This hotel definitely deserves 5 stars.
The environment is beautiful and very inviting.

Front desk is very friendly esp Ms Tiva. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Another lady that I would like to thanks is Ms Kirei.

In my opinion, during my visit to Batam, this is the best hotel so far. The location is excellent, right next to Batam Harbour Bay. Very easy if you want to cross to Singapore or vice versa.

It was a 3 night stay, We had a very pleasant stay due to the staffs and the their service provided.
They were polite, approchable & all smiles.

All started with the request for early checked in which was granted the minute I arrived, at 12pm. Front Desk Staff/Door Man are very welcoming. Restaurant staff, Adalina was super friendly.

I have stayed at Montigo for various occasions and have seen the physical changes in the property throughout the years. The newly revamp Kids Club was great.

Staying at Montigo Resorts Nongsa was a truly memorable experience.

Had a really nice stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was honestly one of the best parts, lots of choices and everything tasted fresh.

We came and stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. I went on a trip with my work friends, and everything was very good.

Service was amazing! Mr. Jordy was very kind and helpful with our needs, and completely changed our experience staying at Batam in the best way ever.

Stayed at Aston Nagoya city hotel for a week. Great location. Restaurant services are excellent.

Spent two days here for meetings and had a great experience. The venue is well-designed, with a high-ceiling ballroom that feels open and comfortable.

Have stayed over at this hotel a few times. Room is usually clean and comfortable. Lobby receptionist and generally the staffs there are overall friendly.

The staffs (special thanks to Bella, Chef Roff and some other which we didn't get their names) all very warm, obliging, courteous & friendly.

The receptionists Rendy and Friza were very friendly and accommodating to our requests upon our arrival!

Stayed for 4 days in February and didn't want to leave! A beautiful boutique hotel, tranquil lush surroundings and tastefully decorated rooms which are so homely and comfortable.

My sister and I just returned from four wonderful days post-cruise at Tempat Senang Boutique Hotel 10Feb to 14 Feb and stayed in the Thai room. It was a perfect way to end our trip.

My stay at Four Points by Sheraton was truly delightful! ✨ The rooms were incredibly comfortable and well-maintained. The service from the staff was exceptional and made me feel very welcome.

We were served by Mr Putra At the reception. There was a bigger issue that we needed help with and he did a fantastic job.
He is patient, resourceful, and tactful.

So we booked 4 rooms (Urban Room) and the Sales Manager Pak Alhamda was soo attentive, responsive, friendly and went extra mile to accommodate our needs…

Shella and Celine were very friendly and helpful front desk staff. I left my item in the room and they assisted to retrieve it and bring it to me at the lobby. Amazing service.

The rooms is extremely clean, staffs are very polite even though it's their fasting month. One of the staff that escort us across the streets safely and back even its not part of their jobs.

Overall we had a pleasant experience. The room was new, clean, and well-maintained, which we truly appreciated. The facilities also felt fresh and comfortable.

My always go to place when I need a one-feet-away staycation from harbourbay ferry terminal. Service was good, all staffs are very nice and friendly. Of course its very affordable too~

I stayed at Holiday Inn Resort Batam last weekend.
The hotel had a high rating and provided excellent service.
The staff were friendly and helped me with everything I needed.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Harbour Bay Boutique Hotel and Spa, and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

My friends and I had a wonderful 3-day stay at the hotel. We were warmly greeted and well taken care of throughout our stay by the kindest, most professional, and friendliest staff — Ariff and Faris.

Love the bfast spread and love its convenience to the mall.
The rooms are small though for its price but it’s quite nice and clean.

I recently stayed at this hotel for the second time, and once again, it did not disappoint.
