We had an amazing stay at Parc Royale Suites. The room was incredibly spacious, absolutely gorgeous, and impeccably clean—every detail felt elegant and thoughtfully designed.

Parc Royale is an outstanding, world-class hotel. From the moment we entered the foyer, we knew it was a very special place.

We had a great stay at this hotel. It has a great location within walking distance to all the main attractions in Cuenca.

Lovely B&B with very friendly, helpful staff in a fantastic location.

Excellent service and Hospitality and the food exquisite thank you for everything.
I highly recommend it this beautiful place to relax and enjoy.

We had a lovely stay. Pablo helped to make sure we had everything we needed from transportation to lending me a pair of scissors and answering all our questions. He was truly very kind.

Stunning hotel, was very surprised. Fernanda at the front desk was excellent. The food was above average. Rooms were great. The fan they gave us wasn't great but otherwise it's a great hotel.

Incredible, all luxury movie breakfasts and let it be said of its rooms a luxury, 5 stars.

Excellent hotel, elegant, linpio, excellent staff, excellent food, excellent breakfast, excellent price, excellent location, I will be back, it was a wonderful experience to be in that magnificent

Lovely hotel not far from the centre of Cuenca.

It was a nice stay. It did exceed my expectations. I’d be back. Food kinda pricey. Very close to the tram. Breakfast is ok for the price.

Good hotel in Cuenca. Approximately 15 minutes by foot to the historic center. Safe and quiet area. Rooms are nice, but you can hear all the noise from the hall and stairway.

Lovely rooms with really comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Lots of resteraunts around the hotel, around 20 minutes walk into the historic center.

One of my all time favorite restaurants in the city of Cuenca. They have three different rooms the traditional, international and bar.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of the Centro Historico of Cuenca. The rooms are lovely and comfortable. Staff are exceptional and make their guests feel welcome and fully at home.

I stayed at hotel casa san rafael as part of a group of 3 for the weekend in march 2026.

The staff is awesome. Breakfast included in stay was delicious. Diaily Breakfast.

This was by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Cuenca. The service was absolutely wonderful and kind. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and modern.

Slightly noisy, but well located and lovely setting and architecture.

Excellent service and rooms were good, always warm water. I highly recommend to other gringos.

Our first 3 nights in Ecuador was spent at The Yanuncay Hotel in Cuenca. The hotel is a very short taxi ride to Parque de La Madre and all the wonders of the historic district.

Comfortable, nice, clean, and safe hotel in the center of Cuenca. Friendly staff, breakfast included. My room had a balcony, which was nice. There are a lot of stairs but they help with your bags.

The room was comfortable and modern, the service was fantastic and right where you want to be in the city. I couldn’t recommend this place enough, great breakfast and excellent price.

The staff was excellent, the rooms were clean, the whole hotel was clean, check in was easy, the bed was comfortable and hot water was consistently sufficient in this hotel.

I spent a few days in Chasky when I was in Cuenca and it was lovely, the staff are super kind and the rooms are perfect!

I had an excellent stay at Casa Firenza Hotel & Suites Boutique in Cuenca. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and located in a great area.

Let me begin by saying that the management and staff go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and special.

Super good! Great service, very friendly and cordial. Thanks to the owner of the hotel for being so dedicated in what he does, good tourism and to Judi for her incredible service and attention ‼️

This place is nice near to the central area they include the breakfast it is a good option.

Absolutely loved my stay at Casa Montalvo. It is in a great location in the historic center and we walked everywhere except for going up to the Turi viewpoint (which was a cheap uber ride).

We spent a week at Casa Montalvo and could not have been happier with everything! The room was spacious, beautiful and comfortable!

I like this place, due it’s a good price and the rooms are so clean. I recommend you to go there. Also, it’s pretty close to the center.

The staff here were very friendly and helped us find a cheap phone after my friend left his in a cab. The rooms are big for the value and the washrooms were nice.

This is a review of the rooftop restaurant, Cúpulas Azules, in the Hotel Del Vado, July 2026. My dinner companion and I were the only guests for the first hour of the evening.

This review is only for the roof top restaurant, Cúpulas Azules.
This place is a gastronomic delight with a beautiful view of the cupulas and fantastic service by Freddy.

Stayed here with a group. Comfortable, clean rooms. Convenient locations cation. Excellent breakfasts. Loved the rooftop patio and exercise room.

This was our first time in Ecuador, so I'm critiquing on my personal preferences. Our room was beautiful and the solarium was a nice place to relax in the mornings and evenings.

Furnishings are dated and the bathtub is too high and slippery. Other than that, it is a good place. Don't pay the rate listed on-line.

This Hotel is centrally located in a charming area,
I arrived there at 01:2o AM, did check in with no issue. The area was so peaceful.

Hotel Casa del Aguila in Cuenca is a boutique Nass hotel. It is a historic colonial well appointed home providing original charm, & quaint basic rooms in a central location.
