Kind and hospitable hosts. Excellent rooms, the sea is within walking distance. I definitely recommend it.

Friendly hosts. Neat and clean rooms. A huge plus — 100 meters to the sea! The beach is clean, as it is located on the outskirts of the city and there are not many vacationers.

Suliko, Nana and Manuchar are a welcoming, friendly and bright family! We are very happy that we stayed with them and will definitely come back.

We have vacationed with Nugzar 4 times already, and it is always the warmest emotions.
We take 4-bed rooms with sea view (7th or 8th floor).

Nice new apartments, close to the sea, decent and responsible owner Nugzar is always helpful.

If you are fancying with this appartment, just stop looking for others and book it. I came for 3 days as I tought I could be bored, but in the end I wanted to extend for one more week, as everyday

A very beautiful place that you deserve to spend a few days relaxing and resting in. But be prepared to eat with you because nothing is close to it ever.

Perfect. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Rooms are clean, simplistic but have everything you need.

The beach is big and surrounded by mountains ⛰️ Someone is renting chairs and umbrellas and there is no place to shower.

Great hostel for the price complete with amazing location. Our receptionist, Denis, was exceptionally friendly and helpful — all hostel workers should be like him.

Superb location in the old town, loads of bathrooms big kitchen and clean rooms with curtains very good value.

Amazing setting, and host Sveta is a wonderful person. The room is fully equipped, including a kitchen and washing machine. You won't be disappointed if you reserve your stay in Batumi here.

Excellent hotel, small but cozy, with air conditioning, a shower, TV, and a hairdryer. Clean, tidy 👍, and fresh linens.

A wonderful place in the very center of the old city. There are many shops and cafes nearby, for every budget. The hotel is very clean, tidy, good furniture, starched bed linen, air conditioning.
