Nayara Springs was top notch! The employees were beyond kind and helpful. The best service we have ever had. The entire grounds were so beautiful and large. There was so much to do just at the resort and they also had excursions you could book through the hotel. The rooms are seriously so spacious. Tons of pools and great restaurants. I can’t recommend this place enough!

This was the best experience we have ever had. From the second we arrived we were treated like Royalty! Every staff member from the Resort manager to the grounds crew were super friendly and all equally as helpful. The room was amazing. Views on views. Sloths everywhere. Monkeys all over. Several species of frogs and birds. Breakfast served in our room daily. We will definitely be back!

the chef and the head of aa&bb truly make the place have that energy so that everything flows in harmony.
Also highlight the hospitality of Chef Quentin who does an incredible job with his ability to lead all the kitchens and his professional hand to create the diversity of dishes with 100% local products.

Wow, this place is jaw dropping, the villas are fantastic with your own plunge pool. Food in every restaurant is first class, but number one… the staff.

Place is amazing. Everything is great service and they even folded my clothes thst were on the ground. It’s super clean for being right in the middle of the jungle and had little to no big problems.

It is a magical and incredible place. The cafeteria offers different types of coffee and delicious and varied infusions. The restaurant, needless to say. Excellent customer service and friendliness on the part of the collaborators. The hotel itself offers gardens and simply magical hot springs. Definitely a super recommended place.

Beautiful facilities, amazing to have our own hot spring water pool in the room. Bed super comfortable, appreciate the silence and tranquility. The best of all is the staff. Kind thoughtful, friendly super helpful. A special recognition to Luis at the front desk. Lester at reservations department, Noel bellman, Jordan somelier, Carla the Chef, Denis waiter at "Mis Amores", all the team is amazing. We will comeback soon.

Nayara exceeded our expectations! When we arrived we were greeted by our personal host who served us crafted signature cocktails. Next we were driven by cart to our villa and given a overview of our room and amenities. We had breakfast at different locations on the premises and they did not disappoint. The spread was immaculate! The head waiter made us hot cocoa, imported from France, by hand. Nice touch! When departing they prepared breakfast at a different time because they knew we had a early flight from San Jose. I can not say enough wonderful things about the resort, the staff or the people. The ladies in the wine bar practice a skill set that is very rare and limited on the island. Thank you Nayara for making our stay so relaxing and enjoyable. We will back for more pure life. ❤️

Absolutely perfect! We stayed here for the first part of our honeymoon and were truly blown away. The food, the staff, the views, the villa — all unbelievable! The food was awesome — especially loved the breakfast buffet to be able to try new things! The villa was the largest room I’ve ever stayed in! 2 showers! It was such a dream and such a pleasure. We’ve been all over the world and stay at very nice accommodations, but nothing ever on this level. We’ve only been here for an hour and it’s unbelievable.

This is the most beuatiful place I have ever stayed. It is five stars all the way around. The food is incredible and the staff is friendly and helpful.

These villas are fantastic, the service from the staff is out of this world. Especially Jason! He went out of his way to chase us in a golf buggy, pick us up and drive us down to see a sloth. The rooms are fantastic with a private jacuzzi. The paths around the villas need a little signage and it's easy to get lost on day one, but that is a good thing. There are several restaurants to choose from, with good food but on the pricey side. But then the villas are pricey too. Go for a little bit of luxury.

Spent 5 days here on our honeymoon and it was a dream come true! Nayara Springs staff went above and beyond to make our honeymoon an experience we will never forget! I highly recommend them if you stay in Costa Rica! Saw wildlife around the property (including sloths) and had breath taking views of the volcano!

Beautiful resort! We made the best choice for our honeymoon to stay here! The staff and tour guides were wonderful and friendly people. We didn’t have to worry about anything because the front desk and managers offered to take care of setting everything up for us. The food was amazing, as well as the spa experience! I can’t stop raving about this place with my friends and family! Thank you Nayara staff for the wonderful memories! Pura Vida!

My only advice is… spend your Costa Rica trip here… or only stay here… because anywhere else you go will be a disappointment. Nothing compares with the rooms, the spa, the restaurants and most importantly the people. It rained almost everyday and my wife and I had the most romantic time ever. Get a villa!

Nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. Service, food, property, amenities were all top-notch.

We stayed at the resort for a week. A stunningly beautiful resort! Staff was incredible, especially Ana, our tour guide, Marcela our server from Mis Amores, who made it a point to remember our names and food preferences. Staff helped us with our Spanish and made us feel special. I enjoyed a 90min. Massage at the spa — outstanding! The food at all the restaurants was excellent. The drivers to and from the airport were professional and knowledgable about their country. The room was gorgeous and very comfortable. The only small negative would be the pillows for the bed — super soft! If you need a firm pillow for a good nights sleep, bring your own. Highly recommend Ana for tour of Mystic Hanging Bridges and tour of Proyecto Asis Animal Sanctuary. Diana did a wonderful coffee seminar. We now make a much better cup of coffee! Thanks Diane! Can't wait to return to Costa Rica!

It was absolutely amazing! All villas come with their own private plunge pools in the middle of the jungle with amazing views of Arenal Volcano. Everything is included, breakfast, mini bar, parking and Wi-Fi. You can't get any better than this!

You don't have to be rich to feel like a million bucks at this paradise on Earth. From the moment you arrive you're bathed in beautiful tropical surroundings, with villas designed around secluded luxury. My only regret is we didn't stay longer!

This is our second stay at Nayara (the first was at Nayara and the second is at Nayara Springs) and the staff never ceases to amaze me with their 5 star hospatality. If you're looking for a truly relaxing vacation this is the place for you. The selection of food is out of this world, the property is beautiful, and the staff is phenomenal. We just got back from a week in Costa Rica and spent 3 nights here. I wish we would have stayed here the whole time and not bothered going to the beach in Guanacaste. This is hands down one of the best resorts we have ever been to! The rooms are just like the pictures you see and even better in person! The grounds are incredible and the views of he volcano were awesome. The good and drinks were delicious. The staff went above and beyond every day to ensure you enjoy your stay and try know all their guests by name. We loved it here and can't wait to return! Highly recommend. And that's saying a lot from two very picky travelers! You won't be disappointed!
