A very beautiful hotel and room.

Clean and comfortable room with new furniture. The room is small but cozy, perfect for couples, making it a romantic place to stay.

We stayed in the deluxe room; the lake view with the private onsen was worth the extra cost. Very conveniently next to Snowland Akan, with a perfect view of the evening fireworks from our room.

This was my first time staying at a Ryokan and experiencing a lot of traditional Japanese inn culture.

We enjoy the vibe and atmosphere of the house. Host hospitality is great, thanks to the host for the souvenir chopsticks. Location can easily access all major attraction.

Excellent service. Very accommodating despite my non-existent Japanese and, despite my best intentions, occasional etiquette breaches. The woman who checked me in was very nice.

Stayed here last week during heavy snowfall, and choosing this ryokan turned out to be the perfect decision.

We booked this hotel because it was conveniently located for both the airport bus and buses to sightseeing locations.

Large room with relaxing space and sea view from window, but a bit old and traditional style. This hotel is cheap compared to room size, services, facilities and location.

Stayed at Hotel Hanafuji Inn for 7 nights and it was great. The owners are such a warm and lovely couple who make you feel at home from day one.

A hidden gem! Everything is in perfect condition and the room is very comfortable and clean. The highlight of our stay, however, was the incredible hospitality.

Amazing hotel, service, location!

This place is the epitome of 5 stars. Parking right onsite. Easy walk to ace gondola. Every amenity you can think of having, they have it. Ski lockers, onsen (public and private for 5k yen).

It has been several months since my stay at Moku no sho.

We had a day spa and dinner experience there and we didn’t stay in the room. The onsen and lounge are excellent. Dinner was delicious with summer ingredients.

Brilliant Hotel in a great location, definitely would recommend.

Overall, great experience here. Perfectly located near the hirafu gondola. Ski out/in and great service in the ski/boot room. The restaurant at the hotel is excellent.

Pretty spacious rooms, and convenient shuttle that goes into town and ski resort every 30 mins. The hotel staff were especially amazing.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in anywhere. The service was exceptional — friendly, welcoming and attentive staff. They even helped us bring our luggage upstairs to our room.

Excellent stay at Jyozankei Daiichi Hotel Suizantei.

Jyozankei Daiichi Hotel Suizantei is a very nice place to stay for a rest. I had a very pleasant day here, you can take a bath, and the hotel also offers free food in the lounge.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The room was perfect, beds were super comfortable, the location was convenient and the shuttle provided to the mountain daily made skiing so much easier.

Winnie and Herbert are great hosts, they shared knowledge about what slopes are best each day, and gave us lots of restaurant / food recommendations in their small town.

So happy to spend time at K’s House Hostel the last four nights. It has a cosy lodge vibe and the quirky communal lounge is a perfect space to relax in the evening.

Decided to treat myself to a hotel room for 2 nights. Ddidn't disappoint. Room size was more than adequate. Wifi was reliable. Room was clean.

Nice hotel on the way to New Chitose Airport. Good for driving trip. Plenty free parking space. Comfortable bedding. Take about 20 minutes drive to the airport.

A good hotel close to Chitose airport, between 20-30 minutes drive. A nice welcome from Mr. Sumiya during the check-in, he also guided us through the hotel facility. Clean room with nice comfy bed.

I stayed 1 night during my work visit to Obihiro in June. The lobby is very spacious and we were offered a free wine tasting during the check-in. The rooms were clean and spacious with all amenities.

This hotel seemed like a five star hotel with professional warm service and great facilities. The room was small for three but comfortable.

Hotel is conveniently located in Susukino district which is a central hub in Sapporo.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. My experience was superb. Loved the breakfast spread they have every morning. Their luggage storage service is super convenient.

Staying at Oyado was the most welcoming experience that I’ve had in Japan.

Nice chill hostel outside of center Sapporo. The owner is a very energic lady and can help you with almost everything.

Stayed for one night in 13 January, room was spacious and heater worked perfectly. Everything was good except for that the shower curtain smelled.

Really solid place to stay.
The rooms are well sized and comfortable and we were able to open two medium/large suitcases easily without feeling cramped.

The hotel is really new, the room is spacious, the corner room's views of Susukino is amazing. It is in a perfect location with the train and tram stations just across.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, starting right from the moment I arrived on the 7th floor. The scent in the lobby area was absolutely lovely and created a great first impression.

No regrets spending our Christmas Eve here.
• The location though is off the main road, it is easy to find with ample parking space. The property is beautifully decorated, clean and cosy.

This is the best place that we’ve been to Hokkaido. Everything is great especially the food! This is our first time in stargazing and taking the pictures of the stars.

We had a great stay, and would highly recommend if you’re looking for a place in Hakodate.

Pros:
The location is great! A short walk from the JR station and the Hakodate morning market is right outside. Our room had a nice view of the bay as well.

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Fav Hotel for an unforgettable stay. The room was spacious, very pretty, and thoughtfully designed, making it a comfortable and relaxing place to rest.

We've had a lovely stay at the Fav. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed. The hotel has a washing machine and is very clean and well-kept. Breakfast is a little basic, but it's good value.

A very cozy and lovely hotel. The wooden aesthetic was very pleasing. The staff were very kind and accommodating. The nights were very quiet. Good location too!
