We visited in the summer, and I loved how peaceful and quiet the area was—it made for some of the best sleep I've had while traveling.

Absolutely loved my stay at Fenix Furano! 🤍 The interiors are so stylish and cozy—it honestly felt like staying in a beautifully designed apartment rather than a hotel.

We recently stayed here for three nights and we highly recommend this hotel.
From the moment we checked in, we were made to feel so welcome.

We went in december where most people booked the hotel for sking season. Because the hotel is near the ski resort, there are a lot of bookings for people who goes for ski.

It is my best stay experience amongst my many trips to Furano City.
I have been a couple of times to Furano and stayed at different host houses, airbnbs and hotels.

This hotel has a majestic view of the snow capped mountains surrounding beautiful Furano. At the 9th floor, it has public and private onsens and massage chairs for the guests to use.

Would like to report a very unpleasant experience at the Marriott last night.

We had an interruption in our travel day and had to stay in Sapporo for the night. This was the closest available hotel.

My girlfriend and I came here for our anniversary at the recommendation of my sister and her husband who also stayed here once before.

Amazing little ryokan, not one of the mega resorts in the area. Rooms are spacious and the staff are so nice. The meals are amazing and well worth the price. Both public and private saunas are great.

We absolutely loved it here. The hotel has family hotel positive touch. The traditional dinner in the room was delicious and copious (merci chef Watanabe).

We stayed at Chalet Ivy Jozankei as part of a longer trip through Japan, and it stood out as the highlight.

It's a traditional style ryokan built in a very beautiful way. The service is good and the staff is very polite. We stayed here for 2 days in their hot spring room had the best time.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. Every aspect—from the facilities to the service and the food—left a deep and lasting impression on me.

We stayed during the winter season on a Wednesday when there are no games.

I stayed at the Tower Eleven Hotel, which I had always dreamed of, because it was off-season and it was cheap!

The room has a lovely view overlooking the open sea and it is renovated with a modern touch.

We were not sure what to expect visiting Kitakobushi Shiretoko. What we found was a well established hotel with lots of amenities (gym, onsen, shop, lounge area, etc) overlooking the harbour.

Pros :
1. Location, only 3 minutes from Biei JR station.
2. The staff were responsive. We asked to open a connecting door between our rooms at 10 pm, and they responded in less than 5 minutes.

We stayed at Biei as an overnight stop between Sapporo and Furano. Hotel Lavenir was a great spot to rest and make our way to the next visit.

Favourite place I stayed in japan! staff here was so friendly and the room had a wonderful view of lake toya with private onsen. Will def recommend and come back!

We had great stay in this beautiful hotel, the room was spacious and beautiful, with a private Onsen in room. Breakfast was so delicate and tasteful, the staff was attentive and professional.

Great location right across from Obihiro Station. Front desk staff were efficient. The hotel also provided a good selection of amenities available near the front desk.

Second Richmond Hotel we've stayed in. Would definitely stay in this chain across Japan as it offers great value for money; feels.
Like it should be a 4* rating. Staff are very hospitable and helpful.

Staying at Oyado was the most welcoming experience that I’ve had in Japan.

Nice chill hostel outside of center Sapporo. The owner is a very energic lady and can help you with almost everything.

I stayed in this hotel for 10 nights for me and my mom. This hotel is good and affordable. I got it around 120.000yen for 10 nights.
It was near susukino, only 5-10 minutes walk.

The room was very spacious and came with a kitchen and a washer, which was a big plus. Free coffee and tea are provided in the lobby.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Forza Sapporo. We used it as our base while taking several trips to the outskirts of Hokkaido, and the hotel made our travels very convenient.

This hotel was very convenient being a 5 min walk from the JR Sapporo station. The rooms were great and much bigger than your typical Japanese hotel. The sleep quality was great.

I recently stayed at Hotel Resol Trinity Sapporo for 5 nights, from 19 May to 24 May, and overall had a pleasant experience.

I had a wonderful 9-days stay at Hotel Resol Trinity Sapporo. The location is excellent—right along Odori Park and within easy walking distance of the Susukino district.

Great location! There are just plenty restaurants and shops right outside of the hotel.
Rooms are cleaned and the beds are comfortable.

A great size room for our party of 5. Included a kitchen, washer/dryer, dining table and 5 single beds. The location was superb!

It was a great and impressive stay overall. However, the onsen area was not spacious enough to accommodate all guests.

Stayed 8 nights here. Loved it. I got a corner room on the 2nd floor. It was quite spacious (from my experience staying at hotels in Japan) and got everything I needed.

Had great time here. The team were fantastic. Really enjoyed the breakfast buffet with the big window and snow outside. Rooms could do with an update but apart from that it was great.

A great business hotel, if you join membership, room rates are discounted.
Apart from a little threadbare carpet in the room and worn out bathub it was clean, immaculate with amazingly helpful staff.

Loved this hotel. Such a cool vibe and good location. This was our second stay here. Delicious breakfast hampers in the morning, wine bar on the roof, close to good food, shopping and transport.

Good location, within walking distance to ramen street and covered walking shopping street. Room is of good size for 3 adults and comes with set breakfast delivered to the room.

This is a small but luxurious Art Deco-style hotel right in central Otaru, within easy walking distance to most of the major sights.

We’ve stayed at Unwind hotel for 4 nights. The room size 15sqm and smaller double bed were too small for us (we both are 170-175 cm).

This hotel is great! I would describe it as a basic but modern hotel with all the conveniences you need. The room was spotless and equipped with small touches to make it more comfortable.
