Very nice hotel, bed. Super comfortable and cozy. First time I go to the hotel and manage to sleep all night 😉😊 cleanliness super also.

My blonde likes the fact that there are no carpets in the rooms. Very well renovated. Courtesy service. A varied continental lunch. Great shower but no bath. Several restaurants nearby.

Rooms were clean, average quality. We're a family of 5 and got a double room. Advised ahead of time we needed a cot, was not available when we got there. Was offered blankets for child to sleep on the floor, never received any blankets. Not sure if it's worth the $300+ per night paid.

Nice 3-star hotel. We stay here for 1 night on a family trip. Room is new and clean. Friendly staff. Free parking and very easy to find a spot. The breakfast is good and we like it. One additional plus point for us is it is close to a Costco store. Super convenient for loading the stuff needed in our long trip.

Very luxurious and convenient for people who do not speak French. The people at the front desk speak several languages and this is convenient for tourists. The breakfast is quite varied.

Very good hotel. We went down two times. Competitive prices, modern rooms, clean, comfortable beds. Good soundproofing. The continental breakfast is plentiful. The staff is courteous. Old Quebec is easily accessible by car and restaurants and shops are within walking distance.

Surprisingly good! Our hotel of choice was always the Must right next to Cofortel, but for the first time we tried it thanks to the low prices we were offered. 99$ a night, breakfast included. We had issues with our neighbours (they smoked in their room) and the front desk did everything they could to switch us over to a new room, all of which went well and quick! Both our rooms were on the second floor, overlooking the parking lot. Very quiet, even at night. The hotel was pretty full, lots of tourists for the long weekend I guess. The restaurants offers continental breakfast, from 5 to 10 am. The food is good and you have many choices. No you’re not gonna find a pool in the building, nor fancy pillows or bed sheets. The essential, in a very modern decor. Do you REALLY need more? diane.

I have slept at this hotel a few times and the 5 star rating is well deserved. Impeccable service, cleanliness and excellent food. To visit again without fail.

The rooms were beautiful, however the bed had a blood stain… So not so good. However the employees are very professional.

Complimentary continental breakfast is super. First time for me meeting so many guests at the breakfast lounge. The atmosphere is electric. Location is close to the airport and close to restaurants. Wish I will be in Quebec again to stay in this hotel.

I stay here frequently for business. It’s a nice place: clean, staff is friendly, close to airport and good value. The only negatives is that it shares a parking lot with a popular pub/restaurant next door. On the weekends the hotel parking lot is filled up with people going to the pub and you can’t park your car if you went downtown to sight see.

A bit far from Old Quebec, but a lot of restaurants and shops around. Own. The suite was fine.

The only reason I am giving a second star is because the receptionist was trying to find a way to fix the problem. So, they gave us a bedroom with 1 Queen bed for 3 people. 2 adult and 1 child. We expected a cot for our child which is what we most of the time have when we travel. Turns out that they did not have cot and that was the only room which was wheelchair accessible. So people with wheelchair cannot have a family? They moved us to a room which now we can all sleep but my wife cannot use the bathroom on her own. The bathroom does not even have a grab bar by the toilet. To get to rooms we have to go through doors in hallway. None open automatically, even to get to the wheelchair bedroom. Do they really think someone in a wheelchair can open those doors. Even within the best scenario that they could, it wouldn't be without difficulty. We also ordered valcartier tickets, only 2 tickets because a wheelchair cannot do anything. They messed that up. They did pay for one of the 2 tickets but one of the reason we booked a long time ago was to make sure we could go to Valcartier during an afternoon. That was messed up and only nights were available when we got here. So instead of spending 5 hrs we are limited to 3. Breakfast does not even have scrambled eggs bacon or sausages. Though it was alright. They had bread, hard eggs, yoghurt, turnovers, banana, oranges and cereals. Another note: The wheelchair room has a tub so good luck getting into it.

I love the fact that the rooms of the DRC also have an outside door allowing us to park a few steps from our room — super convenient for suitcases! The Hotel was very welcoming. It's my only disappointment.

Nice hotel, good service despite some oversights. As for the room, everything is relatively well with the exception of the sheets that are cold and pillows far too thick and soft.

Very clean and well located place for those who want to do more outdoor activities as it is a bit far from down town. Staff were very friendly and we enjoyed our stay. The only necessary improvement is the breakfast as there is nothing special about it.

I do not like the floor q all sounds. The staff very attentive except one who apparently feels a certain dislike for mexicans.

A very clean and very well maintained hotel. He outclassles the thirty and one hotel of the same class that I visited in Quebec.

The hotel is really nice and the staff is friendly. Especially the people at the breakfast center. One lady in particular with short brown hair, was super sweet. Over all, great place and wonderful location.

Overall it was a pretty delightful experience. Stayed there for one night. Rooms were good and packed included complimentary breakfast. Staff were nice. It was a good value for money.

Room to taste of the day. The staff are very welcoming. Well located, several restaurants within walking range. Bathroom really well done. Great breakfast, I love the grill for the roties!

This is a very nice hotel. They are bilingual. Very clean, fresh, and new. The beds were comfortable and rooms very quiet from outside noise, but I could hear the neighbours a bit. The breakfast was continental with nothing hot that I saw, but it was fine!

Rooms were decently clean. Breakfast was simple. The lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Nothing really stands out. Just a very average stay.

The room is very comfortable and very clean. 20 min from the old Quebec, so its ideal only if you have a car. Perfect for a sleep-only stay because the hotel has nothing extra (no restaurants or pool) just a small gym. The breakfast is good, nothing to complain.

Would highly recommend this hotel. From the time you step in you will be greeted by the modern decor. The rooms are spacious, very clean and modern feel. We had a king size bed and was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous and had everything you would want. The location was great as it was only 15 minutes from Old Quebec City and very easy to find. Melanie at the front desk was very pleasant and took good care of us. I would give this hotel 5 stars. We were even able to park just outside our hotel room which was very convenient. LOVED our stay.

Fantastic hotel. Modern decorations and very clean rooms and washrooms. Very comfortable beds with nice pillows. The bedside lamps have an option for a full-sized lamp to light the room, or a small (pointer? ) light for bedtime reading so as not to disturb the others in the room, which is very nice. Breakfast is not bad, but does not have warm proteins (scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, etc. )

The room was nice and clean. Staff was helpful. The included breakfast was good but options were limited.

Rooms were clean (except, the previous guest left a box of pizza behind the mini fridge). Wish the breakfast had meat or other sorts of eggs and not just hard-boiled. Staff kept people happy (it was new year's, so it was packed)

Hotel entirely renovated with quality materials. Within walking distance of a very large cinema and several restaurants including the excellent brasserie Archibald. Rooms really clean with en suite bathroom with granite counters and glass shower. I found it very convenient to be able to park the car directly in front of the room (on the ground floor with access through a patio door). I loved the bar on bread in the space lunch. The only downside is that the rooms are poorly soundproofed. We heard running and laughing with a child all evening and very early in the morning as if it was in our own room. In summary, I highly recommend this hotel.

Tres bel hotel. Close to restaurants and cinema. Breakfast incredible. Ask for a room on the 2nd floor because you hear people walking. This is the only point negative.

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Cofortel. Stayed here on business. Rooms were modern and clean. Staff was very nice and late check-in was no problem. My only complaint would be the free breakfast, it was very meager. Some cereal, bread, pastries, hard boiled eggs. Would have preferred more protein options and warm options (breakfast sausage, hash browns, etc. ).

Room easy access with the car, staff nice and welcoming. However, the rooms are more or less well isolated and we were woken up because of this. Room very modern and clean!

Very comfortable hotel. No airport shuttle bit taxi was about 10 mins ride and costs $12. We had an early flight and the staff kindly opened the breakfast early for us. Great service!

Good hotel for a short stay in the city. Close to stores and restaurants, and 20 min away from Old Quebec. Breakfast could be better if they added some hot options.

Spent a night in the suite, loved the luxury feel, especially the giant bath tub and double TV screens. There's also the option of booking a massage in room. With free parking and breakfast included, you can experience a full package without having to go to the big city.

Very nice and modern hotel. Would have given it four stars had it not been for leaving us without power for the entire night after a thunderstorm took out the power. You could hear in the distance cheaper hotels powering up with their on-site generators while we just waited and waited for power to be restored. Breakfast is nice and they kept the place spotless.

We got 4Hrs before "Check-in", but they gave us our room immediately. We liked the service. Several restaurants within walking distance.

Very nice hotel well located close to shops and services. The home was simple and fast. The room was very clean and all facilities are modern. To my pleasant surprise, the SOAP and shampoo are available in vending machines. I highly recommend and I would definitely stay there again.

Cancel my booking was 15 minutes before time limit without any reason which was the day of our wedding c really not strong I have to sleep in my car thank you have ruin my night wedding.
