It Has a renovated reception, the rooms are not yet, yet the place is cozy, clean and safe. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They Have Wi-Fi, parking, hot water and is very well located in the historical center, to maximum three blocks from Calderon Park and the Cathedral. It Is a good choice in relation to the quality and price they offer.

Very overrated this hotel, I personally did not like. Rooms from $60 the night with breakfast included in theory should be buffet but all there is bread, milk, coffee, juice and scrambled eggs and all in limited quantity. If you go 9-9:30 am it is very likely that no longer find anything. The Hotel does not have a garage and if you comment there, they offer you for the cost of $12 the night plus taxes. When you go around the hotel you find it at $4 the hotel rescueable in any case would be its central location.

I think it's a good hotel. Comfortable price… Breakfast varied but some options are missing… A little limited… Good attention… In the offer is offered hot drinks all day however there are only aromatic waters… There is no coffee how it is offered… However it is acceptable…

Area is going through a major restoration, thus traffic is difficult and lots of debri. The facilities overlook the city, staff is very friendly, showers are great, and rooms are very roomy.

A nice hotel located in the center of cuenca very close to everything such as restaurants, churches, in addition to find where you can buy handicrafts, silver and gold, the hotel has an elevator, the breakfast is on the ninth floor there are varieties with a little bit of everything and the price I can't complain. Definitely a place I would return to host.

Not giving less stars just because there was absolutely nothing I didn't like about the stay. Good rooms, ok breakfast, friendly and helpful staff.

Great hotel to stay in a good location in Cuenca, Ecuador. Includes a good continental breakfast and. Found few dark spots on the bedding and wished they had just few more chairs around the room, but great view and personnel. Would stay here again.

Location and staff are the only reason they got a star at all. Room was nothing like what was pictured on booking site. Dirty walls, stained bedding, broken elevator.

Typical south American standard, nothing special, nice view and localization, very bad breakfast. Clean rooms, weird working elevators.

Not clean, uncomfy bed. Poor breakfast. And really noisy in the 8th floor. Unfortunately we had to change hotel. We came late, after a long ride wanted to rest, but couldn't sleep at all.

We were a party of four and upon reservation were promised a room with one double bed and three single beds. We were given a room with one double bed and one single bed, so we did not fit in there. It was a holiday so we did not complain and squeezed in, but expected to be charged less. However, they insisted on charging the full amount. We asked for a discount and could only get a $10 dollar discount, when the room we got was AT LEAST $50 cheaper for both nights that what we paid. Complete rip off. In addition, they valet parking was awful. When we were leaving, they took 58 minutes to bring our car. We had a sick (vomiting) child, and that long wait was unacceptable. If they could not bring the car in less than 25 minutes (holiday), then they should have told us and we would probably would have decided to bring it ourselves. In addition, the car of another family that asked for theirs 20 minutes after our request was brought to the hotel 15 minutes before hours. So they cannot pin this problem on high demand. Their poor staff could not handle an ordered queue.

Old & outdated facilities. Bathrooms were not properly sanitized. Rooms are cold and don't have heaters or climatization. Parking is a couple of blocks from the hotel so expect to waste at least half hour in Cuenca's traffic just to get your car.

Not even close to a 4 star hotel. Room was dirty. Bathroom was really old. Pictures are shown from the only remodeled floor.

A comfy and relaxing place to explore from.

Mother's Day brunch was excellent. The variety of food was wonderful and beautifully displayed. The waiter was attentive but not in the way… The view is excellent and will look forward, very soon, to another wonderful day…
