Very nice place in Venice and very reasonably priced. Great location but has no sign so make sure you know where you are going!

Large and spacious room with air conditioning. The room was very clean and comfortable. The receptionists are very friendly at all times. Everything's perfect. For putting some glue, the cushions a little thin and soft.

We loved our stay at Ca' Bragadin Carabba. The location was terrific, the room was clean and much larger than expected. We would recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to beautiful Venice.

This is a good deal for the location. I didn’t like that there was no toilet unless you were in your room. We got to the hotel before check in and I wasn’t able to use a toilet. I also didn’t like the fact that we couldn’t get any water in the morning if we hadn’t paid for breakfast. I think water is a basic thing that should be available to anyone staying at a hotel. The room was nice and clean and great for a one night stay.

On of the best we stayed in Italy. Walking distance to most about traction’s, supermarket and good food restaurants. Staff very nice and helpful, we love them. Will definitely stay again.

Location very good. Just missing a hint to find the entrance to the hotel. When you get a little lost the GPS does not find the entrance.
Welcome very good. Possible to have breakfast €5 in the top room. Nice room bathroom well.

Everything is perfect, excellent location, impeccable room (annex Suite) and great courtesy of the staff.

Great location and very clean. I didn’t sample breakfast but plenty to choose from around the hotel. It doesn’t matter there are no lifts as there aren’t many floors. Would recommend and go back. Would have rated 5 however the air con took two days to fix.

Stayed3 nights great location, service and well appointed clean rooms. Room overlooked the piazza. Staff very helpful. Check out the Very good local bar out front door turn right turn left for excellent food and well priced vino.

This was the best decision we made while in Venice. Although I was a little worried considering I didn´t see this hotel being rated with any stars (I saw later that it has a 4 star rating), it was such a pleasant surprise to find such a kind customer service staff and a beautiful and HUGE two twin bed room. We couldn´t believe how spacious and elegant the room was, and it had everything we could have possibly needed (including a VERY efficient heater). The staff were available 24/7 and they gave us recommendations and flyers that were very useful. We had no complaints, other than slightly thin walls.

They are very misleading in their ads. Never got a bottle of sparkling wine, the sheets are not Egyptian cotton and the beds are not memory foam. We were safe and slept in a spacious room for a great price, yes, but I wish they were more honest/upfront about what they offer. Realistically I would give it a 3.5/5, however, feel their rating does not accurately reflect the hotel.

We stayed 2 nights in the Carraba Suite for 150euros (last minute discount). Beautiful, spacious, quiet. Perfect spot in the centre of Venice 5minutes from the Rialto. To recommend without hesitation.

Ca’ Bragadin Carabba was everything (and more! ) that we wanted and needed for our stay in Venice. After being stuck in Iceland for 2 days due to storms during our layover, we were late starting our trip in Italy. The staff at Ca’ Bragadin Carabba kept perfect communication with us while we were waiting in Iceland and kept a room open for us as well. We arrived to friendly faces and they helped us with everything we needed. Our room was clean and beautiful. The location of the hotel is tucked away nicely out of the hustle and bustle, but just a minute or so from the main streets. We will definitely recommend Ca’ Bragadin Carabba and stay again if we return to Italy!

Very nice little hotel in a side alley (not to be deterred! ) a few minutes walk from Rialto Bridge and Marcus Square. Friendly welcome, nice room size, if you like, breakfast in the room or (a bit more expensive) than buffet in the small breakfast room.
All in all highly recommended!

The biggest imconinconven is that you have to pick up the keys in a hotel that seems to be pretty good but this is not indicated and is 5minutos from the named.

Really liked our stay here. Big, airy room with multiple windows. A nice, clean bathroom with plenty of hot water. There's a grocery store only a minute away and endless restaurants / cafes to choose from in the area. It's central location makes it perfect for exploring all of Venice by foot. If I could make one suggestion it would be to add the ability for guests to make their own coffee or tea. Friendly staff, clean accommodations and a fair price, great value overall.

Spacious rooms, furnished in Venetian style, in historic palace, excellent location, a few steps from the Rialto Bridge and Piazza San Marco, adjacent to the Casa di Marco Polo, excellent value for money.

Cozy hotel, situated in the center of Venice, close to all important places to visit. Clean. Very helpful staff. Good breakfast. Surprise! This building was for some years Casanova's home and heaven.

This place is nice. Quaint even. Not luxury by any means. Really high ceilings in rooms. Staff are nice and friendly. I found this to be a great location for proximity to landmarks. We had a room on level 1, and the only downside was really early in the morning there was a large banging from a neighbouring building. This may have been a baker or something else. Started at about 4. Which affected sleep. It is possible you will not hear this on a higher floor or different orientation. But try and avoid rooms to the back of the hotel (from front door). I. E. At the top of the stairs near reception, facing towards reception, turning left. That is the bad side.

Booked a room 10 months in advanced and provided all the details required. However, was informed a week before the reservation sate by email that the credit card had expired and was only given 24 hours to respond. We were already travelling through Europe by then and only had the opportunity to check our emails every 2-3days. This caused us having to rebook our hotel at a more expensive price with little options on hotels. Poor service considering they only provided 24 hours when we booked and given them 10 months notice in advance. I understand that they're a business but bloody hell, what kind of service is that?!

We were there for the third time. Very friendly staff. You get individual recommendations and negotiations of events.
The rooms are very well maintained and large. The reception is manned around the clock. The breakfast in a very friendly room or in your own room is very good. Anytime again!

Small structure very close to Piazza S. Marco, not easily identifiable but in a strategic position for those who want to visit Venice. We were greeted with great courtesy and helpfulness, it was really enjoyable.

The breakfast buffet is OK.

Pros: Great location and easy to find. Friendly, welcoming, and helpful staff. Good size room and bathroom. Cons: Very worn and used bed. It must have been really old as it was completely concave in the middle. The pillows also seemed extremely used and flat. Also, the shower curtain left a LOT to be desired. It wouldn't stay closed at all, no matter how much we tried, so water went all over the bathroom. Lastly, during our stay in October, we were told the air-conditioners were completely disabled and not available as it was fall, and they shouldn't be needed. If the hotel is advertised as having air conditioning, they should not disable the air conditioners based on the time of year as the rooms were very stuffy, humid, and warm (even though it was pleasant outside).

Clean and spacious rooms, hotel is warm and welcoming, in a very handy location, an easy stroll from the Rialto Bridge. For the price, no real complaints. Our shower was a bit weak, but that might be just ours. The pillows were hard, but some people might like them that way, and the only English language TV that would work was Al-Jazeera or Bloomberg (! ), but who goes to Venice and wants to watch TV, right? The staff were all friendly and super-helpful and we'd happily stay here again.

Good hotel not far from Rialto but enough off the beaten track to be quiet. Friendly helpful staff. We were on the top floor and didn't find it a problem but there are a lot of stairs so wouldn't suit someone with mobility problems. We had a really pleasant stay.

The Inn is well located, close to all the major attractions, yet on a more quiet street than the main tourist attractions. Our room was excellent and the staff was very helpful in recommending restaurants, helping with printing airline boarding passes, and reserving a water taxi to take us to the airport. I would highly recommend this Inn for those who want a clean room in a good location, and without the pretentious attitude that you can receive from other places.

The staff is excellent to work with. The room was very neat and clean, although the bed was a little hard for my taste. The outdoor terrace on our room was great for relaxing at night. Fantastic location. So many great restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Highly recommend!

Beautiful hotel for tourists. It isn't the most expensive or luxurious place but it's small and very well kept. It's near many places food and shopping.

Close to the main sites of tourist interest, great value for money. Very friendly and helpful staff Nice room Good Italian breakfast served in the room. Recommended.

A nice elegant and quiet place.

Charming Hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and the hotel was very good. The air conditioner works perfectly and the cleanliness is great. It's been nice to be there.

Historic residence overlooking Campo Marina just a few minutes from Rialto. A quiet and quaint corner of Venice. We had a very large room with 2 windows that looked out onto the square. Very comfortable King size bed. Very small bathroom. Breakfast in the room paid extra, enough. Better the Italian one than the most expensive continental type. Given the low cost compared to the room it would have been better to be included anyway.

I got the upscaled suite. It is jaw-dropping, the room is impressive, great tapestry, furniture and sparkly clean! Very ice service, a place I would like to come back to.

Starting with very helpful staff who actually came down to a nearby piazza to meet us and escort us to the hotel door, we had a very nice stay. Our room was clean and quiet and comfortable. The bathroom large and with all the comforts. The breakfast complete with everything one expects in Europe. All together we loved it and will go back next trip.

A little hard to find (no label on the House). Somewhat quieter environment but still excellent (Rialto Bridge No 10 minutes, despite showcase peer…). The staff is extremely nice and helpful. We got great tips for our stay. The retention of our luggage on the day of departure was not a problem. Since our booked room was not free, we've got an upgrade (flat). Of course, the building is old. Also the furniture. But maybe that makes the charm of the hotel. Casanova home & heaven. Bed was large and comfortable. Bad for Venice very big and modern. You could rethink breakfast. Value for money is ok. (still :) If you get an upgrade has, I think it would book again.

Probably one of the worst place I stayed in my life. The bathroom was located outside of the bedroom and the toilet was broken. The bed also rolled around easily and was uncomfortable. The pictures posted online are definitely very misleading.

Historic, charming, and perfect for the price point. Location is fantastic, high ceilings, everything I wanted aside from a Canal view! Can't complain at all, staff was fantastic as well. I'll stay here again when I return to Venice!

I loved this bed and breakfast's ambiance. This man who was at the reception was kind and thorough. He helped me even get my Wi-Fi working. Right when we arrived, it was tea time and he brought out cookies also as we chatted with some English folks. Very safe and many resting rooms where our room was. The balcony was cool and you could watch the people below the square. It was a large room to for Venice. I loved it!

Would happily stay here again, the room was clean, comfortable and spacious and we had a pleasant view over the square. Tea — making facilities and minibar/ fridge in the room. Great location for exploring Venice and for popping back for a rest. Very cheap, friendly bar just downstairs, bakery and supermarket nearby so we sorted our own breakfasts. Would happily recommend to others. Only negative was being woken by trollies on the move from nearby quay outside from 7am — but perhaps this is common all over Venice?

We have just returned from our weekend getaway where we were very well welcomed to the Bragadin. A staff and incredible staff. In addition to this the hotel is wonderfully located in the centre and next to the Rialto Bridge. Room very clean and quiet with a great asset: the terrace for breakfast and evenings. One word: PERFECT and a BIG Thank YOU. Philippe and Christelle.

Fantastic small hotel very close to the main points of interest in Venice. The room, unless the our 302, was very comfortable, spacious, clean and had a terrace with a table!
The hotel staff was super-amable throughout, and around we could find from an Osteria frequented by locals, as other more expensive but fabulous restaurants.

This is a great hotel with extremely friendly staff. The place can be a little tricky to find but it is in a great location.

This hotel was nothing special. You pay a lot but the location is good. The room is quite basic, no kettle, plastic cups etc. We didn't try the breakfast because that was extra and you can get a much better deal going out. The staff were friendly though. Would look elsewhere if we came to Venice again.

This hotel is very well located near to Rialto Bridge. The manager and staff were friendly and helpful. The bedroom and bathroom were a good size and the bed comfortable. We did have some problems with the heating but these were resolved. The most disappointing thing was the buffet breakfast which was meagre and overpriced. A good experience overall.

Fantastic Hotel. Great location (if you can find it). Really fantastic place. Classy rooms, nice people, good breakfast. Everything was spectacular. One of the best hotels for the price in all of Europe.

Onwer cursed me (maybe someone else but…) I dont know it was from racism or not. It was cold rainy day and I was wet. My tongue was frozen at the time when I entered this hotel. I even caught a cold and barely talked at reception. While I was waiting for him to check my reservation I heard him cursing. I looked around and I realize I was the only one at the reception. I honestly dont know why he cursed at that time. However, I was so stunned because It was one of few bad actions, actually it was four, I encountered while I was traveling around europe for 40 days and it was the first one.

Overall it is a nice hotel, room is clean and quiet. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It was a little difficult to find the main entrance when we arrived at venice. Breakfast is a little pricy (13 Euro per person), but there are lots of breakfast options nearby.

The hotel is located between the rialto bridge and piazza san Marco. The rooms are spotless and the staff takes care of every detail. We've been several times, we have recommended it to our family and we are sure you will return.

The main entrance is difficult to locate. The location of the hotel is good, there is a supermarket adjacent to it. The flat is quite spacious and comfortable. Wi-fi speed could be improved.

Great hotel conveniently located to stay a few nights in Venice. I stayed in Room 206 and the staff was courteous and helpful, the room and bathroom very clean.
Only problem encountered was in the Wi-Fi that day seemed not to work. For the rest, I highly recommend it especially for its value for money.

The hotel promises a lot more than it is on the screen…
The hotel is poorly labeled, without help almost impossible to find, especially at night. You enter the entrance hall and out light not much. No lift. The handrail is loose, at least on the lowest level. Dragging the suitcase on the first floor, then finally the reception, where you will receive very nice, and get great tips on request. Then case comes but once again drag until it finally in the 3rd is stock (which is lucky if you have the room on the same level as reception, ) and can relate the room.
The room is spacious, the beds are really good, (rarely had a Besserers). The shower has a bit in the years, but despite the wear and tear, silicone sealing, etc clean. The room is never bright, because it is in an alley, where the Sun there never can seem.
We would definitely choose another hotel next time.

The hotel itself was fine. We got "upgraded" for one night, which was nice, but it meant that we were without a room from 11:00 until 4:00 while our old and new rooms were cleaned. There was a fair bit of mold under the window in our second room, but that's probably pretty normal for Venice.

A wonderful Hotel, very centrally located (about 5 minutes from the Rialto bridge) but still in a quiet area. Perfect to explore the city and yet not in the hustle and bustle to go down. It was very clean (cleaning ladies are daily in the room) and all the staff were very friendly. Breakfast, we can not judge, because not tried. 5 stars.

A little hidden, away from the tourist traffic. Was given the flat apartment upon checkin, room was a full apartment. Big bed big bedroom big kitchen big bathroom. Desk clerk spoke great English and was friendly and helpful! Had air conditioning in bedroom! Traditional Italian windows and shutters. Very cute and relaxing. Aug 2015.
