We stayed for one night while visiting Kanazawa to celebrate my 60th birthday (which I learned is a special birthday in Japan). The staff and service was exceptional!

The most wonderful experience ever! They were so welcoming and kind I felt relaxed the minute I stepped in. The rooms were beautiful and the onsen so relaxing.

Catch the sunrise at level 12 when having breakfast. The room and the toilets are spotlessly clean. It is spacious. All staff are extremely polite and made me fell so welcomed.

Do not believe the old reviews. This place was absolutely amazing. The staff was polite and helpful and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The highlight was the breakfast on the top level tho.

It’s the pleasure to stay here, although a bit walk distance from Toyama station (but you still ca take taxi within 1000 yen), it’s not the new hotel, but staff are friendly and well hospitality,

Its not a business hotel, but you don’t need those amenities here because the food is great and rooms are cheap yet huge.

Staffs are nice and the place is very clean. Foods are delicious.

Staff all have been excellent, I stayed 2 nights, when I was leaving the weather warmed up and roads became slippery, staff offered free car driving me to the bus stop, ver sweet!

This hotel is a brilliant place to stay. There's a great view of the town blowers, with a couple of gassho-zukuri houses in view. When I went outside into the onsen it was snowing.

Our stay at Hanamurasaki Ryokan in Yamanaka Onsen was truly exceptional.

I had been to the area several times but chose to stay at Hanamurasaki for the first time, mostly based on its location close to the village, as other high end ryokans I had stayed in were far away.

It’s so Good for tourism.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Hotel Route Inn Takaoka Ekimae, located right next to Takaoka Station — the location couldn't be more convenient.

Close to station, many lively eateries in the area.

I very much enjoyed staying at this hostel, it’s very clean and the communal space is quite big and comfortable. Further the owner Isamu is very kind and has great recommendations for the area.

Beautiful ryokan with lovely renovated rooms and a picturesque outdoor onsen. We booked the Ginnezu room directly via their website and chose takeaway tea ceremony sweets (warabimochi) as a gift.

To arrive to this hotel is a little bit difficult, but worth it.
We're very impressed when we arrived the hotel, beautiful and wide scenery, silent environment and very friendly receptionists.

I stayed for two consecutive nights and had the Aya course both times, but almost all the menu items had changed.
One word: wonderful.

It was nice that the men's and women's baths in the public bath changed depending on the time of day, so you could see a slightly different view.

So much to 💕 about Hotel Hinodeya. A family fun hotel, steps from Kanazawa Station. Small, clean, comfortable rooms at affordable prices.

Stunning ryokan that delivered pure serenity. The room was beautifully designed, calming, and full of that classic Japanese charm.

Beautiful room, nice beds, clean bathroom and well equipped. Very gracious service, tasty breakfast wth good variety, sparkling river flowing by, quiet and terribly pretty setup outside.

Family run Ryokan that is clean and comfortable. The onsen was wonderful. Room has futon and covers to keep warm. In room heat/AC unit you can control.

A polite and welcoming small business with a very traditional experience. The food is amazing and they give you more than enough to eat. Located in a very central area in Kanazawa.

I am a repeat guest at this hotel, having first stayed here more than 10 years ago when it Holiday Inn just took over operations of the former Kanazawa Sky Hotel.

I’ve been to many Holiday Inns in the states, and let me tell you — the experience you will have in the Kanazawa Holiday Inn will blow you away.

Good location, comfort bed, clean and super nice staff! The kitchen is fully equipped if you want to cook. The common area is super aesthetic, loved it. Highly recommended:)

The facilities and the staff was good. Pods were good too.
The ventilation and ac was horrible in the sleeping area where I stayed.

The location was great! There’s a digital clock and alarm in the pod, which is great!

Super good for family to stay in, spacious and have laundry and very convenient just walking distance to the train station. Behind the hotel there is a 7-11 which was so convenient.

For a sustainably operated hotel, physical help can appear much faster than expected. In our case, even before we called for them.

We stayed for 3 nights in mid October. The building appears to be one with vacation rental apartments. It is a 12 storey building with 4 apartments on each of the floors.

Perfect part of town with great apartment like rooms. Been using it every month now for work purposes.

What an exceptional place! Perfect mix of traditional look and feel, yet very comfortable and even luxurious. The quality of the design and all the furniture is remarkable.

Staying at Kurohoro Machiya was an exceptional experience. The house beautifully combines traditional Japanese architecture with modern amenities.

This hotel is within walking distance from the JR Toyama station.
