This is really a nice place if you are staying here the Quebec city. This staff is very supportive and understanding. Breakfast is pretty basic but only a couple of types of breads and bagels and muffins. But that’s still good.

Nice room and comfortable bed. Shower dating from another century but functional. Staff SMILING and accommodating. Lunches are provided in quantities and fresh.

Stay there last week… we usually stay there no problem but this time the shower was not clean not sure what was on the shower but pretty gross… when I told them they said they would look into it never offered me a discount or anything… not sure I will ever go back.

Rooms are small but fine. The free breakfast is very basic and the parking situation is wired. If you only plan on sleeping definitely a good place and they are well priced.

Definitely a nice place to stay. Budget friendly and very nice and comfortable. The room I stayed in was clean and well fitted. The place had a luxurious feel to it which was very nice. The location was easy to navigate to and was situated well in the city with plenty nearby options for food, gas, etc. Literally the one downside was the lighting in the room. It was just several lamps which made the room somewhat dim which isn't a problem for most k wouldn't think, it's just something I noticed when I wanted light unpacking. The staff is friendly and they have complimentary breakfast.

Comfortable. Near everything. A bit noisy but no more. Well-insulated rooms shame there's no pool. Lunch could be better.

Nice clean rooms, and good price. Perfect if you are just stopping for the night and not looking for something close to city which will be more expensive.

Ok for a good night's sleep. Clean rooms and comfortable. The people are nice, and the free continental breakfast is amazing. Parking may be an issue thought. At hotel full capacity, the parking is inadequate. I would estimate one spot for every 2 rooms. I would stay there again on a budget.

Good hotel, quiet, nice staff but no swimming pool. I like this place mainly because it's nearby a lot of food places. Overall, clean and affordable.

Ok to sleep but go to lunch elsewhere as the included lunch leaves really to be desired. It's in the bottom of the basement, no window, and little choice. But the rooms are clean and the staff nice.

Good location close to the airport. The rooms are small and well maintained. Bedding quite old and that would have great need to be refreshed, the mattresses are not comfortable and the pillows totally worn out.
The staff at the front desk are very courteous and affable, always ready to serve as well as the maintenance staff.
The most negative point is what is offered at breakfast: dry muffins, not fresh, tasteless coffee, and the continental breakfast offered in the cost of the room would have great need to be reviewed and corrected.

Beautiful building that is not well maintained unfortunately. Try to hide some breakage and dirt instead of repairing or changing. Bathroom cleaned but superficially (washbasin, toilet bowl, bathtub, mirrors and floor: appearance, hair and odor). Bathtub clogged and lots of hair in it. High risk of catching mushrooms in the feet and under the toenails during a shower. Partially functional water mixers. Bed sheets not always changed between customers. The carpet is old and not clean. However, nice and courteous staff. And a good breakfast is offered.

Clean Rooms. Friendly staff speak English. There's McDonald's next door. A Sportsbar and Gas station across the street. Not far from old city attractions.

Perfect for a small stay of one night or two. The rooms are clean, the hospitality is done well, simple lunch that one is made either-even composed of toasts, fruits, muffins, etc.

The place is clean, not too noisy. Good location near the highway. The coffee is not good. The rest is OK.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable beds (loved the king size) only negative would be the ageing building. But it was 4 min drive from the airport and worked out great.

Hotel OK, on the other hand I keep a bitter taste of a double room allotment error by the staff in place… be awakened by a stranger to whom we did not give the same room as me in the middle of the night, very unpleasant experience and sensation of Malay E…

Our family stayed overnight. The bedroom and washroom were clean. The bed was comfortable, and they provided a few pillow options. Plenty of towels. Fast Wi-Fi! Breakfast in the morning from 5-11am consisted of bread, bagels, muffins, apples, oranges, bananas, coffee, tea. A pretty straight forward hotel experience, but it got the job done. Also literally one minute away from a McDonald's, if the continental breakfast isn't doing it for you.

Awesome breakfast. Looks like in-house baked. I will surely visit. But hotel is bit pricey.

Very poor service, bad night manager who thinks he's the concierge of the Frontenac castle.!

Clean room. No fuss for check in or parking. One more night and I have no complaints would stay again for the price.

Friday January 29, 2016. Rude receptionist. No smile, never. No thank you. No courtesy. Is even allowed to lecture me. Upon my arrival I am told I have a smoking room. Being smoke I makes me to the room, open the door and the smell makes me sick. Back at the front desk, I ask the possibility to have a smoking room. The young receptionist said in a tone of reproach that next time I should better watch my booking before you complete it. I said well if I reserved smoking it was a mistake on my part. Again me a 2nd time that we must always watch his booking before completing her…
Very bad experience from the start. Not worth its price. To avoid.

Avoid Sercice execrable place, after 9-hour drive in the storm we have to go elsewhere because the attendant na not wanted to rent US House because it was 3: 00 in the morning despite our booking, he would not be named!

I went a few years ago. It may have changed, but the telephone service (administration) was not very courteous. Otherwise, very good hotel, nice view from the window.

Ok, nothing special. Staff was friendly and spoke English well enough. Rooms were clean, but small. Parking was very limited however you can park next door for free (they have an agreement). Elevator, Ok breakfast. In any other city it would be under $80/night.
