Nothing to complain about this property. The room was very small. Clean, well decorated, well equipped. All the products are there, from the toothbrush to the razor passing by the usual necessary (shampoo…) Choice of 3 levels of room cleaning, this is the first time I see this. Good location, 1km from the train station, a few steps from the Castle… Everything can be done on foot. A little noisy because of a construction site next door.

From the Ozawa station bus stop, walk to the near River market is not 3 minutes, close to the convenience store, near the river market across the bus, you can go to other attractions very convenient.
Service staff is very friendly, the front desk has a variety of tea bags can be used, as well as goodnight tea bags to help sleep, bathroom supplies are very good, there is a bathtub and free bathing agent. Rooms are a little bigger than the average Japanese hotel, the entrance can spread out large suitcases.

Amazing service! Great rooms and just in front of omicho market! I would like to particularly mention Mr. M. Kawakami, the hotel manager. One of our suitcases did not arrive from Hiroshima (a rare event). Mr Kawakami worked tirelessly to contact the shipping company, locate our suitcase (sent to Kanazawa airport for some reason), and negotiated to have it sent express (free of charge) to our next hotel. Simply wonderful!

Close to the park of the castle and the public garden. Beautiful. And in the neighborhood of the samurai which is very representative of the traditional houses of Japan. The hotel is modern clean and at a reasonable price.

Very slow Wi-Fi but comfortable room and ok breakfast.

Excellent location, equidistant from: Station, Samurai Quarter and Geisha District (15min walk), the remaining places of interest are even closer. Room still small but above the local average. Friendly and quick staff in reception desk.

Pretty good hotel with decent price. Arrival is easy and require a short bus ride from the train station (2nd stop). Just across the local market and pretty close (10 min) to the palace and the known garden (Kenroken). Lobby gives you calm atmosphere and free tea drinks to enjoy at the evening. Rooms are small as usual but overall, rooms feel renovated lately.

The hotel is ok, but they don't know how a credid card works. They made me pay with cash because they didn't realized that our credit cards were not being rejected. They were asking for the pincode…

Good hotel by its modernity. Attention The breakfast is clearly spartan for the Europeans.

Very good location. Close to the market and most of the sights of Kanazawa. It was the largest room we had during our stay in Japan.

Rooms facing the main road are very noisy, almost feel like you sleep on the road. During our stay, room upstairs was very noisy, instead of kicking them out of their room, we had to get our room changed. Not impress at all on how the staff handle the situation. Will try the Unizo inn or the ANA nearby next time.

Hotel very well located 10 min from JR station and bus terminal. A two-step royal crab market and a unique castle or garden nearby. Excellent Service, comfortable bedding and Italian restaurant If you don't like Japanese food. I recommend!

Good hotel for a fair price. Clean rooms and friendly (and off course very polite) personnel. It can get crowded for breakfast, so you might need to wait.

Hotel is located within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions. The rooms are clean and well stocked, the breakfast is simple yet filling.

Expensive, but not as friendly as other Japanese hotels. Breakfast was fine, bedlining was too synthetic for me.

Fantastic hotel overall. Would stay here again. If you use the laundry machines don't even bother with the dryer it barely works. Just hang your clothes in your room.

Very nice hotel conveniently located in the middle of the city. All sights in within walking distance of about 20 mn. Great Western style rooms and Italian restaurant (which we did not try).

Very cosy hotel with a good location and chilled atmosphere, good prices and very hospitable staff. Parking can be arranged right behind the hotel.

Rooms are small but comfortable and efficient. Good Wi-Fi strength. Air was a bit dry. Helpful staff, good location relative to market, castle, samurai neighborhood, and easy cab access to downtown.

Located in the center of Kanazawa, 15 minute walk from Station, and within walking distance from many of the city's attractions. The hotel is attractive and the rooms are large by Japanese standards and well equipped. Staff at the front desk are attentive and were able to communicate in English. Many restaurants and convenience stores near by including Omichi Market. Hotel has washer/dryers but I found that they take a long time to dry and had to hang up my clothes in the room to finish drying after adding 60 more minutes of drying time. The hotel is very well priced considering the quality.

The hotel is very close to the train station and the market. Small rooms, (as in all of Japan) but very well appointed.

Located a short cab ride away from the train station but only a block away from the Omi-cho Market with a Murahata Fruits Parlor just around the corner. The amenities were very thoughtful, even including some hair and skin products and bath salts. Everything felt very modern yet Japanese.

Excellent hotel l like it l will be back, very recommend.
