Excellent hotel! Great location, wonderful staff. The rooms are comfortable: TV, air conditioning, refrigerator. Meals 3 times a day, which was important for our family, and they cook very tasty.

I was on holiday with my mother at the Palermo Hotel in early August 2025 and from the very first step, in the lobby, we were surrounded by an atmosphere of genuine hospitality.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, responded to all our requests. Breakfast is not fancy but sufficient. Central location and relatively close to everywhere. The hotel has three floors, no elevator.

Convenient location, quiet center, windows overlook the main street, but there are almost no cars driving, you can sleep with the windows open.

We vacationed in Georgia for the first time in mid-August 2025, driving from Belarus with our family and two children.

We stayed at the hotel in August 2025, the owners are very welcoming and hospitable, they helped with everything and even solved many issues, for which we thank them very much.

It won’t be said loudly, but our vacation was no longer remembered for Georgia itself and its attractions, but specifically for the Elysium Park villa) Stunning views of the mountains and the sea!

We not only rested but also enjoyed many entertainments, such as tennis courts and golf, as well as tours in Batumi and the surrounding areas. Really liked the large heated pool and jacuzzi.

The location was excellent and close to attractions. It was nice that the staff spoke Turkish. Payment wasn't as difficult as some reviews suggested; they said you could pay whenever you wanted.

We are very satisfied with our choice to stay at this hotel. Location — in the center of Kobuleti, the sea is almost nearby, shops and restaurants in neighboring buildings.

We stayed at this hotel from July 16 to July 30. The hotel is located in the center of Kobuleti, opposite the city hall. It takes 5-10 minutes to walk to the sea.

A very nicely run hotel. It's tricky to find the entrance. There's a large parking lot behind the hotel, unguarded and unfenced.

Good afternoon I stayed in this hotel for 10 days in August 2024. This is not my first time in Batumi, but I fell in love with the Homeland Hotel forever!

Everything was amazing! A quiet hotel on the beachfront with a sea view, wonderful, caring hosts, impeccably clean rooms, delicious breakfasts.

Very good hotel. Initially I booked a room for 5 days, and we liked it so much that we extended it for another 5 days. I am grateful to the hosts for their hospitality.
