I had a splendid evening here at ESKA hotel. We had our hitea with the 3 of us. Our server Julfry who is also the head bartender was delightful and amazing. He was genuinely kind and so polite.

Perfect place to stay if you didn't want to spend money to travel to malls in Batam. It is very very close to Grand Batam Mall, and you can even just walk across the road just to go to BCS mall.

Elegant hotel, clean and spacious room, terrific morning buffet with varieties of dishes.

If there is one hotel to stay, you must check out Pacific Palace Hotel. The ambience, the service, the lobby bar, the restaurants was absolutely awesome!

Nice place to stay, I was given to stay at level 3 room 6, it os a nice room. Ambience is good and place is pretty clean as well.

Had a great experience staying at the hotel. Hotel is aesthetic, the receptionist, Rika, was well knowledgeable when being asked. The bellboy, Hengki, was really helpful in guiding us out.

I had a very pleasant stay at Beverly Hotel Batam. The hotel is well-located, making it easy to access shopping areas, restaurants, and main roads.

Stay 3D2N at this hotel with my family. Checkin was a breeze. Room was big and clean. There's a 24hr masage service in room Breakfast was ok with a good selection of food.

Grand sydney hotel. The bed is very comfortable, it is very convenient to go everywhere, and most importantly, the room is very clean. The price is reasonable and it is worth staying.

The room is well-maintained, which I really appreciate for a budget hotel. I would suggest adding a light, fresh air freshener in the room to give guests a better first impression.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Harper Premier Nagoya Batam, and it was truly a five-star experience from start to finish.

We had a wonderful 3-day stay at Harper Premier Hotel Nagoya. The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay.

I visited Aglow Hotel Batam for an event and the experience was good. The security at the entrance greeted me politely and guided me to the motorbike parking area.

Happen to book this wonderful hotel just opposite Harbor Bay Ferry Terminal Batam. We took 2 Rooms with extra beds for the 6 of us 3 adults n 3 kids. Room was clean, spacious and full of amenities.

Our 5 days and 4 nights stay at The Westin Nirup Island was truly exceptional. From arrival to departure, the experience reflected thoughtful luxury, impeccable service, and genuine hospitality.

We stayed 2 nights on the package which included 3 meals.

Amazing place. Toilet floor was wet, please fix the leaky bidet tap. Apart from that, top-notch service, sparkly clean room!
