Wow, an amazing little place where vegetarian, vegan and meat eaters can enjoy a beautiful meal together.

Wow, wow, wow! We absolutely loved our experience of Atsushi! Every dish was incredibly fresh and tasty, definitely worth waiting for. The salmon sashimi — insane!

This hotel was the best we stayed in for our month in Japan. Short walk to the station.

On the surface, Inova looks like it's on the "wrong" side of Kanazawa Station. It is situated on the opposite side of all the touristy stuff, and one could easily discount the property.

I took a double room for two nights and chose no cleaning.

Good size room for a single. The bed is a double. Very clean and well maintained. There is a refrigerator and a safe. Has a desk and chair not like those Tokyo shoeboxes.

Beniya is not a property, not a location; it is an experience.
You check in, yes, and you offer your passport, yes, but then you enter another world.

A wonderful, modern, pristine zen retreat with excellent service. We stayed here after Tokyo, Hakone and Kyoto and were completely impressed and instantly able to relax in this luxurious retreat.

We weren't sure what to expect as this was our first Ryokan and onsen experience, but we absolutely loved it! We stayed one night here which I think was the perfect amount of time to decompress and

I am a muslim. I realize how difficult to get halal food in this area, but while staying at this hotel they prepare halal meal (dinner and breakfast) that I can consume without hesitation.

Good hotel just a few minutes from Kanazawa station. Service and cleanliness were very good. Also, close to food and retail outlets as well as the bus station to go touring.

This is a pretty old hotel, but it is still clean and has plenty of amenities and a great breakfast buffet.

Great location: 5 min walk from Kanazawa station, 8 min walk from Omicho market.
The hostel had a nice, warm, cozy feeling to it. Staff were extremely friendly and the beds were comfortable.

While this is another large hotel. Its better than some. Firstly its easy to find. Just leave the station and walk straight along the line for a couple of blocks.

The main thing about this place is its rooms, specifically traditionally made Japanese rooms (ryokans) The rooms are nice. They are equipped with what you would expect from a normal hotel.

A wonderful Ryokan, 5 to 10 minutes from the main road and all the local attractions (Kenroku-en garden, kanazawa castle and ruins, 21st modern art gallery)

Our first trip to a Ryokan and it was wonderful. Kinjohro has gracious hosts, kind and attentive service. We were delighted with our two day stay.

Fantastic. Best hotel in Japan. I use to sleep at four seasons, ritz etc, and this is just so much better.

I looked up places that are friendly for tourists/foreigners and found Shaqs place near my accommodation.

Beautiful hostel, family atmosphere, easy and convenient to reach. The owner is a wonderful and friendly person, he makes you feel immediately like at home, like an old friend.

Lovely hostel run by university students in Toyama! Great chats in the living space, and the rooms were clean and quiet.

As a solo traveller this was a really fun night's stay — the staff organised a fun evening of board games with the other guests.
The place was clean and close to the tram stop too.

We went to Yamanaka for the Kaga Spa UTMB race and booked the room with a private onsen on the balcony, which was very nice (particularly post race).

The absolute highlight of our 2-week trip. The experience was beyond expectations, with the staff being very warm and friendly (Hiroko and Naomi!

Room is a bit on the small side. Public bath was great, water not too hot. There were massage chairs. Breakfast buffet was really delicious!
