Good Hotel, very clean and modern rooms, good view and very comfy beds. They took us quite spontaneously and we had a good time. Thanks!

The staff at the hotel were professional and kind, Rooms were fully equipped with everything you need. Over all, location is great and we had a wonderful time.

Good hotel in a good area, room was big and spacious. The pool is great but I was disappointed that there were no yoga mats in the gym.

Stayed there for 6 days and everything was good the rooms were nice the restaurant and spa were good I really recommend this hotel.

The hotel was clean and the rooms matched the photos exactly. The service was very good.
Special thanks to Luka and Mariam at the reception – they were very kind, helpful, and professional.

The hotel is clean, the staff is very nice and welcoming and helpful. The location is amazing it is quite central and our room had an amazing view from the balcony.

To be frank,

It's far from city center.
Good staff and clear.

We had a rest in August 2025. Everything is very good. The rooms are cozy. Good location, 5 minutes walk to the sea. The hosts are wonderful.

The room is clean. There's an iron, hair dryer, washing machine, and even hair curlers. There's a shared kitchen where you can cook. All utensils are provided. There are gazebos outside.

In my opinion the best hotel in Kobuleti!

Very nice girl administrator. Attentive and always smiling. Managed to check in earlier than scheduled, as I arrived at 6 am. In general, the staff is very attentive.
The room is clean.

Friendly and helpful staff. Always able to advise and help.
There is a swimming pool and parking.
Ceiling above the bed.

Honestly this is the best hotel in Kobuleti considering comfort, location, staff, attitude, restaurant, pool.

I really liked everything. Excellent cozy family hotel.
Excellent tasty breakfasts.
We had enough until dinner.

We stayed at this hotel in 2017-2018. Great location, spacious rooms, delicious food. Many thanks to Zaur for his hospitality!

The best location.
I like everything 👍🏻
Very comfortable hotel and very good view close from beach.
Very good restaurant, Georgia and European food.
Very big respect Zura Palace👍🏻

Our experience at Zura Palace in Kvariati was exceptional.

Just returned from an unforgettable vacation! Wonderful hotel, clean, high-quality cleaning, good fresh renovation.

We stayed at this hotel at the beginning of June. The first thing that impressed me was the cleanliness of the room and the crisp linen.

Nice and clean hotel and the price per night was 75 lari which is a good price and we got a room with bathroom, balcony and 3 beds for this price and its location is excellent close to halal Arabic

Excellent hotel in its category. The room is clean, tidy, has air conditioning, a refrigerator, snow-white linen and towels, shower gel, shampoo, soap, toothbrush with toothpaste, disposable slippers.

New & modern hostel with everything you need for online work and a long-term stay. You can enjoy your privacy and still meet great people.

This place is absolutely amazing. I spent there 1 night and after 2 days I went back there again, and I was greeted “Welcome back “, which gave me this warm feeling of actually being welcomed.

Very nice hotel in an old villa. Water cooker, fridge available. The Crew offered to wash laundry. Overall very good Service and very friendly Crew.

If you are heading to Batoumi then staying at this small cozy hotel is the perfect option. The atmosphere of the hostels in general is luxurious soulless fancy destinations.

Booked a nice Suite with Sea View  directly facing the Black Sea.   Floor-to-ceiling windows amplified the seascape, especially at night with city lights reflecting on the water.

Very comfortable location with lots of stores and shops nearby as well as beach.

Great value for money, and the service was lovely. The view from the apartment balcony is absolutely beautiful, and the cleanliness of the place was excellent. Highly recommended!

Good hotel very nice staff. Receptionist anri is very helpful, nice breakfast.

A perfect stay in every way ❤️
Lovely staff, great food each day🤤
Clean room, calm vibe, parking right,
This hotel made our trip just right!
Highly recommended!

We liked.
The breakfasts are excellent, filling and delicious, just like grandma's.
Our room was comfortable, with a refrigerator and air conditioning.
The views are amazing. Near the airport.

Great hosts, thanks to them we experienced a true Georgian hospitality. I would definitely recommend booking a stay in my house than in other "fancy" hotels.

We stayed at the end of August, beginning of September, clean room with a view of the mountains, wonderful, kind hosts, delicious breakfasts, close to the sea, quiet, peaceful place.

We rested with my wife at the Sunny Hotel from August 8 to August 17, 2022. The impressions were the most pleasant.

A wonderful hotel in a wonderful country! Nikolay, the friendly owner, and his attentive colleagues.

We stayed at the hotel in September.
It was the coziest and warmest place we've ever been. The entire property was immaculately clean, and the hosts were so thoughtful.

This is a cozy guest house, with amazing Georgian hospitality, hosting guests.

Amazing place, found it by accident.
Very cozy, everything is green, hospitable hosts.
It turned out that a scene with 12 chairs with Pugovkin and Etush was filmed here.

I spent several days in November in this hotel. I liked it all very much! The room was cozy, the hotel location was very convenient, the service was very good.

I stayed there for a week and everything is perfect, everybody is polite and if you need any kind of help they will help how much is possible, if I'm going on the Georgian coast again I will

The service is nice and helpful, you can communicate in Russian and English. The room is small, clean in a modern style, with a large kitchen with a terrace.

The room is clean, good bed, the furniture is not old and neat, quiet air conditioning.

Rooms are clean and good there’s stove and microwave some cutlery, location is great, beach front and near to Europe square and there’s restaurants and supermarkets nearby, the only downside is that

Prize performance is above the avarage, recommended.
