Hotel is clean. The room is spacious snd clean. Staff is helpful. There is a trainee staff at the check in counter that is very helpful during my stay there.

The condition of the room is excellent. It's warm and comfy inside the room in winter. The size of the room is good with a 2-seater sofa and a mini fridge. The rug is new.

From the location to the view everything was so good!

Stayed here for 1 night under the accommodation only plan. As it was one of the affordable options around the idea, I wasn’t expecting a lot.

This place was fabulous. It was so comfortable and homey. The room was good size. The place was VERY clean. I appreciated that my room was quiet.

Well located hotel in Kanazawa, at walking distance from all interesting touristic sites. Underground parking, which is convenient. Very friendly, somewhat formal, welcome at the reception.

We really liked this hotel. Just a short taxi ride from the main station and great place for exploring Kenrokuen and other Kanazawa attractions.

This is a 6-star hotel, and I am not saying this lightly.

Stayed here as a couple for 3 nights. Checking in was a simple process done via machine, a member of staff will come out if there is any problems.

Great hotel. Location was perfect! The staff (the actual people, not the dinosaurs) were always available and very accomodating.

Great location—right by the station and a shopping mall. I stayed in one of the themed rooms and it was beautiful. The bed was high quality and really comfortable, so I slept well.

Nice clean hotel, great service with an excellent location. The osen (public bath) had great facilities and was very relaxing. Room was a little tight.
My only gripe with with booking.

Japanese hotel rooms are small yet functional. There's no doubt about the functional part, but the square hotel KANAZAWA takes the small to another level.

We were a family of 3 in a family room. The room was very well designed with an "upper" level for our teenage son. Separate toilet, shower and sinks.

A fantastic hotel in the perfect location. We loved our room at Korinkyo. The shower was the best we’d had in Japan so far. Great water pressure and hot! The products were all lovely as well.

We had a great time at Korinkyo. The hotel's design is terrific: the rooms are clean but not cold, with big comfortable bathroom zones, and REAL PLANTS! We love a real plant.

It is the first time I go to a hotel that reminds me of Claska, that was long my home in Tokyo, but did not survive COVID. The same attention to details. Stylish design that mixes old and new.

This hotel is excellent, but there are clear issues with the lower-priced rooms. The main advantages are the location and service.

We have recently completed a three nights stay during peak sakura season in the beautiful Courtyard by Marriott in Fukui City.

We had an amazing stay at the Courtyard Fukui. We love that its so close to the train station, and numerous places to eat. It made a great base for exploring the city and surrounding area.

We feel very fortunate to have stayed at Kanazawa Chaya.

Good location and really comfy bedding area, everything was clean.

To be fair after being in a lot of dormitories, I consider it the best one so far. Very peaceful and perfected to deateails. Staff were kind, and the location is great.

My stay at KUMU Kanazawa was excellent. The service was outstanding from start to finish, with attentive and friendly staff who made everything easy and welcoming.

Stayed 4 nights in April 2026. Excellent location, at walking distance from all major attractions of Kanazawa (the Castle, the Old City, the Old Market, the Samurai neighbourhood, the Art Museum.

We arrived at 12, and the reception was very busy with lots of suitcases in the waiting area.

Booked the king size rooms for my tall friend who has been struggling with the length of beds in Japan. The rooms were large and luxurious, the beds were comfortable and long enough (yay).

Amazing to be able to stay in a Japanese homestay, I like the location because it was not on a main road so it was quiet our room overlook the garden without tiny little balcony which we could sit

Really lovely place in Kanazawa and a very traditional ryokan. It is cold so be prepared but the heater in the room gets up to temp quite quickly.

The twin room is spacious and very clean with the hotel being located very close to Kanazawa Station.
The service is incredible.

Modern hotel with laundry, microwave, fridge, ice machine. Beds large and comfy. Pillow hard. More space in room than some hotels in Japan but bathroom is tiny. Water pressure good.

Good quality water filled with minerals (see pictures). Not oily but clean mineral taste. There are 2 pools inside plus a cold pool and a sauna, and 2 pools outside.

Water was great, a light green (like green tea) color and hot in the outdoor section. Outdoor section definitely worth it, screened in (to protect from bugs/birds I imagine?

The hotel is right in front of ski field, Almost ski in and out.
Service‘s nice. Both English and Chinese would work. Onsen’s cozy. Everything that you need in the winter, ski, View, and nice food.

We stayed at Hakusan Ichirino Roan Hotel with the onsen package that included a halal wagyu dinner and breakfast, it was a genuinely memorable experience.
