Our family with 2 kids spent great time in this friendly hotel. This 3 floor hotel is located less than 5 min walk from the seaside. It has.

Guest house on the second coastline. Being a hundred meters away from the main street of the city makes sleep more pleasant and eliminates most extraneous noise.

A wonderful, quiet place to relax, with wonderful scenery, overlooking the sea, mountains, garden and a little bit of the city.

We vacationed with my wife and 2-year-old son in early August. The place is simply ideal to spend your holiday with your family, relax and not stress.

Very nice and comfortable, close to the bus stop, the beach is just ahead.

The location is far from the city, but the views are magnificent, and our host, Salome, was very attentive. For those who are considering the sea, it's not far from the sea.

I was here from 12.07, very hospitable hostess, everything is fresh and clean.

I liked the cafe on the beach, we've been there 3 times. The waitress was always very friendly and quick. Schashlik, kebab, pasta carbonara and adjarian khachapuri are a must-try.

Absolutely perfect stay! The room was spotless and comfortable, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and every detail felt well thought out.

I had a very nice experience, the owner was very kind and hospitable. The service was well provided, the environment was pleasant too with affordable prices. Would definitely recommend this :) )

Excellent family hotel, convenient location, cleanliness, the owners are very nice and helpful people, quiet and no fuss, the hotel has everything you need. You feel at home. No problems with parking.

Nice place in Adlia, Batumi. Close to New Boulevard square. Airport in 5 minutes. A quiet family place with a friendly attitude at any time of the year. You will come back here again and again.

I visited this hotel by chance, asked the taxi driver where I could stay so that it would be, as they say (cheap but cheerful).

Google maps does not show the way to get there. The family is so sweet and escorts to the place. He took me to the store on the first night, around 11 pm, so that he could cook in the morning.

Interesting place… we enjoyed our stay, it felt like we had to stay here if we were staying in Batumi, to get the full experience.

Underrated. Everybody crying about the fact that the building is slightly unfinished forgetting that batumi was just fields a decade ago. The rooms are great and extremely affordable.

Enough for an overnight stay. The price is good!
