The hotel is in a convenient location to a variety of restaurants & is within walking distance to the park that follows the Tomabamba River. The hotel staff is professional, friendly, and welcoming.

Stunning hotel, was very surprised. Fernanda at the front desk was excellent. The food was above average. Rooms were great. The fan they gave us wasn't great but otherwise it's a great hotel.

We were booked into this hotel by Royal Galapagos which provided our driver and itinerary for the cross Andean trip. It was an excellent choice.

We absolutely loved Itza. So so many good things about this place including location Lobby entry safety and very friendly staff.

Lovely boutique luxury property with attentive staff that are comfortable conversing in English. The rooftop patio is a must do. Valeria that served us that is an absolute treasure!

The rooms are a bit small but if you can book the family room is worth it! Beautiful room.

We stayed 6 nights and loved it. Rooms either have windows overlooking the inner courtyard or outside. For air flow recommend outside window as it can get stuffy at night.

A beautiful colonial home turned into a gorgeous boutique hotel in the heart of Cuenca, Ecuador.

The attendant showed us to our room. Great size. Had a balcony, little table and chairs also. Highly recommend. Close to Calderon Park.

We stayed here while we were on a vision mission; performing eye exams and giving glasses away. The hotel is newly remodeled with a pleasant breakfast area on the 6th floor.

Furnishings are dated and the bathtub is too high and slippery. Other than that, it is a good place. Don't pay the rate listed on-line.

This Hotel is centrally located in a charming area,
I arrived there at 01:2o AM, did check in with no issue. The area was so peaceful.

Stayed here with a group. Comfortable, clean rooms. Convenient locations cation. Excellent breakfasts. Loved the rooftop patio and exercise room.

This was our first time in Ecuador, so I'm critiquing on my personal preferences. Our room was beautiful and the solarium was a nice place to relax in the mornings and evenings.

Super recommended every time I travel with my family is our favorite, the best of the best.

This is a truly lovely boutique hotel in central Cuenca. Good sized rooms well appointed and insulated. Slept soundly throughout. Great restaurant and friendly efficient staff.

Awesome hotel, I only stayed one night but would have loved to have been able to spend a few more nights in the hotel especially at the price point because breakfast is included although I left
