Nice hotel near sea but a litle far from tourist attractions. We always took taxi (Bolt app) for transfer.

Good hotel. Clean, cozy, spacious, welcoming. There is underground parking, its own territory with table tennis, table football. Tea throughout the day and a good breakfast in the morning.

Excellent. A lovely place surrounded by greenery, just a few kilometers from the city center and the sea. The rooms are comfortable and equipped with every comfort.

I'll start with the location of this wonderful place to relax. Close to the beach, close to shops. A quiet, peaceful place to relax with the whole family.

We really like it here. We are vacationing as a family with two children. Very convenient when it rains — children swim in the pool. The owner took us to see the sights.

We have vacationed with Nugzar 4 times already, and it is always the warmest emotions.
We take 4-bed rooms with sea view (7th or 8th floor).

Nice new apartments, close to the sea, decent and responsible owner Nugzar is always helpful.

Friends booked it, when we saw the reviews, we were afraid that it would be bad.
Fortunately, the reviews did not justify themselves.

If there had not been a little rain, the holiday would have been wonderful, but otherwise it was just good. As we understand it, the owner has changed and the management has been restructured.

Elevator system a bit complicated, codes didn't work eve after getting a new one.
5 stars because the reception is open late and sells bottles of water.
