Perfect and the rooms are very nice.

Walking distance to bars and restaurants, coffee shops, very good pillows and bed, I will be going pillow shopping now.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and comfortable.

The accommodations, meaning my room and the hotel staff were terrific. My one issue was the restaurant. They did not serve the meals that we ordered and the staff was not as friendly as the rest of the hotel.

We stayed at Courtyard by Marriott in Quebec city for one night for a family vacation. The rooms are clean and the location is good, however, as it often happens, the positive impression was ruined at the end. After checking out I found out that I forgot my jacket in the room. So, I called the reception right away and asked them to keep an eye on it. It was just 1 hour after we checked out and the hotel employee confirmed I can come and take my jacket any time. But when I returned to pick it up, the reception told me that they didn't find any jacket in my room and basically they couldn't do anything about it, of course, apologies and polite smiling were attached. Obviously, my jacket was taken by someone, most possibly by a hotel employee and I would have expected the hotel management starting a formal investigation. The jacket was worth much less than we paid for the room, so, for me it's not about the money, it's about the indifference and lack of client-oriented attitude that the hotel staff demonstrated.

Not cheap, but it checks all the boxes. Competent, friendly staff, excellent house keeping, contemporary styling, close to many convenient stores, restaurants, free parking, most important of all, quiet rooms. Internet TV bogs out a bit in the evenings which is unfortunate.

Very nice new modern hotel with clean, well appointed rooms. Breakfast is good and reasonably priced but slow service on weekends. Nice pool!

Nice environment and design. Service was attentive an fast. However, Key card system was a pain when using the elevators and stairs. Wouldn't let you go on other levels other than your own.

Beautiful hotel, not your basic cookie cutter room. Floor to ceiling window. Easy access off highway, Bistro available.

I got the worst experience in Marriott. I asked 2 cribs. However, both of them did not work unfortunately. So, I asked front desk to check them up over the phone 3 times. And then, the service guy came to the room at 11:40pm. Usually kids of 1 years old have to go to bed earlier. And he could not fix them and said just “I will be back”. However he didn’t come back finally with no explanation.

This facility does not look like a Courtyard by Marriott hotel. Bathroom was dirty (toilet had not been cleaned and there were stains in the bathtub, mirror, sink) and when I complained, staff not only did not offer to change my room or send housekeeping but didn't even apologize.

Very clean and modern. Utilities were impressively new and the layout of the room was very convenient.

Excellent. Period. Also they have a good bar and bistro and food was good. They serve food on real plates.

Wow, what a big surprise! This is not your typical Courtyard, by any means. Very nice, very modern — unique. And the restaurant is exceptional — nothing like one of the Courtyard Bistros. The staff was friendly, helpful, and extremely capable. We usually stay in the old city, but this hotel could easily tempt us to explore the rest of Quebec City.

Very nice hotel with bilingual workers. The room was clean and modern. The food in the restaurant was excellent, way better than I expected. The 2nd floor has plenty of room where I was able to hold a conference call.

Very nice hotel, everything was clean, the pool and the 2nd Floor gym are great, maybe just lacking hot chocolate bags and green tea in the room. As a customer there you have discounts when you present your room card in some restaurants like the Houston, the cage to sport the Tutti Frutti.

New hotel, tapping the eye. However, it is operated by a chain that clearly does not care to speak to its francophone clients in a language of quality: confirmations of reservations and promotional articles only in English, translations of certain messages that Give the impression of going out directly from Google translation… It's a pity. In addition, a design of the building that shames architects and engineers (parking much too narrow, closets too small to close the door when we entered, etc. ) Very nice meeting rooms, but lacking functionalities… In short, not very interesting as experience. Disappointing.

My wife and I stayed here while making a Quebec city trip. Staff was very courteous, gym & pool were above-average, room was nice (with a relatively nice view even) and big — overall well done. The nearby diner is perfect for dinner.

Very new and clean Hotel. It's about 15 minutes from touristic places like old Quebec city and down town and is surrounded by a business park and a few good restaurants. Staff is very friendly and the food and drinks at the restaurant were good as well.

Amazing service from the front desk and the bar. The hotel looks like new and trendy. Plenty of parking space out side. Big rooms. Loved my stay.

The best sleep I had in years! Those pillows! Where can I get one? The room was spacy, everything was so neat and clean and the staff were so great! For someone who has traveled a lot, in Delta’s, Marriots, W’s, Bahia’s, and others, this was an amazing experience! I highly recommend it.

Hotel is fine but I would have appreciated that lunch be included as is the case at Normandin's next door.

Book several weeks in advance and arrive at the hotel around midnight, that one of the two rooms reserved is not available and to relocate in another hotel but not in a room that is equivalent or superior, but in a standard room, it is worth to book with the reference to late arrival. This is why I give a two. I can't comment on the rooms she was not available and for the other I very badly slept.

Great courtyard about 15 minutes from the airport and downtown. It's located close to a couple of malls and there's plenty of food options. They have an inhouse restaurant which has some great food. Quantities are less but the taste is amazing. Rooms are new and spacious. Managem is bilingual so English speakers would not have any issues.

This hotel is about a 20 minute cab ride from Old Quebec City and all the great eateries! Its clean, safe and new!.

A great showcase of what every new hotel should look like! Rooms are beautiful and extremely well designed; the usability is great. The bathrooms offer big modern shower, the desk area makes it easier to finish those looking work nights on the road! The high floors offer a great view of Quebec old city in the distance. The bar and restaurants are very convenient and the quality of the service and food at the restaurant positively surprised me more than once! Because of its proximity of where I need to go in Quebec city, this may just become my new place to stay for all my business trip!

Very nice hotel, great restaurant for breakfast in the morning and close to the highway and lots of stores within a 5 minute drive, if needed. Also, only 15 minutes away from main attractions. Rooms have lots of outlets for charging devices and great bathroom.

Newly built hotel. Great location a couple miles outside of downtown Quebec City. Next to major highway. 24 hrs fast food close by too. The swimming pool and gym are very nice. The public sitting areas are great too.

Very nice hotel which great front desk service. Their pool has a nice view, and the gym has the main essentials. There is plenty of room to meet people, you can get some work done outside of your room, and the bar seemed lively.

Clean and nice hotel. Service was fine — — they were able to speak English and answer our questions, but they weren't particularly friendly. There is a pool and exercise facility, but they're pretty small. Overall, pretty good hotel, but less than great Marriott.

The hotel is very clean and the staff at the front desk are very friendly. Our room was cleaned throughout the day and it was a proper as the first time we stepped in. The only downside is that at least for us being on the second floor, hear all of the traffic clearly. The traffic slows down later at night but starts up early. Great hotel! Would recommend!

Plenty of lighting in the room. Toiletries provided were very nice and the washroom was bright and spacious. Lots of outlets including USB ones. There was lots of walking space within the room too. Downside is there's not much nearby.

Very nice, new Courtyard. Interior is very modern. Power outlets and USB plug ins throughout the room. A very nice restaurant in the lobby. Both dinner and breakfast were great. Location is good, easy to get to, plus free parking. Will be my new go to place to stay while in Quebec.

The room is fine. The bed is particularly comfortable. The hotel is located a little far from the action, but everything is easily done with a car. The value for money is good.

New hotel and perfectly situated for my needs. Lots of parking space and lots of restaurants near by. Easy access from the highway. Staff is friendly and courteous. The rooms are clean and neat. I recommend this hotel for any one looking to stay in Quebec city.

Great hotel and service. Room was clean, modern and comfortable. Location is good depending what you need as it is obviously not downtown but near the highway for easy access. Breakfast was tasty even if it was not included… But was reasonable in price for a hotel restaurant. Everyone that we spoke to was warm and bilingual. Overall, it was a perfect stay considering we were just passing through the city.

New hotel, modern and coolly prepared. The place is sufficient. In the room with a sofa bed the movement is somewhat limited when it is folded out. The staff is friendly and helpful and is spoken in French and English.
