Fantastic hotel! very near the highway which made it easy to get in and out, the service was amazingly fast and helpful even though we didn't speak French … haha. And the rooms were wonderfully clean! plus we got free breakfast. Five stars would recommend.

Great stay. Staff are very friendly and speak perfect English. Little playground for young kids. Our 4 year olds enjoyed it. Small pool with Max 10 people and a little area near it with kids toys. Breakfast was included and was very good, a bit crowded at around 9, but better earlier. Nice clean comfortable rooms. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again.

I strongly DO NOT recommend this hotel. I only stayed one night, but the hotel froze my checking account for two nights, and I am having trouble getting my money back for the second charge. And now 2 days later, I must pay other bills, but I can't, because they still have $ 165.00 (canadian) on hold In my account. I had no idea that they would do that, and they have no right to do that to people. That is not an ethical business practice. I will never stay there again. Other hotels do not do that.

Good service. Banal continental breakfast. The beds are really hard. It was a long night. Clean room.

The hotel is clean and the beds comfortable, there were lots of kids and sports teams on the other hand so a little noisy in the morning. The lunch is not great and there was no service, it was not bad a free for all, it looks like an army had just passed to use the buffet. This is a decent hotel if you don't want to spend too much and have a good value for money.

Comfortable room, spacious, and very clean. The bathroom was nice, just that the shower had a little problem, it was running down and you couldn't adjust it up. The breakfast was very good.

Excellent hotel, very comfortable with lovely staff. It has good sound proofing which is just as well since the location is noisy. Convenient for highways but subsequently unattractive.

I give a 5 without moderation. A pleasant stay, courteous staff, professional and friendly at the same time.
This is my first stay at this hotel and it is far from the last.

Rooms are modern, comfortable, and clean. The bilingual staff is friendly and accommodating. Located next to the large Harley Davidson dealer.

Beautiful, clean and comfortable. On the other hand, being in front of the highway, my night was extremely difficult due to the constant noise of the trucks passing by. Ask for a room on the street side. Not on the freeway. Unless you are deaf…

Great breakfast and friendly staff! The room was good and my son loved that it came with a computer and Wi-Fi :) movie rentals at the front desk was handy and the pool was nice.

I approached the hotel reception staff as a representative to make them a service offer. Very aware that it is not everyone who appreciate getting solicited, I must say that the reception staff greeted me with the utmost courtesy. It was brief but very nice, enough to leave a good opinion that made me choose this hotel rather than another one eventually.

We went for a ski weekend in Stoneham and loved it. Near the highways, easy access. The room was very good. The continental breakfast is very complete. We will return.

It's a good hotel. Everything is there and our family has a great trip to Quebec city. Our room was in the middle of renovations. We were a bit disappointed from our suite, everything was there but not as good as it sounded. I think they must do some work to be on par with surrounding hotels but since they are doing some construction right now they are working on it I suppose.

The room was extremely hot and humid even with the fan, our shower has no pressure, and the rooms and hallways smell like chlorine. I asked to swap our room but they told me it was not possible. I gave 2 stars because the breakfast was very good, my kids liked the pool and the housekeeping maids were excellent. Excuse my French. It's not my main language.

Very very good location if you have a car (free parking). 10 min to old town. Very modern from inside with lovely spa bath and free hot breakfast. The breakfast room was so small tho. Very nice receptionists as well. In short, highly recommend.

Hotel is very clean and in a great location. One of the plus is that they have laundry facility that is free of charge. The breakfast is good and the staff at the breakfast is very friendly. They have coffee in the lobby unfortunately the machine was not working. I have not had the best experiences in this hotel with the staff! I do not speak French and I find them very impatient at one point last night the young lady raise your voice at me. I simply was supposed to be on the first floor they moved me to a second floor with a bunch of school kids. I raised concerns about this and they said they gave me and upgrade. I told them I didn't ask for an upgrade and still would prefer a room on the first floor. This young lady got downright rude. She needs to remember who's the client. Because of that I will only give it 3

We had an absolutely amazing experience at this hotel this past summer! We were on the main level and could park next to our room which was so convienent as we were shopping quite a bit. The room was newly renovated and spacious. The continental breakfast was just ok. No hot breakfast options. Just yogurt, bread, cold eggs, cereal and a waffle maker. We loved the free juice/water station that was available 24/7. The pool was a good size. Overall would stay here again for sure!

Too far from any small ordinary indoor pool, very comfortable and modern room. Juices and coffees served all day long. Breakfast very decent.

Very well received, the staff is very friendly, the rooms are very clean, the lunch is great! The pool is shallow 1m3 is excellent for kids! Thank you for keeping us a room because of the storm… Really to advise if you are vening in Quebec City! Plus, close to everything… restaurants, shopping centre, 10 min Videotron Center… Great place to visit the beautiful city of Quebec!

We like it when you go to Quebec City. Always a very good service and recently renovated super beautiful and clean.

Very convenient location, friendly stuff. The room was quite clean, but the bed was pretty firm and some features like the heated floor in the bathroom weren't working. The breakfast was quite good although there was no meat.

The kids loved the pool. The hotel is on the edge of a large highway. The rooms are comfortable but still a bit noisy. The average prices as well as the breakfast. Large parking lot. Not very far from a large shopping mall. Convenient to visit Quebec City and its surroundings.

Perfect for the whole family. Good price. Well equipped room. Varied and appreciated lunch menu of all.

Do not rely on the décor of the reception. I thought I had to stay in a "seedy" hotel. Pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room. Wooden flooring (not carpeted) … Finally! The free lunch included many many many choices!

Clean place. Slept well. Had everything we needed. They had an extra bed hidden as a book shelf which was nice. Computer in every room.

A great stop for anybody heading eastward and passing through Quebec city. Well kept rooms and property; breakfast had many great food choices. Staff are bilingual and very pleasant. Gas, groceries and fast food nearby. Dog friendly! Choose this over a chain hotel of similar price point.

Very pleasant, quite new, suburban hotel. Doesn't look very impressive from outside but you quickly change your mind when you walk into the spacious, comfortable room with beautiful bathroom. Our windows faced the busy highway but to our surprise we didn't hear any noise.

So clean and modern. One of the best free breakfast hotel meals around. Fun pool area. Keep coming back to here when visiting Québec, as we can't beat the value and experience. Highly recommend it!

Terrific newish hotel on a main thoroughfare. A-1 breakfast included. Lots of parking. Lots of nearby restaurants. Good value for money.

Nice decor, friendly staff, decent rates, Keurig machine in your room, good work desk, nice shower with good water pressure, breakfast is included, lots of cereals, breads, bagels beans, waffles and scrambled eggs and yogurt and fruit. However, here's what I didn't like. The window blinds are awkward to do twice a day. Our window opens, but the handle was missing. The heated floors in the bathroom didn't work, it was still chilly in June. Our bathroom didn't feel clean, there was large long hairs on the wall, and a dirty foot print on the bathroom door, I assume someone closed it with their foot while sitting on the toilet. It's day 3 and it's still there. I personally hate the mattress. If you like firm, you'll love it. However, my lower back and hips are in agony from sleeping two nights there so far. You barely make an indent in the mattress when you lay down. The bedding is nice, nice pillows. Also, not sure what the laws are in Quebec, but there is no map on the door to direct you to exits in case of a fire. So pay attention when you check in. Didn't care for the pool area, the pool area didn't smell clean, there's a smell pls give if the pH is off. Great location, easy on and off the highway. Free parking.

Eh, room smelled. Between to tiles in the shower were really dirty. Other than that it was fine. Breakfast had minimal options. Good vanilla moka.

Small hotel but close to city. Free parking and breakfast is a plus. The beds were advertised as queen but they are full size. Haven't used pool or gym but they are open 24 hours open. Free Wi-Fi is good. Shuttle service to old city might be useful for people who don't want to worry about parking. Overall I would rate a 3.5 out of 5.

A nice family hotel close by Les Galeries de la Capitale free breakfast is good and room are clean. Situated just by the highway which make traveling in and out quite easy. Staff is friendly.

Very clean and smells nice. Got a suite on the highway side but yet the noise was minimal. No noise from other guests. Breakfast is adequate but not mind blowing.

A short drive form the historic city center, this hotel seemed perfect for our family weekend away. The indoor pool was a good insurance policy in case the weather failed to cooperate and made our stay worthwhile. We were unfortunately on a floor with a large group of children (presumably with their families) that decided to use the corridor as a playground (kids playing hockey outside your hotel room door at 9:30 PM when your kids are trying to sleep is not ideal). Not the hotel's fault really but it took away from our enjoyment slightly. Breakfast was included and has the usual chain hotel fare with a few notable additions which the children loved. Free coffee and Juice 24x7 was appreciated. Will certainly go back!

It was very good. The breakfast is excellent and very comprehensive.
Despite some stains on the bedding, the linens were clean.
Value for money corect. But some room which 312 are a little 2000 and full chip top.
However the bathroom is beautiful. However consideration should be given to put pomeaux of adapted shower. Currently they are cheapette and rest not in place, what makes that water comes out and the floor becomes relatively wet (shower glass door).
But it's still corect for the price.
I recommend all.

Wonderful hotel. We stayed here because they have dog-friendly rooms. Not only was the dog allowed, they provided bowls, dog bed, and treats. Clean and modern. Loved this place!

Back from a weekend in Quebec City, two days at the Motel the dolphin! Wow… I will return without mistakes! A microwave, a refrigerator, a Keurig, a super comfy bed, a soundproofing perfect, what can I say! Hats off to the team so inviting. The continental breakfast was varied and delicious. Thank you and enjoy!
