Terrible service! Their site says they offer housekeeeping, breakfast, etc. We get there and they blame COVID for no housekeeping yet the website mentions nothing of this sort.
We asked for towels since there was no housekeeping. By the next morning, we still had no towels. It’s ridiculous to continue blaming covid. It’s almost like it should be excusable because of it.
One waiter is working for the breakfast and even asked us for a tip!
Their hot tub was green because once again, they use the COVID excuse. We asked to speak to management. Waited 48 hours and no call. Wrote to head office. Took over a week and a half to respond with a basic apology. Clearly no respect or appreciation for their customers. Go somewhere else. Don’t stay here.

Hello, we're there right now. You are our 2nd favorite on several hotels visited. The hotel is beautiful. It is not surrounded by roads, buildings. The small details make the difference. We are offered hot biscuits, marshmallows (and sticks). Comfortable bed, Nespresso in the rooms! The staff are friendly and welcoming. Special mention to Julie and the man who works at the reception in the evening (Sunday and Monday! oops forgot her name). The fireplace is a nice touch! Everything is beautiful here!

This is the kind of hotel experience for a person who wants to be sway from the city, while still being in it! They have a fire pit that is good to sit by and meet new people. The staff were incredivly friendly and happy, they made the stay warm and welcome, I will certainly be going back.

The hotel is now under the "hôtel signature" banner. Actually discussing with other hotel chains to go under. Their restaurant is called "le Dijon" and is there to stay. They have a very high quality menu at an affordable price. The service is A1! We had our wedding on the golf with the reception in one of their nice reception rooms. We absolutely happy with all the details of their service for our wedding. We highly recommend the hotel, their reception business and mostly their restaurant. We go eat there every year at our wedding anniversary. We went with our baby and they had high chairs and were very friendly about having kids in their high end restaurant. A+++

It was an excellent place for our family vacation to Quebec. The only minor nuisance was that there were never enough towels for our 4 person family, and I repeatedly requested an appropriate number of towels daily.

We stayed there a weekend and everything was perfect, service, food.

Decor is a bit outdated but the worst thing is the carpet. It needs to be replaced and please install flooring that you can sanitize after each client. The bathroom was new and impeccably clean. The pillows smelled bad. However the people at the desk were professional.

We recently stayed here — the facilities were nice however we were given a room with a broken toilet and nobody fixed it from 7 pm — until 10 am following morning. We had to use public washroom throughout the night. The hotel gave us 10$ rebate and refused to be accountable for this strange experience. We would have simply chosen to pick another hotel if we were going to be unable to have access to a bathroom. I have been staying in hotels worldwide for 20 years and this was the worst experience.

Beautiful hotel, comfortable room. On the other hand, nothing for the children. They have access to the spa, but not after 8pm and nothing else for them. In addition, the staff at the reception is not understanding, even stupid. Disappointing!

Just 14 minutes from Vieux Quebec. If you like to golf stay here. Golf de la Faune golf course is literally a short walk out to the back terrace of the hotel and across the back parking lot. The hotel is very clean, the staff are very friendly and always willing to help with directions. The "Restaurant le Dijon" is conveniently located downstairs and serves a variety of good food. Treat yourself to a retreat from the cluster and noise and relax here.

We were passing by for a funeral buffet. The room was large and sunny. The food was excellent and beautiful presentation for a buffet where one uses oneself! The staff was attentive and discreet (which is perfect since the opportunity was there! ) Beautiful golf site right next door, restaurant and Spa… everything in one place!

The customer service was exceptional! Except the outdoor spa area so access is at all, we have to pass in the massage section without making any noise. The sauna not in function otherwise everything else was Ok, no more!

What a nice hotel and humble approach. Was there for a snowmobile event and they welcome the snowmobiles like family. Nice fire outside to sit by. Resto was grand.

Passage on the spot for the Passover brunch. Very courteous servers, good atmosphere and we were even gratified of an orchestra that was joined by a couple of opera singer! Delicious Brunch with a "bonus show", what more to add!

Room always as clean and spacious. The hotel maintains a high level of cleanliness. The restaurant has even the hotel is very good.

Great room for the price, we loved the spa section with thermal bath! Location is good for the price you pay, not too far from downtown. We went also to the restaurant Le Dijon downstairs for dinner and it was delicious!

Nice hotel. In need of some room upgrades. Carpets, sofas/chairs are just a few items that need upgrades. Customer service is a 5 star. Impressed with front desk, restuarant, and room service. Needs some maintenance on the Sauna as well as the jacuzzi jets needs some repairs due to low pressure. Overall my experience was satisfactory.

Facilities were very nice. Beautiful room with a large bathroom with separate tub and shower. Our package included dinner and breakfast. Dinner was incredible but the service was poor. We sat down for an 8 o’clock reservation and sat completely ignored for nearly 45 minutes without having our order taken or being brought the bread with oil and vinegar that we saw being delivered to other tables. Our server finally realized we had not been served and when we asked that our main course be hurried up, he was able to accommodate us. Our meal came with dessert but after waiting nearly an hour to eat we passed! We also skipped the breakfast we had paid for because of the poor service at dinner.

The spa is amazing! Two nights I got to enjoy it alone! Very clean place, friendly staff, I loved my stay!

The room and building is dated. Our two bedroom suite (queen and double) turned out to be a private room with a queen bed and a very old, unclean, uncomfortable sofa bed in the living area. There is no pool but free access to a very large hot tub, as well as a sauna and a cold bath. The staff there is friendly and helpful.

I had to ask for a baby cot in the room when booking. When we arrived the bed was not installed (it was an hour in the morning…) and when the staff member came to do it my son woke up because of the noise (moreover the space between the bars is very wide; it's to wonder if their beds are confo RMS with the new standards! ).
The mattress of our bed was very soft, avoid this hotel if you like to sleep on a firm mattress. In addition, the air in the room is very dry and we woke up with dry mouth. The decoration seems to come out of the years 90.
The staff are nice, but some bases are to review for the quality of the rooms!

There aren't enough words to describe such a pleasant getaway winter and summer resort in our own province of Quebec. No need to go far to enjoy what our winters AND summers have to offer in leisure. An 18 hole golf tournament in nice to mild weather and snowmobile during our snow season. Let's not forget a marvellous spa with all its services. All at an affordable price and right outside Quebec City. Even non hotel guests have access to the restaurant and spa. Hosting a banquet? What a wonderful place to hold corporate events with and take some time off to enjoy the seasonal activities and hotel amenities. Times are hard and the US dollar is not favorable. Enjoy our very own retreat in CAD$ and at a fraction of the price of going to the US or even down south. Without giving up on quality. This place is truly a pearl that I found and plan to visit as often as I get the chance. A friendly staff with special attention to each of their guests. Don't let the room reviews mislead your opinion of the overall resort experience. It is true that the rooms are standard but they are clean and tidy and the overall experience of the resort completely overpower the rooms initial impression.

Really clean hotel fantastically located about 30 minutes out of Québec city. We had a suite which was massive. It's a good base for exploring the Countryside north of Québec city. Included in the price of the room was access to the spa which included an outdoor pool and sauna. There was also a free coffee in reception in the morning.

Overall not a terrible experience. The climate control system in my room was pretty awful. My whole family would wake up in the night searching for air and with very dry mouths. No coffee in the morning and the available coffee in the room is awful, our room has two beds, both left me with a soar back in the morning. No fridge in the room was disappointing, also no laundry services left me wondering wyd? Staff are friendly. Setting is nice. Not far from downtown quebec, but no shuttle service when your not here in summer.

Clean hotel. Really nice people as well. The area is somewhat remote and the shuttle doesn't run to Quebec City when the summer ends. The bar/restraunt is nice. Breakfast prices are more than resonable. Outside spa area is relaxing and golf is RIGHT there. Bed could be more comfortable.

Me and my wife were there for 2 days. Beautiful property and location. The view is breathtaking. The rooms were beautiful. The staff was very courteous and helpful. They have a regular shuttle service to old Quebec that's very useful since finding a parking there would be a nightmare. Thank you for having us. Would love to come back in winters.

Very clean and nice hotel.

I had booked via Expedia, and this is the first hotel that gives me problems on arrival. If at least your confirmation emails explained that the deposit needed in the room cannot be taken via the credit card used on Expedia (which never happened to me elsewhere) … especially when the staff at the entrance is cold. It seems that in the fresh section on arrival you could add the $200. Comfortable bed, tiny room, clean bathroom, no mini fridge, the sofa bed is hard. I've already paid less for better.

Great hotel for a one night stay — that's it. No breakfast buffet during the week just À la carte — duh, so you pay the same price but get much less, we decided to get reimbursed for the breakfast and went for brunch somewhere else. Pool is small, can fit 4-6 people max without elbowing each other, when you consider the size of the hotel and the golf link you wonder who designed such a small pool — I've seen Koi ponds bigger than this. If you are a light sleeper beware. You hear everything thats going on in the other rooms, it's like the walls were made paper thin. You could almost feel like you were in the bathroom with your next door neighbours, you can hear all of they bodily functions. You see the pink wall insulation behind the TV as if they ran out of budget to close the wall, not too good for a Sheraton image. A quiet space away from downtown Québec City but not too far if you need to go back. 3rd time at this hotel and the last. Will be back at my beloved Hilton where I'm still a VIP.

Great restaurant with excellent food. They also have a very nice wine selection full of private imports. However some of the plates felt a bit unbalanced. For example, for appetizers I had the scallops tartare, while my girlfriend had the cheese fondue. Her plate was quite full with three cheese fondues and garnish, while mine was very spartan. I did enjoy it very much, but I felt a bit left out while she was finishing her plate.

Amazing experience. The spa area was incredibly relaxing. I spent a week away from home and stayed in a few hotels and this one was by far the best I went to. I would definitely recommend this to friends and family.

The food at dinner was the greatest we. Came back everyday yo eat there an the staff was world class also an I would go back therr again, just a great place an they shuttled is to an from Old Quebec every day free we really loved it, thank you very much!

Good place to stay near Quebec City. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The staff — We ordered room service and the gentleman returned several times in a row when needed something, the plumber helped solved a bathroom problem right away, the reception or guest services answered dozens of questions for my wife and our waiter tonight was attentive & prompt and made our dinner a real enjoyable meal. Thank you!

Do not believe the website. Terrible disappointment for me and my whole family. Person at front desk was very rude and not welcoming at all. The room we booked (the junior suite) was very disappointing I don't recommend it for anyone. The room looked literally like a stereotypical motel (the ones you see in road trip movies). I called to book the suite the day before and the person I talked to was very helpful. On the website it said a free breakfast was included in the family package (which is what I got). When I got here the rude person at the front desk said it wasn't included in the package even though it was clearly stated on the website.

Dirty towels at check-in. Suite has a request on my part — only! — 2 towels have been reported but the towels were left in the room! Duvet dirty and changed. In General: dilapidated rooms (carpet, wallpaper from another age.! )

The SPA is clean and we sat there well, which is rare! The facilities are great! Bravo! We all loved our massages, masseuses are competent and professional in addition to having the quality of being silent during the massage. Congratulations to all the team of the Sheraton. The only small problem is coffee, especially what we generously offered in the lobby than in the House, much too bland! but it's a detail when everything else is perfect! Bravo.

Beautiful hotel with a stunning view of the golf course. Its about 20 minutes away from the city so you must have a car. Would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were spacious, although the beds were a bit too soft for us. The spa and restaurant are highly recommended. The location is fairly awful — even with a car, it's a fairly long drive to get to downtown (where parking is a nightmare) so I wouldn't recommend it for tourism. Also, like most high-end hotels there is a lot of nickle-and-diming — especially the very expensive Wi-Fi.
