Hotels in Alajuela with Breakfast

I booked Amor Arenal for my honeymoon! We absolutely LOVED the experience! The food is delicious, the location is perfect, casitas (King size casita room) are so luxurious and view is amazing!

Absolutely incredible location and amenities. Booked a few nights here for our Honeymoon and couldn’t have been more pleased.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Absolute Adults-Only Dream Vacation — 10/10!
Nayara Springs was an absolute dream vacation! I cannot rave enough about this beautiful resort. 10/10 in every way.

Nayara Springs exceeded every expectation and was truly one of the most incredible places I've ever stayed.

Nayara Tented Camp, along with other properties on the resort, is beyond anything we have experienced. The customer service and attention to detail is simply superb.

We've stayed in a lot of hotels, but nothing prepared us for Nayara Gardens Tented Camp.

We had dinner at Noah’s Forest restaurant Acacia, and really enjoyed it! Javi greeted us and was very accommodating and very friendly, checking on us to ensure everything was to perfection!

We had the loveliest time on our honeymoon at Noah’s Forest! Such a beautiful and private paradise.
Our room was gorgeous, super clean and had everything we could have needed.

Our stay at Hideaway Río Celeste was truly magical — the perfect place to completely disconnect, recharge, and be fully present.

Hideaway was easily one of the highlights of our trip to Costa Rica.
We traveled as a large group and stayed across multiple rooms, and from beginning to end, the experience was exceptional.

All the other reviews are true. This is one of the best properties you can stay at. If you’re coming to La fortuna no need to keep searching, book this place.
Grounds are gorgeous beyond belief.

Thank you Alexandra and Team for a lovely stay! Stayed with our 8 month old, extremely friendly and accommodating staff. Amazing breakfast. Beautiful rooms. Stunning grounds to walk around.

Located within walking distance of all nearby needs without being caught up in the noise.

Fantastic home base for La Fortuna. The location is unbeatable — walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the park, but tucked away enough to stay quiet.

What an experience! AM was incredible from the moment we were greeted and escorted to our Chato to be greeted by the local bartender with green (virgin) drinks for the family (which were amazing).

Our family had an incredible stay at Hotel Arenal Manoa in the Chatao Suites, and we honestly could not have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional.

The resort is comfortable and features a swimming pool, tennis courts, a gym and a good restaurant.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Tilajari! This resort is a true hidden gem.

This was a wonderful place to land after a long drive from Monteverde. We were greeted at the front desk and quickly checked into our room.

We stayed here on the first and last night of our trip. Extremely close to the airport, easy free airport shuttle, friendly service, clean rooms, decent complementary Kid approved breakfast options.

This is my second visit to the hotel.
The first time, I was only there for two days and always wanted to come back.
The hotel is magnificent, the villas are beautifully located in the jungle.

My family with kids age 8 and 10 had such an awesome time at this hotel. There are miles of walking trails right on property as well as five waterfalls!

We could not be more delighted with our experience here. Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay.

Truly a special place! Highly recommend, both for families with kids or couples. I spent a lot of time struggling to decide, and I’m so glad I chose this hotel.
We had a cabin with three beds.

This is a stunning property at the base of the volcano. The staff was wonderful, friendly, and helpful. The rooms are individual cabins amid the forest with stunning flora.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Lomas Del Volcan for our honeymoon. We knew it would be beautiful but it was absolutely gorgeous and such a wonderful experience.

Fantastic hidden jewel with unmatched Lake and Volcano View. It started raining, but the tow other days were great. Highly recommended for nice cool climate and more nature.

Wonderful views. Off the beaten path. Quiet. Great pools and hotter. Walking path to river/waterfall. Close to a number of tourist spots. The staff are multilingual.

Truly one of the nicest places I stayed in Costa Rica. Very affordable. Nice clean cabins. Pool. Near waterfall. Quietly located (not in busy city centre) & good breakfast.

This place has a lovely garden and pool. It's family-owned and operated. It is run with care.

Best place to stay to see La Fortuna. The hotel is 9 km from the main La Fortuna town centre.

We are happy we chose Campo Verde for our stay in La Fortuna. They place is spotless clean, the bungalows are big and luminous with a great view to Arenal Volcano.

My new husband and I spent our honeymoon here and we didn't want to leave! The staff are the nicest people and so very helpful even before we arrived.

We absolutely loved our stay in the premium villa at Fortuna Retreat—the whole experience was a dream!

Had a perfect stay at San Ignacio, the reception and all staff were absolutely incredible and wonderfully hospitable. The property is stunning.

My husband and I stayed at Villa San Ignacio, Hotel and Restaurant our first days of our month long Birding trip to Costa Rica.

Exterior is unassuming with a secured basic parking lot.

We really enjoyed our short stay at Hotel 1915, just one night before a very early flight out. Check-in and — out, and parking was really easy and it was very convenient to rental cars etc.

My family recently visited the Lost Iguana and had a fantastic stay.

The resort is beautifully located in the rainforest. The layout provides a feeling of seclusion and privacy. At night the frogs chirp and the cicadas do their thing. The room was spacious and clean.

This is the place to come near La Fortuna if you are looking to escape and be immersed in the natural beauty of Costa Rica.

I don’t even know where to begin, I did the 7-day yoga retreat and all I want to say is that I got the answers I needed and more for this period in my life.

Wonderful hotel and very nice rooms, We loved the swimming pool area it was very nice and clean, The hotel was very quite and close to la fortuna, We could even walk to downtown.

Very nice hotel with amazing green areas and very nice swimming pool, We had a very nice room with two full queen beds and great a/c with is a juts in La Fortuna.

This was one of 5 hotels we stayed in during our 14 day tour of Costa Rica. Our room faced Arenal Volcano and we were fortunate to have nice views.

We absolutely loved this hotel. We were in room 8 with a balcony and wonderful view every day of the Arenal volcano. We were here for 6 days in April and only had around 1 hour of rain the whole stay.

Loved everything about our stay. Staff so helpful and friendly. Gave great recommendations. Easy walk or short drive to everything we wanted to do. And the breakfast was so delish! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Arte Natura! We originally wanted to be in town however the reviews made us stay at this hotel and we weren’t disappointed.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING STAY! There are so many thing I could go on and on about in regard to our stay at Tifakara Lodge.

What a gem!
This is a very special, secluded little place with separate lodges to the main building which makes it feel like you are in your own little paradise.
