Experience gift I would have passed! Two nights in a suite dirtier than the Macdonalds' toilets. Can't walk barefoot on the carpet, my poor stockings.
I found some complexion around the counter, the little garbage cans emptied but we keep the same bag even if the liquids and foods they had still tint this one.
The air exchanger pushes foam balls on to the wall of the 8p x 3p headboard. Furniture is as old as dust and long stain on the walls.
We must not forget the kitchen furniture with its large traces of black fingers accumulated over time and this on the doors.
Do I have to tell you about the free lunch?

I should have asked me another room to your said but was complete I was also told (oufff) I was not taken seriously.

I haven't been able to get the manager on the phone yet, I was suggested.
For this unattainable option of my first day back, nothing but I still pay at all. I never speak of compensating myself the wall man of the office lied to his superior, that they who did it, I made constructive criticisms to them to change or improve their use.

We stayed in a suite and the room was renovated. Everything was clean and the beds comfortable. Big downside for us, although the hotel is non-smoking, our suite smelled like ashtray bottom. (probably an old unpainted smoking room) Very good lunch, but lack of room to sit at the tables.

Horrible! Dont bother booking! Faint smell from reception desk to all the way in room. We had hard time breathing. No pool! Breakfast not bad.

Currently under renovation, old décor. Still very clean, comfortable. Hot lunch included simple but very good.

Very dirty room… we even found the shoes and the previous customer's bills on the table… mirror, carpet, dirty walls. At least five rooms of our group in the same state. Hotel that misses a lot of love.

The hotel is nice and clean but deserves a little bit of youthfulness. The rooms need to be renovated to remove carpets and tapestry in the bathroom. Good place to stay in Quebec City.

Chambre normal, format suite (2 et demi), manquerait juste le nécessaire pour la cuisson, seulement des micro-ondes et un petit frigidaires. Aucune prise internet fournis seulement un Wifi de 2mb/s.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was nice. Only issue was that my online reservation wasnt found by the reception which left us hanging for a few minutes worried.

A little front, little fruit at lunch. Are all satisfying.

The service is quality but let's say that the owner did not put love… old carpet and curtain and for what is the sofa bed in the suite Let's say it was not aesthetic and comfortable.

The service was correct the clean was so so but there lack in assistance.

Suites are very nice, spacious. Friendly staff. Breakfast is good, nice variety of options. Location is convenient to the highway but our room was quiet.

The hotel is very bad located very close to highway with lots of traffic that makes lot of noise which doesn't give the chance to have a good night sleep.
The room is small has no fridge & you can hardly charge your devices breakfast is o. K except for the waffles which are horrible.
I' ll not return or recommend this place.

Rooms are old and dated. Pillows need improving. Water pressure in the shower could be better. Receptionist could be better. Although to be fair the lady in the Morning was a delight. Breakfast is the saving grace. This place. Hot breakfast consists of bacon, eggs, waffles coffee cereal and all the other fixings you're used to.

Suitable located. Pet friendly. Room was big. Excellent breakfast.

If your car breaks down, and you can't sleep in your car because its on fire, I might sleep at this hotel again if there no other hotel within 50 km. Rooms are not clean, service is not good. Do not recommend.

Fast and efficient service. Lunch includes is a very good option!

Broken couch and stained carpet turned us out a bit but the overall stay wasn't THAT BAD. Breakfast included, which was correct. Not impressed either.

Beautiful suite provided by my employer with living room and double bed micro wave and fridge.

Comfortable. Free Wi-Fi and parking. Breakfast included. Spacious rooms with bathroom, living-room and sleeping-room. The only negative remark is that in the 2 rooms I have been, a strong cigarette smell prevented me from sleeping.

Very unpleasant experience. We've ordered a non-smoking room (in a week advance) and when got there we were given a smoking one. We had to argue with the receptionist for 30 minutes to get a non-smoking room. First she replied — "It is a non-smoking one"; then (after we pictured the door without "non-smoking" label) she gave us a spray to try to eliminate the cigarettes smell and told us they have no other rooms left. Eventually she provided us with a non-smoking room, after long arguing.
