Parc Royale is an outstanding, world-class hotel. From the moment we entered the foyer, we knew it was a very special place. First off, it is in a great location — just a couple of blocks from Calderon Square, and despite being in the heart of the city, it was incredibly quiet inside. The décor and surroundings are just stunning, well-maintained and clean, and the staff was attentive, helpful, and professional. The food was delicious — we had a 4-course dinner and superb wine (many thanks to the waiter), and breakfast was a gastronomic delight — quite the feast! We stayed in a lovely suite — spacious, well-laid out, with a large bathroom, desk area, comfortable bed (complete with toe warmers! ), a terrific mini bar and snacks, and a beautiful patio — very impressive. Anything a person could want had clearly been anticipated. Lastly, the cost for the suite, restaurant, wine, etc. Was very reasonable. We have stayed in many hotels over the years, and Parc Royale tops the list — we can’t wait to return!

We had an amazing stay at Parc Royale Suites. The room was incredibly spacious, absolutely gorgeous, and impeccably clean—every detail felt elegant and thoughtfully designed.
The service was truly exceptional: attentive, professional, and genuinely warm throughout our stay.
The location is unbeatable—right in the Centro Histórico in Cuenca and close to everything, making it easy to explore the city on foot.
I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for beauty, comfort, outstanding service, and a perfect central location.
