Your staff is always attentive and pleasant, ready to offer your help at all times. The clean, tidy, comfortable rooms give the visitor the rest he needs. It provides a good breakfast despite being continental. Located in the colonial town of Cuenca, you can quickly reach the main places of the city, especially the historic center.

This a very reasonably priced hotel in a good location. We found the employees to be very friendly and accomodating. Calle Larga is only two blocks away — one of the main streets in Cuenca, full of entertainment, food and historical sites. We stayed on the first floor and found the room to be quite noisy, regardless of the time of day. The bedroom and bathroom were nicely appointed and very clean.

They have to improve the Wi-Fi signal on the top floor.

The best attention and its wonderful people. I recommend it.

+ The hotel is very central + the rooms are extremely clean + staff is very friendly and helpful + beds are very comfortable — beside the scrambled eggs the breakfast is nothing to look forward to — its very loud, all the rooms face a central court and the doors and windows are badly isolated. — the Wi-Fi is painfully slow But for the price its a good deal.

A lot of noise (23h30) and cold water in shower.

This ok according to the price, the place quaint and cozy.

The hotel is beautiful but do not respect your reservation and give you a different room that you reserved, of course, smaller or with less beds. You don't even offer a apology and want you to make believe that you made the wrong reservation. I booked a triple room with three beds and they gave me a double with only 2 beds and they charged me as if it were triple.

The hotel has a beautiful design. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The location seemed very convenient, not necessarily central but you could go to different parts of the city by walking a few minutes. The service was very friendly and helpful. It also includes a breakfast in the hotel rate.

It is a beautiful Basin. Hotel not so exceeded in price of the breakfast Buffett, and place woody fragrance gives a touch of antiquity and elegance.

Great atmosphere! Wonderful tasty and very well priced deserts, especially honey cake, So far the best empanadas I've tried in Cuenca (they are fried but not greasy, dough is very thin and flaky, very flavorful and juicy filling). Melanie the manager has a very warm manners and took her time to show us the rooms which were small but very clean and elegant. Definitely will be back!

Excellent location, 3-minute walk to Parque Calderon, Calle Larga, and Rio Tomebamba. Owner/ employees are helpful and friendly. Nice breakfast included. My wife and I slept very well for two nights in a queen-size bed. Room was super clean and comfortable. I plan to stay here again on my next trip to Cuenca.
