids in the pool area. I had to yell at a 15 year old? For cussing and yelling at my 8 year old because she was jumping in the pool along with all the other kids and she thought my daughter was by herself which no I’m right here behind her. But besides that having a very good stay.

Love the rooms and the water park is fabulous my granddaughter loves it and great location everything is within walking distance.

Even though we stayed in winter and couldn't take advantage of the water park the experience was great. The indoor pool was enough to have fun with water. Every worker was nice and helpful. The included breakfast was the best I've had in a hotel. My only regret is not being able to experience the hotel in the summer yet.

Love this place! The breakfast is awesome! There is a gentleman who works the breakfast room, Bill, who is super friendly and helpful! We always enjoy talking to him! This is a very family-friendly hotel and we always love staying here.

Overall a good experience, even though check in time was so late (4), and they weren't ready and we had to wait til 5. The staff were all very nice. Room was pretty clean but one remote corner had a large cobweb. The shower couldn't keep a steady temperature and kept getting hot. Wifi was very strong, and thank goodness because Pigeon Forge dropped the ball on the cellular networks, and our phones wouldn't load and we almost got lost several times. The water park was awesome, and the splash pad was a life saver. 4 kids, 10 and under, and they all loved it. I wouldnt recomend Pigeon Forge, it was a let down, but the hotel was pretty good.

Country Cascades was a great place to hold our family reunion. The staff was friendly and courteous. Brenda was a great help in planning everything. Brian went above and beyond to make sure all of our wants and needs were met. They made it look easy to accommodate 140 of us! Thanks for allowing us to relax and enjoy our family reunion!

Okay so finally here, boys all excited! Checked us into wrong but nicely changed it. Told us the outdoor Waterpark was open until dusk or 6pm, (cause that's all the boys cared about), and as soon as the boys get to the slides they promptly close the slides! really! Called front desk and they said well we can't help that, opens at 10 tomorrow! Really! So I guess we will be swimming at Wilderness tomorrow! Not cool! Namaste!

We stayed there for a whole week, the room was clean and decent size. The breakfast was amazing and the kids loved the pool area. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend the stay to friends and family. Some out door seating would be nice especially since the breakfast area could get pretty crowded. We had a great week.

Great place to stay with kids. Mine wanted to stay at the pool all the time. Breakfast had lots of options and everyone started the day full. Room was clean and comfortable. All of the employees we interacted with we're nice and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful room. Staff was amazing. Had a group of 8 they were able to put 3 rooms right next to each other. We all loved the waterpark and my 3 year old loved the splash park. Such a great visit. The breakfast was good but I wish there was a better selection for the picky kids. We will be back.

Smaller than I thought it would have been. Didn't really seem like a suite. Pretty small. Not sure why they would put 2 tv's in this room. It was clean and that's always great! Great view from the balcony. There was a stain in the blanket and it was gross… most hotels don't wash those after each use anyway. (I always throw those on the floor) There was a water side and it looked very cool!

This is one of the most cleanest places I have stayed at. The room was clean and fresh smelling not like a lot others. And house keeping comes every day to clean the room and give you fresh linen. There is a big parking lot with plenty of handicap parking and close to your entrance. They have a free breakfast every morning that is excellent and free coffee all day and most of the night. There water park is great and is set up for all ages and also have a indoor pool, and the indoor pool stays open till midnight. And the whole staff from front desk to house keeping are friendly as can be. And this resort is located in the middle of Pigeon Forge Tenn close to everything. We found the place we will stay every year when we take are vacation to the Smokies.

This was our first time at Country Cascades and we loved it! My 6 year old had the best time and could do both big water slides by herself and the zero entry pool was perfect to sit in with my 8 month old. When we arrived before check in time I was amazed that our room was ready! The room was clean and well stocked with plenty of towels. The resort staff were excellent and so nice, facility was above and beyond. Loved the breakfast and the snack bar by the pool. The only issue we had was that there were so many people staying that the internet got bogged down and we were unable to use which can be a huge problem to some, definitely could use some work but over all this place rocked and we will be back!

We visited because of a baseball tournament. The hotel was completely full of young boys, yet it was never too loud. The rooms were clean, the customer service was excellent, and the continental breakfast was delicious. Our favorite part was the water park onsite. It was such a nice bonus to staying here because my boys barely wanted to leave the pools to go to any of the tourist attractions. (Saved us time sitting in traffic and money! )

We have stayed at the Country Cascades in Pigeon Forge Tennessee for many years and we love it! The desk clerks are always friendly and helpful no matter how busy they are! The rooms are clean. There's something for everyone to do close by. The Hotel has several swimming areas for the family and couples however the building is large enough to have quiet time in the kitchen area on the first floor.

We had a wonderful time during our stay at Country Cascades. The staff was real good to us. When I arrived my room was not ready yet. No big deal, we were just going to have dinner then come back. But then the gentleman behind the desk stepped up and said hang on. I'm going to give you an upgrade no extra charge. Went from a single room with two queen beds to a suite with a king and pull out queen! Plus a fireplace! I was super impressed. Pools were great and kids had a blast. Bed was really comfortable however the sheets were worn a bit. But that was nothing major. Breakfast was delicious. I saw what I think was a manager chipping right in and helping keep things going smooth during breakfast. Everyone was so nice. We will definitely be back!

We stayed in the new tower. The rooms where clean and spacious. Very nicely decorated. The breakfast in the morning, was way more than expected. Hot eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits, gravy, grits, oatmeal, waffles. And a list just as long if cold items. The pool and waterslide area were perfect. Never too crowded. Our family enjoyed the stay.

Stayed at Country Cascades 5/30, 5/31, rooms were clean and pretty nice, breakfast was up to par and they did a nice job keeping it stocked. The reason for the 2 star rating is we stayed here specifically for the small water park, for our 11 and 13 yr Olds. On day 1 only 1 of the slides was functioning and on day 2 for the largest part of the day neither was working. So basically we had a pool, we could have stayed many other places for less money for just a pool. Things happen though, when I checked out I mentioned that we were disappointed that we didn't have use of the slides and that we paid the price we did for the water park, to which I was told "oh well the pump went out". I feel like we should have been offered a discount or maybe even free night in the future, but as someone who eats and breathes customer service for a living, I will tell you that the management missed an opportunity to do the right thing, I would have been happy with just a little empathy for my kids disappointment, but there was none. We have always stayed at The Wilderness in the past but really had high hopes for Country Cascades and they missed a great chance to win.

Great swimming area! Awesome slides and huge play area for the younger kids. They offer free life jackets and towels at their Snack Area. Which is very convenient and nicely stocked with the summer favorites. The lifeguards are very pleasant and helpful. Didn't have a bad experience in the least bit.

This is a great place to stay. The breakfast was way more then what we expected. The pools are nice for young and old alike. And the workers were so helpful and friendly just as polite they seemed like they really enjoyed there job… Thanks for making our shot stay very nice! Can't wait to come back.

My husband and I brought our children here for the weekend. We all loved our hotel stay and the water park. The weather was warm, but still a little cool for the pool, but the heated pools were perfect for that. Check-in, housekeeping, pool and cook staff were so friendly and made us feel welcomed. They even gave us a small gift of taffy upon checking out. It is within walking distance to just about anything. We will be staying here from now on when we visit.

We come to the Rod Run twice each year and this spring we are staying here for the first time. We are here for a three night stay and have been extremely happy with the location, cleanliness, and service! The included breakfast is one of the very best — much better than some local restaurants! Especially with the service of Jack who greets guests warmly and ensures they have all they need. Jack has been a very bright light in our stay here! We will definitely stay here from now on when in this area!

My group the Gold Wing Road Riders Association held our District Convention here last week and everyone loved the place. The staff are very helpful and courteous. The rooms are clean and remodeled. The breakfast is fantastic. We had about 400 people there and I never heard a bad word about the place. I recommend that you plan a stay with this group.

This was a great hotel! Greg checked us in and was very nice and knew his job well. Donnie runs the pool area he was very friendly there were always clean towels and they give free freeze pops to the kids! Marc was always glad to make fresh coffee when ask no matter the time. When we checked out I was running behind and Heather gave us extra time and was very nice. Hotel was very clean breakfast was great and the staff here is wonderful!

Me and my husband visited for our honeymoon April 13, 2018 — April 15, 2018! We got married on Friday the 13th! I called ahead to reserve my room, this was a surprise for my new husband! When we got to the room it was beautiful! They had cleaned it so well, also they had left us a very nice gift, they got us a card and had all the staff sign it as well! I have never been treated this great on a vacation! Also the breakfast buffet was amazing! Fresh scrambled eggs, unlimited potatoes, waffles, biscuits and gravy, grits, oatmeal, orange juice, apple juice, cranberry juice, coffee, etc… Anyways back to the room, the bed was so comfy our pillows were great! The spa bath tub was very nice and a perfect setting for the honeymoon! We will definitely be staying here again, next time with the kids to play in the awesome water park! Thank all of the staff because they made us feel like family!

This room is directly in the middle of all if the attractions. Everything is in walking distance. The breakfast was delicious… variety of cereal, doughnuts, breads, eggs, waffles, sausage, oatmeal, fruit. The outdoor pool was surprisingly warm for this time of year. The waterslides were cold, but that is to be expected when its cold outside and there is a need for constant running water. The indoor pool is small and gets crowded in the evenings. I don't think children should be allowed in the hot tub. Adults cannot enjoy it as they are in there splashing around. The view was great of the mountains. The maid did come clean our room and made our bed later in the afternoon. For the price, the money saved by not needing to buy breakfast, and the convenience of everything, I would recommend this hotel and I would stay here again.

The rooms was way smaller than they look online so does the pool size & water park size. The water outside is not all heated like your told when booking the room, the slides was open but the water was freezing! The indoor hot tub stayed full with small children so I could never enjoy it! The breakfast is all stuff that’s already prepared & just warmed up except the waffles… & same menu every morning! We was there 3 nights & only got house keeping offered once during our stay, we cleaned our room ourself & took trash out ourself & even vacuumed the room ourself! Parking lot is to small for the resort we had to park far away each night from our room.
The pebbled pool floor around the indoor pool &the small oval outdoor pool was painful to walk on.
We ran out of toilet paper and towels
Very low water pressure in the shower. (The room we stayed in on the 6th floor was anyways)
The Wi-Fi signal in was VERY weak and often not even accessible.
The walls must be paper thin & you could hear everything & our room was by the steps so each morning we got woke up!

Nice place for families to stay. Breakfast consist of eggs link sausage waffles hash browns biscuits toast cereals grits oatmeal. 3 nice size pools and a kid zone with pool. Staff was real nice.

This is a respectable and enjoyable hotel with a surprisingly good water park. The rooms are comfortable and good sized. The breakfast is plentiful with good variety and availabity until 10 AM. The staff is uniformly friendly, helpful, personal and engaging. This is a solidly good place to stay, but not posh. If you want posh, you need to pay for it. This is a good choice for families.

The first day the bedding and the room smelled bad, we had to ask to change the bedding.

Visited this place spontaneously when I was visiting my folks. Room was very modern in decor, the layout was nice, loved the little dining table area and balcony! Didn't get to try the water slides or anything since it was off season, but they look really cool! Wish it was pet friendly…

We were there this past weekend and had a blast. They truly make you feel very welcomed and the facilities are always kept up very well. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend Country Cascades to any of my family and friends!

We booked this room for new years eve weekend and felt someone disappointed. The hotel consist of 2 towers with one being fairly new and the other one somewhat older. We were put in the older building, but if I had known, I would have asked to be put in the newer building. The room was pretty worn where the carpets did not even go all the way to the wall, stains in the sinks, hard beds, universal remote did not work, not much sound proofing as we could hear pretty much everything on our floor, breakfast was underwhelming etc… the positive is that the hotel is in a great location and the staff was extremely friendly. They always greeted me when I walked by and asked if everything was good. I'd give this place another shot once the older building is renovated.

Good location, clean and nice rooms, not a noisy place, didn't hear other guests. They have a nice indoor pool area and huge slides outdoors. Would love to come back in the summer and bring the kids.

Located at a great spot in Pigeon Forge, close to many activities and theme parks. It was very busy, but the staff was attentive and courteous. Would have given it five stars, but one of the other guests was smoking weed and we could smell it in the room with our kids both nights. We complained to management, but I'm not sure what they did about it.

The staff was fantastic especially Greg. The breakfast was amazing, it took care of our breakfast and lunch. We had a slight issue and they corrected it efficiently. Can't wait to come back and stay again!

Awesome rooms. They have kiddie land swim area with slides. They also have huge pool that you can gradually walk in like the beach. They have outdoor slides for bigger kids and adults. The outdoor pools are heated. The also have an indoor pool with hot tub. In the mornings they have free continental breakfast with huge selections. The rooms are spacious and up to date. The prices are reasonable.

Great place to stay. It has decent size rooms great breakfast room with lots of choices and plenty of seating. Building 2 has balconies and a couch and 2 tvs in the room. The beds are very comfortable. The only thing I don't like is you have to go outside to go to breakfast room and indoor pool but otherwise it's a great place to stay!

Very nice rooms. Friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast buffet! Water park was closed due to rain but looked fun! Inside pool was warm and clean. Hot tub/spa was large enough for several people. Everything was always stocked; pool towel, vending machines, etc. We also used the exercise room. It was nice, clean, and all in very good and working conditions. (iFit compatible) Our family was very impressed and plan to stay again on our next trip to Pigeon Forge!

Our stay at Country Cascades was amazing! Greg Presley was our host at Guest Services and he is truly a gem! Our young son loved the pools and water-slides. I am so glad we picked this place to stay it was close to a lot of the things we were interested in visiting. Great pool and rooms are nice as well. I have to add to this review as it was not nearly thorough enough. My family and I went here when we evacuated for hurricane Irma. The staff is amazing. This was bar none the best experience I could have hoped for under such bad circumstances. The staff was helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home as our home was possibly being destroyed. I can't express in words how warm and inviting they were and would definitely go back we loved the area so much we are actually contemplating relocating here.

Clean, courteous staff very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay the breakfast there was so many things to eat, everything fresh and hot, drinks ice cold. Everything was absolutely wonderful we will definitely be staying there again the rooms were clean. Easy access to walk around in the evening hours out on the strip. Beautiful views from our room.

My family stayed here for just two nights. The first night was horrible. The room was in the original building. It was a non-smoking room that seemed like people had been smoking in it since the seventies and the non-smoking sign had been put up the day prior. It was awful. For the second night, we cancelled our room and they moved us to their new building (they have two). The new building was much nicer and we enjoyed our stay. The most obvious perk of this hotel is the two water slides and the small children water park. My kids had so much fun. The small water park is great for any child. I would even take a baby that is at least able sit upright (with supervision). The large pool with the pair of large water slides is great for all ages. It's 4.5 feet deep at its deepest and very gradually becomes shallow until your out of the pool. Even that sitting baby could have fun.

Great hotel and staff! I honestly haven't had great customer service like this in a long time they even had snacks at the front and always greeted us when we came in and out of the lobby. The breakfast was good and so we're the ladies working there. We also had three little ones with us and they had a blast on the waterslide and the splash pad for my two year old was a hit. This hotel was very family friendly. Can't say enough about the staff as a whole. Thanks so much for a great vacation. We will definitely be back!

I came here for my daughters birthday party. I wasn't able to check in just yet, but they let me keep her birthday cake in their break room fridge until I got back with my girls from Gatlinburg. So I got back, hauled everything up to the room and noticed an issue with the TV in the living area. As I was getting the presents, cake, balloons and everything else set out, I called the front desk to report the issue. The maintenance team responded very quickly and switched out the entire TV. So as I'm watching her open her presents and taking pictures, I realize that I completely forgot to get 3 batteries for one of her gifts. The maintenance technician heard me and ended up coming back to the room to hand me a new pack of the batteries I needed. THEN, next thing I know, I have a manager come to my room to deliver a present and a birthday card for my baby girl. Unbelievable. The place is great, the staff are great, the pools and slides are wonderful, the children's pool area is excellent, they are veteran friendly, in a great location on the parkway, the breakfast is wonderful, I could go on and on. The staff went above and beyond for me and my baby girls and I appreciate that greatly. Definitely recommended.

Ejoyed our short stay. Loved the room. Jacuzzi was the best. Odd placement but awsome. And the free tardy was a classy touch. Thanks.

The staff was friendly, the breakfast was really good (better than most upscale hotels) and the rooms were clean. The only complaint was that there was way too much chlorine in the indoor pool. Ither than that, it was a great stay.

Just spent 4 nights at Country Cascades in Pigeon Forge, Tenn. And must say it is always a delightful home away from home. I have stayed there four or five times over the last few years and always just a nice and convenient place to stay when in Pigeon Forge. I understand it is locally own and operated and the staff there makes you feel welcome and and part of the family. Andy, Missy, Becca, Jackie and Cierra are all part of the staff and they treat you like old friends when you are there. They have an excellent morning breakfast area that is free for guests. The two pools are very nice and great way to get some exercise.

Horrible! Beds were okay mainly because they were soft and not hard like most hotel beds, very outdated, had almost ZERO hot water for the 15 min shower I got to take. Breakfast was a joke … nothing was in a heated dish so it was all mostly cold. Only reason I give 2 stars is the beds were worn and comfy, and a good location to area attractions, if another company hadn't paid for it I wouldnt have stayed!

I'm writing this as a caution to other vacationers looking for hotel accommodations in pigeon forge. My family & I recently stayed at country cascades & I wish I could capture All of the inadequate issues with this review but unfortunately I don't have enough space to list them. I will share how unclean & unkept the hotel was. From mold in the bathroom, dirty carpet, & not dusted. To furniture coming apart, TV not working, air conditioning cover literally falling off. The sad part… nothing was done even after we voiced our concern several times to different individuals. I would like to let anyone know that this property is sub-standard at best and I feel the reason their rating is so high is because they are literally asking guest to write positive reviews regarding the facility. We were so disappointed. If this helps 1 family to avoid being absolutely miserable it is worth my effort. I wish I would have had that opportunity myself.

Scramvled eggs at breakfast were way under cooked. If they were to be left that runny they should have been in heated warmers. Being that they were contracted fir the event, might have wanted to adjust breakfast schedule to accommodate the crowds rushing to eat. Would have relieved stress on cook staff as well. Over all was truly an amazing stay.

Felt like it was outdated. One of the rooms smelled bad. However the staff was extremely friendly. If it hadn't been paid for by another company I definitely wouldn't stay here for the price.

We stayed for a week and absolutely loved it! Could use some updates but breakfast was hot and delicious every morning. Its conveniently located centrally for all activities, we will definitely be back!

The rooms were clean and the employees at the front desk were very polite and knowledgeable of the nearby stores and restaurants. The location was right by all the attractions which if that's why you're in Pigeon Forge it's perfect.

I always stay in hotels simply based off of guest reviews. This hotel didn't disappoint! Expedia said it was sold out but I called and the lady was very friendly and said she did have a room. Very nice place clean and friendly staff exceptionally good breakfast clean pool. Not perfe but best stay I have had in a hotel in this price range. Centrally located on the strip. Very very happy customers we come to Gatlinburg/ Pigeon Forge at least twice a year and this is the only place we will stay.

It was disgusting! We walked into the room to a putrid smell! It was followed up by dingy sheets with a large hole, stained carpet, dirty base boards, and obvious water stains from a leaky roof!

Very friendly staff. Everyone at the front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, breakfast attendants were exceptional. Room was clean and kept well stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of room, comfortable beds, good pillows. Breakfast was good and always plenty not matter what time I got there. Pools were nice, a little cold at first. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel does have a breakfast included which is helpful but isn't the best quality or variety. The rooms need significant updating (more power outlets that are better accessible, minimal furniture to sit on or place luggage on, rooms have a musty odor, and are very damp which leaves everything wet and updating bathroom amenities in the room) Staff is helpful and nice. This isn't at all a luxury hotel but, conveniently located to area attractions.

It was my families first and last time staying here and when we first walked into the hotel it smelled like chlorine and the first room we were given smelled like some one smoked a whole carton of cigarettes in the room and the toilet didn't work so after we complained we were given another room which was clean. The rooms were small the beds were full size bed instead of queen like Country Cascades advertises and were not comfortable and the pillows were flat. We will not be staying here again and will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff was very nice and the price for space was great (2 king upper w/sofa pullout down $119) the kids 5/4/1. Loved the two level concept and spiral stair. As adults we were harder to impress. Overall not a bad place. It was clean. Just dated and worn. The breakfast was normal, waffles, cereal, juice. They did have someone to make omelets to order. Kudos.

My husband an I stayed here for our 1yr anniversary. First time staying here. The rooms, bathrooms, hallways was very cleaned. The tub kept filling up with water when we took showers, felt like I was taking a shower an bath at the same time. The front desk was ok, felt they could have been more friendly. Close to activites, and some eating places. The only bad thing we got to say is, should be microwaves in all the rooms and the omelets was good, but needs improvement on the biscuits and gravy. The biscuits tasted terrible, and the gravy was to thick an to salty. We might stay again, but not until we have tried other motels. Next year we will try Willowbrook.

Very happy with our stay. Service was excellent. Room was clean. Jets on our tub could have worked better but for the price couldn't beat it.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was filling and helped start our day. This is not a luxury hotel, however it was clean and had a great price.
