A very nice place with beautiful mountain views and large rooms. Excellent traditional Georgian cuisine. Wonderful staff and a very friendly owner. We stayed with our dogs and had no problems.

Wow, beautiful place, we arrived at midnight, family with 3 children's 22, 17, 12 the owner of the hotel welcomes us and show us the room, beautiful room big, very clean and the view is amazing.

The best hotel to stay in Batumi. The staff was exceptionally sweet and welcoming contrary to many other hotel owners in Batumi where we had the worst experience.

Great sea view, helpful reception, rooms are clean and have got almost everything u need during ur stay, plenty of parking spaces for those who travel by cars, safe and quiet.

This place is absolutely amazing. I spent there 1 night and after 2 days I went back there again, and I was greeted “Welcome back “, which gave me this warm feeling of actually being welcomed.

To be honest; it was a great stay for me. The cute smile is much important for the check — in time they did well and welcomed us. The room, bed and shower were pretty good for me. I slept well.

Close to the touristic areas in Batumi. The serve excellent breakfast and staff ans receptions are very welcoming and friendly! It's highly recommended 👌🏻

We had a rest in August 2025. Everything is very good. The rooms are cozy. Good location, 5 minutes walk to the sea. The hosts are wonderful.

The room is clean. There's an iron, hair dryer, washing machine, and even hair curlers. There's a shared kitchen where you can cook. All utensils are provided. There are gazebos outside.

We had a family holiday in August 2023. Not far from the sea (a minute's walk). The recreation area is tastefully and beautifully decorated. There are good breakfasts.

Very good hotel! We vacationed with children in June 2024. The rooms are neat and clean, there are air conditioners. I liked everything. The breakfasts are delicious.

At the very beginning of Kobuleti, quiet, calm, clean. We had a suite. Large room with jacuzzi. Towels are also provided for the beach. Also free sun loungers and umbrellas.

Orbi Sity 7A Hotel is a 3-minute walk from the beach. The room was pleasantly surprised by its cleanliness and light. Its owner Evgeniy reacts immediately and answers all questions that arise.

There was a scam with the reserved room and Ostrovok and Evgeniy found me and the children a room in Orbi on the 32nd floor — we were very happy, we lived for a week, everything was fine.

The hotel is old, fairly clean, breakfast is very poor but nice staff. Decent place for the area.

All good — rooms are okay, location is great if you want to explore Batumi. Street parking only.

The service is nice and helpful, you can communicate in Russian and English. The room is small, clean in a modern style, with a large kitchen with a terrace.
