Nice hotel, friendly staff, responded to all our requests. Breakfast is not fancy but sufficient. Central location and relatively close to everywhere. The hotel has three floors, no elevator.

We are very satisfied with our choice to stay at this hotel. Location — in the center of Kobuleti, the sea is almost nearby, shops and restaurants in neighboring buildings.

We stayed at this hotel from July 16 to July 30. The hotel is located in the center of Kobuleti, opposite the city hall. It takes 5-10 minutes to walk to the sea.

We vacationed in Georgia for the first time in mid-August 2025, driving from Belarus with our family and two children.

We stayed at the hotel in August 2025, the owners are very welcoming and hospitable, they helped with everything and even solved many issues, for which we thank them very much.

It is a nice hotel, the nature around is amazing, green hill on one side and beautiful mighty sea on the other side. Views from the rooms mind blowing… beauty from every angle.

Pebble beach, they do have their own private beach.

Convenient location, quiet center, windows overlook the main street, but there are almost no cars driving, you can sleep with the windows open.

Good afternoon I stayed in this hotel for 10 days in August 2024. This is not my first time in Batumi, but I fell in love with the Homeland Hotel forever!

Hotel is located on thr main street and its easy to find. Rooms are large and have enough space for families. You will find all the necessary items in the room.

A very nicely run hotel. It's tricky to find the entrance. There's a large parking lot behind the hotel, unguarded and unfenced.

It is located right next to the city's main sights — all at a walkable distance.
There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

What a stay! The view from the balcony directly facing the Black Sea was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to that was pure magic.

I recently stayed at a hotel that I absolutely loved. It was very clean, cozy, and had a beautiful view from the balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious.

We stayed at the guest house on August 7-9.
The guest house is located on a mountain, the road to it is very steep, you should take this into account if you are traveling by car.

This was a great memorable stay. It has stunning view surrounded by its own garden meticulously kept by the owner. Has lots of seating areas outdoors, perfect for reading or having alone time!
