We arrived here on a Sunday at around 8:30 in the morning and Sam at the front desk said she will have housekeeping clean our room immediately and that she would text us when it was ready. She texted at 10:00 and we were checked in by 10:20. When we got to our room there was a elephant made of towels on the bed that just made my day. We inquired about there grills and Sam said they were charcoal and that she would have maintenance go and get us some. Bill Young went and picked out charcoal up and had it back within the hour. We have stayed at a lot of hotels and none of them have ever offered to do that. The customer service here is the best we have ever seen. Deanna who does the housekeeping is extreme friendly and does a fantastic job at making sure the rooms are clean. Randy Gibson at the front desk was very nice and answered any questions that we had. I just want to say again that the customer service is second to none. This is a wonderful, clean and family friendly hotel.

My husband took me on a getaway for my birthday. The staff had our room set up with a surprise birthday cake. The room was nice too. I highly recommend staying here!

Our first time on my husband 60th birthday. The hotel had a cake in our room. The staff was so very kind and helpful. The property and rooms are clean and amazing. Amenities are many and they add so much personal touches. Nights at a fire pit there is live music. Location you can just about walk to everything. I recommend looking them up and reading their amazing accommodations. Price is wonderful! This will always be our go to hotels. Thanks staff for making our trip even more fun and special!

We recently stayed here and wasn’t disappointed!
Very family / kid friendly. My kids loved the little elephant pillow they maid service had setting on the bed when we arrived. The staff was beyond helpful and super friendly!
The rooms are so nice & roomy! The beds and pillows are so comfortable that you don’t want to get out of them.
It’s on the main strip so it’s convenient to almost anything walking or driving distance! After staying there I don’t think we will be going anywhere else!
We will definitely be back! 😀

Jerry had been amazing during our stay! We have been so impressed with the cabin and the rooms that he provided us with. When the weather was going to be questionable, Jerry was so awesome and gave us options to help ease our minds about coming off that mountain. We visit the area often and will definitely stay here again! So so pleased! 5!

Very nice and comfortable frame for the price they have a breakfast in the lobby and also give you our certificate for Reagan’s pancakes across the street making it an extremely good value for your money.

We just stayed at mountain grace and let me tell you it’s the same amazing service but with a little more space for our family! The beds are the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in! If you’re wanting water pressure this place has got it! We had three pools at our disposal two at the condo and one at the hotel! The condo was located in close proximity to pigeon forge with quick access to the back roads going into gatlinburg, it gave us the perfect place to get away from the business of the main strip! We love arbors and we can’t wait to come back and take advantage of these incredible options again!

Absolutely Everything is on point. Its gorgeous and relaxing with tons to do just on the property. Some days I didnt even leave I would stay at the hotel all day between the amazingly gorgeous pool to the awesome fishing behind us… and super animal friendly… best place for any age as well. All around the best place on the strip… PERIOD.

This family owned hotel is hands down the BEST hotel we’ve experienced! You will not be disappointed. The owners/employees are amazing! Nothing goes unnoticed by maintenance& the grounds are extremely well kept. This is our second stay at this property & we will continue to stay at Arbors.

The management and staff do a great job. Rooms are clean with plenty of towels. Bathrooms are nice with stone walk-in showers. Landscaping is beautiful, with lots of hanging baskets. Nice pool open 24 hours in season, plenty of outdoor seating, good location. Breakfast is served across the street at a pancake house, which is also very good.

This hotel is being remodeled. We stayed n one of the rooms that had been remodeled. Really nice and clean. Vanity was separate from bathroom and had a glass bowl instead of a regular sink. Had a new rock and some type of water proof wood walk in shower. The beds were so comfortable I didn't want to ger up n the mornings. The office also gives you vouchers for a Pancake House across the street free pancakes or 5.00 for breakfast buffet. They have a fire pit going at night and they supply single pks of the stuff to make your own smores. My grandkids loved that. Only thing we missed was the pool and pool area was not as big as we like but kids were ok with it because they went to Splash Country one day. Will definitely stay there again.

I absolutely loved this place! They have a new owner and they are working so hard to update everything. The bathroom was gorgeous, the beds were soft, everything smelled clean. About a 10 minute walk to the island. I will definitely be back!

This is my second Time to stay here. … Super clean remodeled rooms and it also has some pet friendly rooms… It is reasonably priced and is located in the heart of Pigeon Forge… The employees are also super nice and helpful. The grounds are clean. Also includes a free breakfast across the street…

My boyfriend and I stayed here for the weekend to celebrate our 5 year anniversary. It was our first trip away from home, so we were very unsure of what hotel to book. This hotel has wonderful nightly rates, as well as great ratings, so we took a chance on booking, and I'm sooooo glad we did! The staff was very friendly (and the free fruit & donuts didn't hurt either), the free pancake breakfast was a great addition, and the overall atmosphere is so welcoming. We also enjoyed a discount on our Dollywood tickets, and we were so close to everything we wanted to do! This weekend vacation will be hard to beat, and I want to thank the owners and staff for making our anniversary a great one! We will definitely be coming back here!

So we stayed at this place on a cross country road trip. We had driven 8 hours and was so exhausted. All we wanted was a nice place to stay. That's exactly what you get here. In all the places I have stayed through this 17 day trip this was by far the most comfy bed I had. The bathroom was the most updated and was really nice, me being 6 ft tall I loved the shower head mounted to the roof rather then a side wall. The staff was super friendly. When I told the guy what I was doing in town he was sure to tell me neat places in town to go. Breakfast was a voucher to go across the street and get all you can eat breakfast for 5 bucks. You cant beat that. The only thing I would improve was the TV was a tad fuzzy. I think it may have been analog still (fresh after a rain storm) but not to sure. Will be back in the future someday.

I never know whether or not to trust online reviews because you never know the reviewers motivation and they all sound kinda fake, especially if I am writing about something I truly enjoyed. Honestly I want to write a negative review to keep everyone else away. I'd love to make this place my best kept secret, but that would not be honest or the right thing to do. Truth is the Arbors is awesome! The staff is amazing and extremely helpful! Bonfires! Swimming pools! Hot tub! Awesome view of the river! Great music! Wonderful people! I wish these were apartments to rent instead of a hotel that I eventually had to leave. I had the most absolutely wonderful and amazing experience and met some really great people and I will definitely return. And I recommend anyone that has the opportunity visit as well. Leave the bs and the stress elsewhere, this is the place to come to relax and unwind!

Just returned from our second stay at this hotel and my family and I just absolutely love it! The perfect location, very clean rooms, and the extremely friendly and helpful staff has made this place my family’s choice hotel for any future trips we have to the area. They were excellent for our first stay last year but somehow even better this year! I would recommend Arbor’s to anybody looking for an excellent place to stay! A+

We just returned from our stay here and I felt the need to voice my opinion as the reason we chose Arbors At The Island was from the positive reviews. You couldn't ask for nicer staff and the location was perfect. We booked the Jr. Suite with a king bed and a pullout sofa. The bed was so comfortable. However, there are 4 recessed lights over the bed that would not turn off. They would dim but for this "have to have it pitch dark to sleep" person, it took me hours to fall asleep. They did come put painter's tape over them when I complained although the light shined right through that. The pullout sofa bed (which had to be 50 years old) was nothing but springs so we had to put the thick comforter under my daughter to help her sleep comfortably. The handle fell off the faucet in the shower every time you touched it. For the price; this hotel should be more up to date and maintained better. I would not book this hotel again but wish that the employees could be working where we do choose to stay next time we visit Pigeon Forge.

Beautiful place. We loved the location and the atmosphere of this place. Theres a pool for everyone with a nice waterfall, a kiddie pool of 1ft depth and a hot tub. In the back of the hotel between the building and the river is a nice setup for nightly campfires and even a volleyball net set-up for fun in the daytime. I will definitely be returning to this one.

Every time We Come here. All the Staff are Super Nice And the Hotel is Great. Everything that you could Possibly Need or want they have it… They have all kinds of kids tubes and Toys at the pool for them. The Radio outside while you're Swimming or Laying in the Sun… Krispy Kreme Dougunits 24/7 fruits and Juices and Coffee… They have Bonfire nights with love music and Smores a Second Fire pit next to the River that is So Relaxing … Heated Pool and Hottub. Outside open 24/7… Then you have Randy one of the Mgrs that we Book with when we decide to stay. But any of the friendly Staff can help you with that… We will Continue to Stay here when we visit Piegon Forge… You Should also.

Very accommodating to a large group on a guys retreat. We weren't quiet, nor did we turn in early, but we were always greeted with smiles and kind words. Rooms were great, beds were extremely comfortable and the breakfast across the street was top notch. Thanks to the staff! See you next year.

With cabin prices soaring and tacking on hidden fees this is about as good as it gets for hotels. Clean, plus all the nice stuff everyone else says. Undergoing renovations but the old rooms are pretty nice, which is what we got. Pet friendly. TWO fire pits. One gas one wood. Grassy back area which most hotels don't have which includes a dog waste sanitation station and the larger fire pit. Hot tub felt good on the lower back but could use some mid-high jets.

Best place ever! I was looking for somewhere affordable to stay this weekend with my son and best friend. I looked online and was going to book trough a travel site but I wanted to make sure that where we were staying was close to the island. I found this place so I called. I spoke with Randy… this guy is a keeper! I work in customer service and he was just so pleasant to deal with! Check in was a breeze and when we got to our room it was so clean. We did have trouble with the t. V. The first night. We called down to the front desk and they sent Andy up. Andy was amazing as well. He actually carried on a conversation with us and joked around. My son even gave him an apple juice. You guys rock! Everyone took care of me and my family! We will defitnely be coming back to this place and make it our home! Thank you guys so much!

We enjoyed staying here to the max! Clean, friendly staff, and made sure we got the view we wanted. Could not have asked for a better place to stay. The pool was heated and very relazing. Just lovely well kept grounds! We would recommend! Reasonable rates too!

Absolutely loved our visit! All of the little details made such a big difference. The bed was so comfortable, the location is great, bathroom was gorgeous, free coffee and hot cider along with snacks, smores by the fire… the list goes on. Everyone is so nice, we will be making this our regular stop for years to come.

Such a quaint place to stay. Rooms are upgraded the staff is warm and accommodating. My daughter loved roasting s'mores each night. When we visit pigeon forge in the future we will be book at the Arbors again!

Stayed for the first time mainly because they had a first responder discount and with my fiancée being a police officer and I being corrections we like to support those who support us. We thank them very much it is nice to be appreciated and supported. Our room was very clean! We loved the complementary hot cider, donuts, coffee so on. Bathroom was small but very clean. The lounge areas on both ends of every floor was very pretty and although I didn’t have time to enjoy them they looked very comfortable. It was 83 degrees so we got to use the hot tub and the heated pool both very nice and clean. The free pancake breakfast across the street was very good! The only complaint I had was that we had a private balcony bc our room was on the very end and our private balcony view was o the river which would have been really pretty and relaxing had they not have had such a mess behind the building. Looks like maybe they’re remodeling but there is all kinds of ladders and things of that nature on the ground right in front of our balcony. GREAT place to stay wonderful staff. Will stay again!

Our toilet had issues flushing completely, furniture too big for the room, need a step stool in shower for lady's to shave their legs. It would be nice to have a lighted magnification mirror to put makeup on. Overall, the upgrades are great and the room price is great. Housekeeping is on point!

My first time staying at this facility… it was a great experience. Some of the most friendly staff I've ever encountered. They really want to make your stay enjoyable. Fires in the firepit each night, comp drinks and donuts, great seating areas outside to enjoy the view… I can't say enough! The location couldn't have been better for visiting The Island and we were pleasantly surprised with the breakfast deal at Reagan's Pancakes across the street. And as an RN it was awesome to see them offering a HUGE discount for Policemen, Firefighters, EMTs, Nurses and other public service folks! I'll definitely be staying here again. Thanks for a great getaway from my me and my friends!

My husband and I stayed there on Friday night. I absolutely loved staying there! We will be back next time we come to Dollywood. I loved how you get a free pancake breakfast across the street! The only thing I didn't like was the hot tub. It smelled nasty and the jets sucked. Other than that We loved staying there!

The staff has went above and beyond to meet all our needs. Jamie at the front desk was very hospitable and friendly. Not sure about going across the street for pancakes. I like when everything is on site. So far everything is very nice!

Had an amazing, relaxing night here. The jacuzzi tub was perfect size for two people and the swan towels was such a nice touch. I loved that they had a fire. Pit and activities, and refreshments in the lobby. I WILL only stay here in the future when I visit Gatlinburg, and recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere nice to stay.

We haven't left yet still have a couple days but the experience here is wonderful. The lady at the front desk Nancy is really wonderful they have a heated pool and hot tub so nice… we have a balcony room and the view is great and were having a blast will return here on our next vacation 4sure… all the staff are wonderful and its American owned. Please stay here if ur coming to the mountains.

Normally when we go to Pigeon Forge we stay in a cabin. However, our last trip down was before Christmas and all cabins were booked or way too expensive. My dad had stayed at Arbor when I got married in TN last summer, so he decided to try to find a room for us there even though the internet said they were completely booked. They did have a room available and the price was great. They did not gouge their prices like most hotels because of the time of year. When we arrived to check in the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We were shocked when we got to our room. It had a fireplace and Jacuzzi tub, and was very spacious. It was beautiful. The rooms and The property are very clean and well kept. The staff works very hard to assure it stays this way. The hotel has activities planned for each evening, including things like music around a campfire. They also have corn hole for guests to play. The outdoor pool and hot tub are heated, so you can enjoy them all year round. My husband really enjoyed this. Since we were there right before Christmas, Santa was on sight at the parking lot entrance waving and greeting guests. You could take photos with him as well. Arbor guests also get a free breakfast at Raegans Pankcake house across the street every morning. This is a tasty perk. I highly recommend Arbor Inn at the Island. We will definitely be back!

My family has stayed here multiple times (February 2016 and March 2017) and we will be staying here again (January 2018). We love this hotel because of its location (within walking distance to "The Island" and multiple other attractions). We also love the breakfast options, Reagan's Pancake House is located directly across the parkway from the hotel, you receive vouchers for either a free pancake breakfast or a breakfast buffet for only $5. The rooms are yes maybe a little older but every time we have stayed they have been super clean upon check in and cleaned daily. The smores option in the evening is most exciting to do as a family. They also offer snacks and drinks thru out the day and night. Staff has always been kind and very helpful if something was wrong. To sum it up I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling thru.

I like the location and rooms are nice. We have stayed there twice. The last time we were there the maid never cleaned our room. Our beds were not made and no clean towels. I was very disappointed. We were given a handicapped room. We booked weeks ahead and did not request a handicapped room. Our paperwork showed they had changed the room number we were assigned. We asked for another room and they claimed they didn't have anything else available. I am not sure if I will stay here again.

Very nice and clean for an older motel. Staff is very pleasant. Bathroom is clean but dated. They offer Smores by a fire in the evening. Other entertainment throughout the year.

Been to this motel for years. Before the name change, they didn't take dogs. Now they do. Me and my bestest friend came here in 2016, in April. We plan on coming back in 2018. Nice motel, clean beds and a large area in the back for the pets to run. Walking distance to The Island. Breakfast across the street for $5. What more could u need?

Amazing location, very clean rooms, and a friendly staff have made our stay at Arbor's one we will not forget! A 5 minute walk from The Island and so many other things to do! The beds were very comfortable also. The hotel is also pet friendly so that helped alot with having to bring our dog. We stayed in a "pet room" that was as clean as any room I have ever stayed in! Excellent and as long as a room is available we will be staying again in the future!

This place was probably really nice at one time but it could really use some upgrades. They are currently doing some light renovations (painting, working on bathrooms) but they really need to spend some more money on the place. Rooms along the back of the hotel are the only ones with private balconies but are somewhat ruined by the loud, live music played at the Margaritaville bar late into the night. The "balconies" of most of the other rooms are also part of the walkway that everyone else uses to get to their room so expect zero privacy with people bumping into the back of your chair. The ground floor rooms are pet friendly where cars are going to be shining their headlights through your window. We booked a king bed room and got 1 queen bed instead. The lady at the desk said she thought they had changed that bed out already, just sleep closer together. Really? With our private "river" view balcony, we could just barely see the river through the trees. The actual building is probably 80 or 90 yards from the river. I would've given this place only 2 stars but it was decently clean and very convenient to The Island. We won't stay here next time.

I stayed in a 2 bed room on the first floor. Everything was great. The employees were very kind and helpful. The pool was nice as well. The main issue was the Wi-Fi. Not very good, but I think that's due to the amount of people trying to use it.

We enjoyed our visit. The staff are nice. It's in a convenient area. Walking distance to a lot of places. The room was clean. We didn't stay in one of the updated rooms. I did see one of the more updated ones. Very nice. The camp fire with music and s'mores was a nice touch. Bonus that the pool is open 24-7.

This was our first time staying here. I have been coming to the mtns. For over 30yrs. This is without a doubt The Best Hotel we have ever stayed at. Super friendly staff. They have smores by the bonfire, singing on Fri. & Sat. Nights. They have horse shoes, cornhole, snacks n drinks in the lobby 24hrs. A day, oh they also have fishing poles so if you want to do a little fishing down by the river. Free breakfast. The rooms are super nice! For those like me who smoke… no smoking in the room But you can smoke all you want right outside your room. They have a pool & hot tub that is open 24hrs a day! Now to me that's a plus. You cant go wrong staying here. Its short walking distance to The Iland and to The 3 bears store. I have Nothing bad to say at all! Its perfect!

Friendly staff and good size rooms. The queen size beds were comfortable and the chair was soft as well. Has a mini-fridge, microwave, iron & ironing board, and hair dryer for your convenience. Free doughnuts, fruit, tea, and coffee was a nice bonus as well. Has a pool, hot tub, and a fire pit to enjoy as well. Price was great too, and I'll definitely use them again on my next visit.

The room was very clean. There was some stains and wear. The kids loved the fire pit and roasting marshmallows at night. My husband loved the free donuts 24/7. They also have a pool opened 24/7. The breakfast was across the street at the pancake house. I upgraded to the buffet for $5 and enjoyed it. We were very happy with our stay and are booked to stay here again.

The hotel has been recently renovated. My room was nice with two Queen size beds, flat screen tv, mini fridge, iron and ironing board and cold ac. The location was good but traffic can be difficult at times. The pool and hot tub are open 24 hours. Staff was friendly and helpful and my overall experience was positive. Will stay there again next time I'm in Pigeon Forge.

I would highly recommend this hotel. Very low price, friendly staff, 24/7 access to amazing pool and hot tub. Also 24/7 free snacks in lobby. For breakfast you get a voucher for a free pancake breakfast at Reagan's pancake house across the street, but you can choose to have the full breakfast buffet for only $5, and it is definitely worth it. Overall a great stay for the price. The only negative points at all, that I noticed: carpets could stand to be cleaner, plumbing is slightly older, and Wi-Fi connection is a little rough, but the benefits significantly outweigh any negatives. This was our second stay, it gets better each time so far, we will definitely be back.

Awesome big rooms, beautifully decorated, free fast Wi Fi, Excellent breakfast, free coffee & pancakes, or for just $5.00 you can get the full buffet with everything all home made, delicious… Beautiful flowers, rocking chairs, bonfires, smores, excellent pool and hot tub open 24 hrs. Immaculate landscaping, immaculate rooms and hotel was immaculate. Pillow top beds and king size pillows made us sleep like a baby. Free coffee, Krispy Crème donuts, lemonade and snacks 24/7… Jenna in front office was so helpful and friendly she was so helpful for us with tickets and event planning. All the employees were friendly and helpful. Can't say enough great things about this hotel, I rate it the best on the strip and will def be back, Spent 5 days & nights here and didn't want to leave, I forgot to mention the balconies, you can sit in rocking chairs and view the mountains or just people watch. Can't wait to go back!

Was a wonderful place for a great price. The room had a unique smell like, vinegar but the room and the stay was wonderful. The staff was all very pleasant and the pool and hot tub were wonderful. Definitely would stay again.

Friendly staff and fair price. Our room was clean and big enough for us. Randy gave us some good recommendations for dinner and the smokeys. They serve free lemonade, coffee, tea and donuts 24/7 Breakfast is in a pancake house across the street, you get three standard buttermilk pancakes and coffee/tea/coke for free. You can make adjustments but have to pay for it. For $5 extra you can enjoy the full buffet. Whenever we were sitting outside, someone from staff asked us immediately if they should turn on the fireplace. 4 stars because the a/c had a weird smell from time to time and we had to turn it off. If we should ever visit pigeon forge again, we will definitely stay in this hotel.

Love that the hotel is right on the strip… right in the middle of everything. Staff was very friendly. Hotel is reasonably priced… just upset that the pool was not open.

We had issues this weekend with how the staff treated us. They were having some electrical issues which I understand is out of their control but they were VERY rude to us the entire stay. The rooms were clean and nice. I like the free/$5 buffet breakfast at reagans. Great location. We stayed here for the first time because of all the great reviews but I'm not sure if we would stay again though due to the very rude and unprofessional service.

My husband and I came down for a couple day getaway. We had to change the days we had our trip planned, we had no problems at all in doing so. Also decided to stay an extra day and the front desk made sure we the same type of room. Rooms are nice and the price is great! Can't wait to come back.

Rooms are outdated but clean. The junior suite is large and nice. The bed was comfortable and the pillows are actually nice. If the would update it would be awesome. It's close to area attractions and walking distance to the island.

The service was fantastic, and the staff at the main desk were some of the friendliest I've ever experienced. It's located extremely close to the Leconte Center and the island which is great. An overall amazing experience.

Peigon Forge Tn. Absolutely beautiful! wonderful professional staff! Jerry Calhoun has turned this into a perfect family stay. Third time staying there this year! I wouldn't recommend any other place. Within walking distance of The Island.

Everyone was friendly and nice. Room was clean, we were pleasantly surprised to see a elephant towel with 2 kisses on the bed! And the towels in bathroom were nicely folded too! The view from the top floor, is awesome, of the mts, love it. There are chairs on the balcony, outside each room, & even a white rocker. The lawns are decorated nicely, & there's picnic tables & a BBQ grill. A river runs behind it, with an attractive lawn with lawn chairs. Everything looks so pretty. Pancake breakfast is included across the street in a nice restaurant. Hubby & I were very pleased. It is within walking distance of 3 Bears Shop & others. Also outside elevator has glass wall to see pretty lawn decorations.

Location: On the strip, beautiful river behind hotel, right across the street from a delicious breakfast buffet Room: We stayed in a double queen room. The beds were very soft and comfortable. The pillows are enormously fluffly. There was a faster pillow in the drawer that I used. You can also request them which is nice. The shower was short, but had great water pressure. My wife is 5'1 and her head could almost touch the showerhead. Our microfridge worked well, but it looked like it had been through a fire. The door plastic had melted holes in it. Our only complaints about the room were the floors, the toilet, and the air conditioner. The floors were completely disgusting. While we try to wear shoes at all hotels our 1 year old takes his off every chance he gets not to mention dropping everything and putting it back in his mouth. We chased him around the 1st day putting them back on by day 2 we just washed them every hour or two. His feet would look like he just got his prints done. I'm guessing the fliers have never been cleaned. The problem with the toilet was a minor annoyance. You have to hole the button for it to flush. Other than that it flushed well. The air conditioner worked well, but it wouldn't kick on until it was getting super hot in the room. I gave this place 3 stars because it's about a 3.5 star hotel. It's cheap and for the most part clean. You get what you pay for, so we were pleased. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Love it here the 24 hour pool and Jacuzzi are a GREAT PLUS love going when no one else is around… also give great vouchers for breakfast… everytime we came the lady at the front was sweet and remembered us even tho we didnt know we got a discount for being a guest before she let us know and gave us a discount most places wouldnt tell u just let you pay more money its very quiet I would recommend to others.

Out of all the places I stayed in Gatlinburg/Pidgeon Forge this one was my least favorite. Upon arriving there it took an extremely long time for someone at the check in desk to actually help me. One man stayed on the phone while the other just stood behind them, neither offered to help me. In fact they helped a person who came in behind me before helping me, even though I specifically told them that I just had one quick question. The man said they had two room options, and I opted for the more expensive one which he described as "private balcony with creek view" What a joke! I got up to the room and discovered it was actually facing the street (opposite side from the creek), not only that but there was a whole family sitting under my window! Turns out this "private balcony" actually connects to the room next to you and it's 1 shared balcony between those two rooms. Needless to say it was quiet awkward and I had to keep the windows shut to just to get some privacy, rather than getting to enjoy the "private balcony with a view" I notified the front desk about this and all I was told is "oh I think that's one of the things the hotel is working on, they might put up a divide between the balconies". Also they had furniture all over the hallways which made navigating to your room with luggage quiet inconvenient and the single elevator was extremely slow. But the rooms were well air conditioned and generally tidy which was nice.

Excellent service. Rooms are beautifully decorated. So close to everything, especially the Island. Loved the pool being available 24/7 along with all the coffee you want and donuts. This was the best vacation ever. We are making plans to be back every year for our family reunion.

Me and my 9 year old daughter stayed here, the hotel is very clean and the facilities are spot on for the money. Loved the pool area and the whole property made us feel safe and secure. I will be staying here in the future. Great location to all entertainment. And again the most important to us was the rooms were very, very clean. The elephant towels was a big hit with my daughter. The maintenance guy came to fix my T>V and all it needed was plugged in. I was embarrassed but he was very nice and professional to me. Also he was sent to my room immediately I did not have to wait. The free breakfast is "a real pancake breakfast" at a real restaurant.

For a cheap hotel, it is a good one. Kiddie pool, hot tub and regular pool, friendly staff and decent rooms. Better than most at this price point. Would stay again. Oh and the breakfast is a voucher for a stack of pancakes at Reagan's across the street or 1\2 price buffet. Good deal!

Best bang for your buck! Room was very clean and very nice! Most everything was new! 24-7 pool with jacuzzi hot tub and 24-7 snacks in the lobby! Employees were very nice and the free breakfast across the street was amazing! We will definitely stay here again during our next trip!

We stayed in June and loved it. The rooms were clean and had a big bathroom and the kids loved the elephant on the bed. We shared a private balcony facing the Parkway. The staff was friendly. The price was good too. We will be staying again soon.

I went to go rent 2 rooms here a month ago. I booked it with them personally for June 27-30. I did not receive a email on my rooms so I called them the day before my family and I was gonna leave. They told me my rooms was booked and gave me a confirmation number. When we arrived there and I told them our name they could not find me in the computer. I gave them the confirmation number and then BAM all of a sudden they found me, but told my that my rooms was booked for they 22-27 of June. I told them that it is a mistake and that I called them yesterday and they told me my rooms was booked. They told me they didnt know what to do and they women that I spoke to was extremely rude and told me they was fully booked. Didnt offer to refund my money back or even refer me to a hotel that would have rooms! this is outrageous. How can a hotel go and tell me I had rooms and when I get there I dont have them just in 24 hours and then not even offer to give me my money back and I still have not gotten my money back for the rooms I didnt even stay in and wasnt my fault! Thanks so much for making this family vacation off to a bad start I will never book with you guys again when you dont even care for your customers.

Unbelievable value! Rooms were large and clean, though dated. They were in the process of updating during our stay. Considering the location, pool and hot tub, as well as free breakfast across the street, I felt like we got a really great deal. Employees were friendly and courteous. Would recommend to anyone unless you are turned off by a 90's style room.

My two teenaged children and I stayed here during spring break. I booked the room for The Smoky Meadow Lodge and I was a bit apprehensive at first due to the great price and reviews. It wasn't until we arrived that I found out That it has a New Name, Arbors at Island Landing, and New Management. We were extremely pleased with every aspect of our stay. The Room was very clean, The Beds were more comfortable than anywhere we had previously stayed, and the location was perfect for a walk to The Island and all of it's attractions. We will be staying here from now on whenever we stay in Pigeon Forge.

We stayed in a newly renovated fireplace suite. It was absolutely lovely, and the price was perfect! We will definitely be back.

Good night's stay for the $$$. Right next to river and good view of the smokeys as well. Rooms seemed older but cleaned pretty well. Right in the heart of pigeon too. We walked to everything. Breakfast voucher right across the street for amazing free pancakes.

We enjoyed our stay at the Arbors, nice and cozy with friendly staff. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The rooms were comfortable and roomy and most of all quiet. They have a great lawn to relax on, or even enjoy lunch. It was a nice change from the "branded" hotels. Lots of great local décor throughout the hotel which makes it nice and homey. We look forward to our next stay.

Stayed here and was pleasantly suprised at the wonderful ameneties. The fireplace and jacuzzi were awesome in the King Suite. The best hotel for the price. I haven't stayed in a room like this for under 100 dollars a night in a long time! .

After reading some of the previous reviews I was hesitant to stay here, but I couldn't find a deal that beat the price and the location, especially during the holidays. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and spacious the room was. I even had a nice view of a small creek. The location was PERFECT. My boyfriend and I were able to easily walk to a place called the Island, that has a bunch of restaurants and stores. There was also an arcade with go carting and mini golf right across the street. On my way out, I commented to the lady at the desk about the negative reviews and how skeptical we had been to book there, and she said that they had recently had a change in ownership which I'm assuming explains the change in cleanliness and service, thankfully.

Spent the weekend here in what must be the start of one of their renovated suites. Really gorgeous — like a 4 star palace. Was up on 5th floor and had a great view of the mountains. Room was super clean, staff kind and followed up on a request, Finally, hanging out on the Island — it was just a few minutes walk along the river. Recommend highly and will be back.

If you are looking for a great place to stay, this is it! The staff is amazingly helpful and the rooms are spectacular. Jerry really went above and beyond to treat us like family. I would recommend this place to everyone I know. It truly made our vacation special and we will be back as soon as we can.

We really enjoyed staying at Smoky Meadows! It was so clean and very friendly desk staff. We stayed in a suite that had a fireplace with a beautiful view of the mountains and a Jacuzzi tub. So relaxing! I loved sitting by the river and watching the ducks and other birds. We even saw a great blue heron. We also really liked that it was walking distance to everything in town. Only one block to the Island! We will be definitely be coming back next time and will tell our friends to stay here.

BEWARE! DO NOT STAY HERE! We just stayed at this hotel on the weekend of July 27, 2013. This hotel advertises "modern and luxurious accomodations". This could not be further from the truth. The smell alone was enough to kill you! After you open the door and the smell knocks you down, the room LOOKS clean enough. UNTIL I go in the bathroom. There is blood and urine on the toilet seat! Really?! We had to go get our own cleaning stuff to clean the room. We would have changed hotels but there was no vacancy in town. I mean, we go camping and everything — so surely I can stay in a dirty hotel — right? The beds were so hard and uncomfortable. The TV was from like the late 80s. The furniture was older than that! The wallpaper was falling down off the walls. I could go on and on. Plus. The next day we come in and our room had not been cleaned again! Upon asking about it, the clerk and maid just shrugged their shoulders. So, I cleaned my room AGAIN plus we got our own towels. Then when checking out, we wanted a refund — since the manager was out of town, we were told we would have to wait until Angie got back in town. They refused to give me her complete name. So I looked it up. The manager is Angie Ogle. The maid's name was Brandon. When talking to the manager — there was totally no remorse for our stay. None! She said, well, you should have left if you didn't like it. Really? With management like that, I can not believe this place could possibly prosper.

We have stayed at this motel for years. We have seem it go down in the last few. In our recent stay the rooms were not clean. The maid service was terrible. The beds looked like they were made by a three year old. The area around and in the elevator were nasty. Can't handle this again. Cleanliness means a whole lot.
