We have been put in a room that’s bathroom doesn’t have a lock. Imagine the situation for family with two kids. After discovering the issue when we tried to explain the front desk. We got one of the most strange response “ ask your kid to knock the door “. Our request to talk to manager was also rejected by saying “ he works 10 days a week and he can’t be called “ …10 days a week — math is not quite right and we were told this. Room change request was denied as well by saying “ hotel is fully booked. ” We still tried to solve for it by saying “ cancel our reservation as we just checked in “ the response was “ we have to pay for one night as a cancellation fess”. At last we said that we were not told neither during the reservation nor during the checkin process that bathroom wouldn’t have a lock else we could not have reserved it. As expected the response was “ who tells these tiny details” We felt like cheated as none of the reasonable option was given to us. We are forced to stay in a room which is not the one we reserved for.

Nothing negative to say about the room. On the other hand, lunch included, a small bread to have lunch with an apple and a yogurt alasla. A muffin or croissant would have been less insulting. And I don't understand why there isn't a Keurig machine in the room, instead of a bator brand that no one knows and isn't drinkable.

I have never seen a luncher so not eatable as that otherwise the service is good.

We loved our stay last June. The rooms are clean and the cost is very affordable. It's close to everything! The staff are welcoming! The pool is perfect and it's clean. We will definitely return!

Yes I recomand it but its really sad the waste they do with all there cup in room in plastic and breakfast all plate knife fork ect in plastic makes no sense.

It is a wonderful hotel. My night went into sleeping like a baby. The beds are super comfortable. Just one thing that I wanted to be improved is the breakfast; just to have a bit more choices of vegetarian people, maybe pancakes or waffles. But over all awesome. Thank you!

Location was easy to find! Staff were helpful and spoke English which was huge for us. Room were pretty clean but we're all picky lol. I wish the breakfast had vegan option other than peanut butter and jam. Also, non dairy milk for the coffee would've been great. There were three tip jars in the cafeteria… We thought that was excessive. The mattress was extremely comfortable and the glass washroom was somewhat unexpected haha. Would come back.

Its a pretty good hotel, I guess the room are quite big and the indoor pool is awesome but when I called for reservation they couldn't let me because I want to pay cash (when I arrive), or check/pay pal. They said " you can't do that so I will have to end the call, good night. I gave them 3 stars because hopefully that is only that *rude* worker. Oh and when he said the price for the two nights we where stay was over 600$ + tax. It was cheaper before an had better service.

Bit far if wanting to visit old Quebec. Very clean friendly helpful staff and decor is nice.

Sink was leaky. Coffee was already in the pot. Made. The lights controlled by a key and ONLY works woth the key. Good room and memory foam beds.

Room was clean, Free underground parking was nice. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was underwhelming (canned fruit salad is not acceptable in 2018), also there's no kitchen, if you want food, you need to order in from the attached Boston Pizza or order in from somewhere else. For breakfast, I highly recommend stepping out to the Cora in front of the hotel. There's an arcade but we didn't have the chance to try it. It's an Ok hotel but next time we are in Qc, we will probably try another one just for the sake of it.

It honestly was nothing special. Fair for the price but I feel I could get better value at another hotel. Oh the free breakfast was disgusting. I have had quite a few free hotel breakfasts and this was by far the worst.

Really decu jai rent a suite for 5 people at 250-tax in the evening we arrive the room is not too clean.
We're going to bed my daughter opens her sofa bed the blankets hadn't even been changed from the front person.
I tell them her reception she tells me, sir, we're going to give away $ $10 off. Mechant service.

Stayed overnight while working in Quebec. Staff was super friendly. Rooms were extremely nice and clean, especially for the price. Highly recommended!

We rented for 2 days, 4 adults 3 children for about 750 dollars, it's spring break so the hotel is full and it's OK. When you arrive for lunch, you have to pay a few more for the children. But we pay, we come to lunch, powdered eggs, baked sausage from the microwave oven, toast, bagels… and that's almost everything. No fresh fruit, no variety for 2 days. And the service at the buffet was not there. We told him he had more room for the tables and open the other room and they said… Well, yes, we're going to look at this. We were forgotten to eat on the couches with children. I was really upset. Everyone was waiting to eat.
For the pool and the water games, do not go for that. It's so small, my pool is the same and there's so much chlorine that it hurts your eyes just to get back to the 7th floor. Going to the hotel in Quebec City has a place for that. I thought the Jaro banner, gave me more than that.

This was our first visit, we did not know that our room was located at the top of the fun center… Forget the NAP! Room Type inappropriate for a 2 year old (blinds that hides the shower in windows, glass door wedges fingers, no bath?! ) and why call an "intimacy" room when you can see your chum sitting on the toilet through the shower window?! Pool and breakfast area too small for a school break. On the other hand, the staff were very friendly and courteous and did their best to accommodate the guests. If we go back, it won't be on the second floor!

Very well! Good logistics Despite the impressive number of visitors. Lots of interest for children (pool, water game, slip, Carrie factory). We liked our stay.

Beautiful place, to the taste of the day. Very comfortable room. Only snag the sausages and eggs are may be goodbye taste that rolls in the mouth. For the rest it's perfect, I would go back.

Good hotel with large standard room. The bathroom is modern with a nice Italian glazed shower. The ceilings are very high which gives an impression of having an even bigger room.

Total disappointment. I believe that the night I went, in order to be near the airport, there was an event. The hallways were very noisy and I didn't sleep well. Teenager who cries, adult talking and corridor very echo. I will not go back and I will not make any suggestions to my friends.

Belle chambre. Le lit est ok mais les oreillers ne sont pas confortables. La douchr laisse à désirer. Finalement le point le plus négatif est le petit déjeuner inclus… Médiocre au mieux.

Great rooms, lovely staff and pretty close to the airport as well. If in a rush, there's a Boston Pizza at the hotel and Archibald not far from there.

Good but without more, the pool is cold, the room was OK but the bed cover was dirty. We are close to the airport but the most disturbing thing is the train that literally passes under the window. On the other hand it is still good for the family with access to the Carie Factory Entertainment Center to part of the hotel and the Boston pizza.

Unspecified forced inside parking. We had to walk with our suitcases.
They offer airport service but do not explain to people arriving at 3am that lunch ends at 10am.

The deluxe room was beautiful and the décor modern. Very comfortable bed.

Staff very courteous professional super clean and comfortable. At the Pool C well but stifling by chlorine. Don't be shy about asking to open the outside door for better ventilation.

Ventilation problem at the pool so breathing disorder for my 2 boys so disappointing for a family hotel or tossed in vacation.

I am not a regular at hotels but this one is really good. If you went in couple the glass showers offer the prospect of unforgettable moments… But if you make a sinusitis or you are congested you can take a walk to the pool: the amount of chlorine emanating in the air will burn just about everything in your nasal ducts!

Hotel must … more like hotel must not… and I haven't ecen gotten in the room yet. Apparently the room I reserved is the only one not cleaned it this place. When you say check in is 4pm all rooms should be ready by 3:59pm having people wait over an hour is unacceptable.

Worst Hotel ever, counter Staff is very rude, they reuse dirty bed sheets, place is dirty. Recommendations there are over 10 hotels in the same street… anyone is better.

Price was a little expensive, however the rooms were nice. The service at the boston pizza was horrible. The breakfest buffet had a very limited selection and was very crowded.

Great hotel for the price. Definitely book off their website and not travel site as their own prices were significantly less than any advertised I could find. About 20 min drive into the downtown. Paid a couple bucks extra for upgraded room and found it to be very quiet in the corner on upper floor. Only complaint is that pool area is super slippery when wet and a touch cool.

We went there at the end of July 2017. One word to sum up: wow! Wow for the welcome, wow for the service, availability and courtesy of the employees. Wow for the rooms! Wow for cleanliness! Wow for lunch included! In short, everything was wow! Honestly, I had nothing negative to say about the hotel and it never happened to me! First room was small in appearance, we were told that a simplet mattress and a park did not fit, but it fit perfectly! But the second room (2nd evening) was really spacious for a family. I highly recommend it and I definitely go back!

Orginal review 4 stars… bit expensive, breakfast is ok, pool is good, local amenities are good. Review from 2016. This is our third year visiting Quebec and second staying at hotel must and my new review is unfortunately 3 stars. So what's changed They charge for a crib, 13 bucks a night. All I know is that other comparable hotels do not charge even the inn in Cornwall on our way up from Toronto didn't charge for a crib. The breakfast is still the same, it was sub par last year and it still is. They cut the bananas into threes' they were all brown and slimy. The eggs look even worst than last year not appetizing at all. I don't interact with the staff and they don't interact with me. No smiles, waves or a simple bonjour correction the maintenance person said bonjour in passing. OK so what do I like… The location is central to main attractions around Quebec city. The rooms are nice The hotel is clean Parking is free and if you stay in Old Quebec you pay daily for parking The water slide is a nice touch So why the downgrade, everything I like about this hotel short of the slide is everything I would expect from a hotel with a four star rating and everything I don't like is what I don't expect. I'm not totally wrighting off the hotel but I will be more conscience of my decision next year and possible try another hotel from the same company.

Don't see how this is rated as a 4 star hotel. The room is clean, the beds are comfortable and the daily cleaning is adequate. However, no ventilation system in bathroom. Breakfast area is way too small and not enough tables for the capacity of this hotel,. The worst is the constant music humming that you can hear. From the carrie children play area that is on the ground floor to 10 pm. Complaint to the front desk to have them turn it down but you can still hear it. The last time staying in this hotel and not recommending to anyone.

We paid a lot of money to be left hungry in the morning! Yes, the room was nice but when we came downstairs in the dining room in the morning, we were not the only ones waiting for a table to be free. When finally a table was available, two families headed for it! Should we have fought for it? Moreover, the fruit was out of jars or tins, not fresh. No variety of food was offered. Due to that, you do not only wait for a table, but you wait for the food, too. Never going there again! Not worth recommending to my friends.

Nice hotel, nice room, continental breakfast though. To be careful when entering the underground garage if needed. The entrance to a bend is very tight one must step back to get back to pass the gate, it should have been placed further away from the entrance. Someone hung his vane wing by entering it.

Great pool with a water slide and a whirlpool. Very friendly staff and nice rooms for cheap.

I have been a customer for a few years or one to two times a month, I must say that the customer service begins to degrade, first of all, there is only one person at the reception and that at 18:00, an hour all the same peak. This is not the first time that this happens, wait between 20 and 30 minutes to have its room keys, it is unacceptable. This time though, the parking lot holds cones as customers while the hotel is full and then to finish the experience, the second floor smells like pot, I think reconsider this hotel for my next visit to the charming capital!

Courteous Service, clean establishment on the other hand I would say to the security of being more understanding with the children. It's a family hotel!

Modern rooms, very clean, comfortable. Safe in the closest, loved the bathroom design. Underground parking! Walking distance to many stores, movie theatre and restaurants.

Very good value for money, the hotel is warm and welcoming, the service is OK. For families with children from 2-3 years to 15 years, this is the perfect place to have fun while staying on site for short stays. The activities, arcade, water games and entertainment were very appreciated by all. We slept very well, the rooms are very well soundproofed. This is very rare for this category of hotel. I highly recommend!

The continental breakfast is not famous. Very limited in choice. Yogurt, muffin and croissant would be appreciated. Too much chlorine in the pool and lack of aeration.

Very nice Hotel. We enjoy stayed in Hotel Must. Very clean room # 328. The front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Beds are very comfortable. Great location. Recommended for everyone. Stayed for two nights 22, 23 Sept. 2016. We enjoy Quebec City. Thank you.

We really had a half-ass service. We've called ahead to organise an early check-in. The agent was rude and not cooperative. Not solution oriented. We also asked about shuttle service and were informed there was a service. But in reality after arrival, it is only to the parking, not the airport itself. For an hotel who advertise proximity to the airport with no shuttle to the airport it really a let down. We'll go somewhere else next time, even if we have to stay further away from the airport.
